Have you heard the news?
Pride 2025 is all about the brick!
Bricks and Pride have a long history together, dating back to the notable Stonewall riot back in 1969. They're stylish, impactful, and always in fashion! Our 2025 brick is designed with the trans flag for two important reasons.
First, to highlight and honor the role that black trans women have played in founding Pride - without them we would not have Pride as we know it.
Second, is to shine a spotlight on the trans community, which is facing increased challenges and scrutiny from several political administrations right now.
This Pride, we're going beyond "love is love" to acknowledge that the trans community is in need of our support and solidarity!
Get ready to accessorize for Pride this year by supporting trans creators with our semi-transparent pro-trans brick sticker!
These hotties look fantastic on water bottles, binders, sketchbooks, and more! Plus, they're made form extra-durable vinyl so you can take them anywhere!

Quick Update!
Just dropping in with a quick update: Our online shop is almost ready to launch next Friday on Patreon! So soon you'll be able to browse and buy our zines and related goodies. We’ve been busy putting together product images, writing descriptions, and working on some fresh content for our Sonoran Series.
In the mean time, we want to share something special with you. We're offering a free PDF version of our ‘bystander effect’ educational handout in both color and high-contrast black and white. You can grab them on Patreon - absolutely free! We truly believe that as artists and community members, it's important to use our skills and voices to raise awareness about Earth Care, People Care, and Fair Share. This project touches on two - because supporting just causes and community is what it's all about!
Our goal is to spread knowledge and inspire folks to look out for all community members - whether in your local neighborhood or across the country - or world! But especially for those who are the most vulnerable. Feel free to download, print, share, and use this handout to support your local community, groups, and initiatives!

Tucson Zine Fest 2025 was an absolute blast! We had so much fun, met tons of amazing new people and made our very first sales. We even landed our first wholesale order! All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to see everyone again!
Though I didn’t get the chance to make it over to the TZF booth to pick up an Omnibus for 2025 (definitely going to purchase one next time I’m down in the Tucson area), I was super excited to hear and see that our submission was on the first page – which is such an honor. I’m so glad so many people enjoyed it, and let us know at our booth!
Our most popular zine was Stupendous Saguaros. We loved the compliments on the art, and are excited to see that people are craving educational and informational zines that are easy to digest while not being too basic or overwhelming. It was especially exciting to hear that at least three people, including an educator, noticed and appreciated that we cited our sources!
Our freebie zines – 5 steps to stop Bystander Effect and You Are Enough, a trans-positive art book, were huge hits, as was our line of Meme Therapy zines.
All in all, it was a fantastic success – and we’ll have more updates coming soon. But today is a well deserved rest!
For now please enjoy our Tucson Zine Fest 2025 Omnibus submission in color!

Dev and I will be at the Tucson Zine-Fest on April 19th so I'm starting to share our content.
First up: 'Cryptid Care', a very colorful zine blending humor, self-care, and Cryptids.
I'd love for you to participate in the poll I put up, especially if you're a fan of Cryptids! It's to help me pick which Cryptid we'll turn into a die-cut sticker that we'll have at the show (and hopefully for mail too!) You can either go to the post or use the link HERE to participate! It is multiple choice, but the most up-voted Cryptid wins!
Thanks a bunch! -Ave

The Folks behind Bikkie Bytes
Who is Devo?
Devo is the colorfully vibrant and more extroverted half of Bikkie Bytes, who is the wizard behind most of the writing and data organization and contributes to the hand lettering for zines and stickers. Devo is a non-binary individual with AuDHD, who enjoys diversity and maximalism in all areas of their life. They inherited their love of cats from their Grandma, who left them a cursed relic that summons felines!
Who is Ave?
Ave is the quieter and darker half of Bikkie Bytes, but don’t think they’re being unfriendly - they’re actually super polite and nice! Ave has developed most of the illustrations within our zines and also handles data collection for zine topics. Proudly trans and autistic, Ave has a passion for nature, art, all things mysterious and spooky, and especially enjoys noir and death cultures!
