First up, the original suit
Does it look cool? Hell to the yes.
Do I hate the person wearing it? Nope, he's our wet cat sad Boi.
Functionality? Lower half is a yes, just a body suit. The upper half? Not a fuckin clue.
Cosplay possibility? I've seen it, and it's amazing. I could never tho.
Overall? Iconic, decently slick, and the original, gotta love it
