In case anyone else is here, I have something to say to you. If you've gotten off track, especially severely off track, please read!
It's gonna be ok. Whether you gained a couple lbs or 10 or even more, that isn't going to stop you. All it can do is slow you down. You are stronger than you know, and it'll be ok. Just do your best, take it slow (or jump straight in if that's how you work) and you'll get back in time.
I know how much it sucks to relose weight you've already lost, especially a significant amount, but it's possible and the only way to make progress is to start. So start!
