Day 7
I had a protein coffee for breakfast yesterday and for dinner I had a 6pc nugget for McDonald’s (I know it was bad but my mom never lets me go to a restaurant without ordering).
we saw inside out 2 yesterday (excellent movie cried a lot highly recommend) and I got a small popcorn and ate some of it and so I guesstimated how much that would add too
If anyone has any tips for how to not be constipated that would be great I feel like I never have BM unless I take laxatives but I don’t like how they make me feel the next day

July 4 & 5 recap

I’m so glad the holidays are over I hate how much we prioritize them around food
I hit my GW1 again 🎉 so I’m very happy about that my GW2 will be 250 lbs
On July 4 I had the leftover tofu I made on the third and two bananas for lunch and for dinner I had a ham and cheese sandwich and a cupcake
I know I shouldn’t have had the cupcake and felt guilty about it
Yesterday I didn’t track I was at my cousins and they prepped the food so I have no idea what was in it
I had a hotdog with bun, a maybe 3oz piece of bbq chicken, baked beans, Mac and cheese, and corn on the cob. For dinner I had some watermelon and a smore which I know was bad I was really craving one
I’m going to try to just do liquid fasting today with a couple protein coffees and up my exercise since I’ve been slacking

Day 3 & 4

Sorry I didn’t post yesterday. It was super hectic.
On July 2 for lunch, I had tofu with a protein strawberry banana smoothie to shake it up this time lol and for dinner and a ham and cheese sandwich
Yesterday I didn’t track I didn’t feel like cooking an egg to grab avocado rolls from a sushi restaurant nearby and then I purg3d them
Sushi’s one of my favorite foods, but I always feel the same guilty for eating it

Day 2 happy July!
Today for lunch, I had some cheese crackers, a mango and a peach and two cheese sticks and then for dinner I had a ham and cheese sandwich and a banana
Overall, it was a pretty good day. I also did some cycling, but I didn’t track my calories on it because I forgot and I did a chest workout from a YouTube video. I bought a really cute dress to wear up at the conference for this business casual event we have to go to and I’m so excited to show it to the guy that I have a crush on but it’s a little tight chest area so I’ve been doing some exercises to try to reduce inches before then. I’ll drop a pic of the dress soon
I can’t believe we’re about 10 days out before I get to see him 
A couple weeks ago our group had a little hang out night and he showed up (he’s usually too busy to go to those things)
Even if nothing happens it’ll be nice to be near him but I’ve just been maladaptive daydreaming a lot lol

Day 1 recap

Yesterday I had some protein cereal and a protein coffee (cold brew + protein shake) for breakfast and for dinner I had prosciutto and cheese and a mango
Overall it went well I also biked yesterday but it erased the calories burned progress tracker so I don’t know how many I burned

I’m back!
Sorry for such a long hiatus I’m just finishing a work spring we basically are really busy for 2 weeks and then it drops back to normal.
The extra money is nice during these periods but it messes with my ability to keep up diet, sleep, exercise, mental/physical health, etc
I’m simply a girl who wants it all🙃
Anyway I weighed myself this mornin for the first time in a week and a half and I basically undid all the work I had previously done
I’m trying to not be too hard on myself about it but it’s difficult because I’m just very frustrated
So I’m going to be restarting today and trying to get back to where I was before I leave to go to my conference
I also bought a really cute dress the other day and it’s really tight in my chest area so any tips or exercises to help lose inches in that area are so helpful
I’ll be posting my diary later today but here’s to another day 1 I guess

Day 20
I binged really hard yesterday which was unfortunate I’m up to 275 again and literally want to scream 🙃 I’m going to fast like until the weekend and maybe I’ll undo all my dumassery
I had mini bbq chicken sliders (3) cherries and a bag of popcorn for lunch yesterday and for dinner some ham, cottage cheese, a cheese stick and fruit gummies
I saw my crush last night on a hangout with my college fraternity I wasn’t expecting him to be there and I literally looked like a goblin so that was unfortunate for me but we still had good conversation and we were both laughing at each others jokes
I’m so nervous for July I just want to be skinny and hot and kiss him a little it is unfair
I’m worried he won’t be into me because of how I look but I guess we’ll have to wait to see at the conference
Anyway hope everyone is doing better on their diets than I am I just want to lay in bed until the weekend 😭

Day 19
I was doing se well yesterday and then I fucked it up because I was working until 2 AM
I had a protein coffee, some ham, cheese, and cherries and had worked all that off to zero on the pedal bike and then I had to work until 2 AM and post midnight I got really snacky and was eating popcorn while I finished my shift.
I’m back up to 271 which I’m very pissed about and just feel terrible this morning because of it
I don’t know what happened ice had such good control prior to this I’m going to fast all day today

Day 18

Kinda feel like I’ve hit a plateau and been oscillating around the same amount of of pounds for a while I’m going to strive for two 24 hour fasts this week sometimes I feel like I’m just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks
Yesterday for breakfast I had two sausage links and two eggs
And for dinner I had a dinner wurst and corn on the cob
I usually don’t eat two meals a day and certainly not so many meats with high fat content but my mom was doing all the cooking yesterday o I don’t have much control over that

Day 17 (sorry I keep posting late I have someone in town and I can only post in the mornings and I usually post at nights)
I don’t really know how to quantify the caloric food I had today which is frustrating because as we all know it could way higher than we know
I had my protein coffee for breakfast and then I went to see Les Miserables on broadway and got food at a food truck nearby. I had two lobster Rangoon and I ate the tuna and half of the bao bun on the ahi tuna bao roll I had like 3-4 bites of the bbq beef bowl it was good I just know very calorically dense so I just had a little taste (I include a pic for your viewing pleasure)
For dinner my mom gave me strawberry shortcake while I played D&D again it’s a nice gesture I just like to measure out my own food to know how much I’m consuming it drives me nuts to know I’m eating and not know how much I’m eating
I ate all the strawberries and whipped cream and only half the biscuit (we do biscuits instead of shortcake/poundcake in my family) so idk how much that is but hoping for under 1000k didn’t really exercise today and I won’t be able to fast until Tuesday so 🙃
