Today a piece of advice and recommendations about Coronavirus 2019-nCoV):

👉Cough or sneeze over the elbow crease or use disposable tissues

👉Wash your hands thoroughly (minimum 20 seconds) using soap and water (preferred) or an alcohol-based disinfectant

👉Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth

👉Try to help older people: an example => buying their products (especially to those who live alone). Keep in mind that older people are in the higher risk group

👉Try to keep your pets indoors remember they can transmit although they do not get sick.

Big question here: when to wear a mask?

👉If you are healthy, you only need to wear a mask if you are taking care of someone suspected of having 2019-nCoV.

👉 Also wear a mask if you have a cough or sneeze.

👉 Masks are only effective if combined with frequent hand washing (soap & water) or by using a hydro alcoholic solution.
