I would like all Americans (and everyone else) who are excited for the Superbowl to know: Before the actual Superbowl there's a live tournament on TV, here in Germany, called "American Ice Football".

It is exactly what it sounds like: American Football but played on Ice, in shoes with entirely smooth soles.

It's a tournament with 4 teams and they are called Eastside Ossis, Westside Wessis, Northcoast Naughties and Southside Smoothies and it's just hilariously entertaining.

When someone is posing with all the expensive books they had to get for uni it’s basically the academic version of posing with luxury items.

So the girl that poses with all her books from nursing school is basically like that guy posing with like 10 Rolex watches

I don‘t go to clubs because I like partying. I go clubbing to hang out with my friends and experience the unspoken loyalty and kinship between women who have never met each other in their lives.

Like I don‘t know this girl and maybe I wouldn’t even like her as a person if I’d get to know her, but we’ve been dancing with her for probably a good twenty minutes because she’s alone and some weird guy kept grinding on her

Not every animal video you see on the internet is cute or funny. Sometimes the animals are just suffering. Nothing wrong with not knowing but refusing to learn or ignoring it won’t make it better.

Also you don’t have to take a video of every animal you see that acts unusual in some way. Sometimes they actually need help.

I help out in a veterinary practice when I am not studying. The amount of cats that were paralysed from the waist down after getting stuck in a tilted window while their owners took a video of it, instead of helping because they thought it was funny, is actually disturbing

i get that yall just wanna laugh at funny animal videos without having to think about it but sometimes it's a good thing for people to point out that fucking with wildlife is bad actually

I had a rough day today, so I wrote something that I just wanted to share with anyone who may need it:

Sometimes I look in the mirror and I hate that my face has barely changed because I feel like that means that I haven’t grown as a person.

But then I think about these two girls from my school who were always really sweet and kind, no matter what, and every time I meet them again, they are pretty much the same people as they used to be, just with new interests.

I wish they stay exactly as they are and that nothing bad may happen to them, so that when I see them again, I can still be sure that there is hope for this world.

Why is having a cold and not being able to breath properly so much more annoying than having a fever? Whenever I have a fever I‘m like ‘I feel a bit dizzy and weirdly weak, maybe I should lie down’. When I can’t breath because of a cold I get so angry and whiny at everyone and everything. I become a child.

And yes, I am writing this because I am sick and I hate everything and unfortunately I need to study. I hope you can forgive me that I am using the internet in this state
