i'm restricting at college again and that means it's time for another recipe 👀
banana pancakes (237) 🥞
~ ingredients ~
medium banana (105)
large egg (72)
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour (55)
nonstick spray (5)
~ instructions ~
preheat a pan over medium heat
using a fork, mash banana in a bowl until mostly smooth, though a few chunks won't be an issue
add an egg to banana mash and whisk until combined
add flour and mix until combined, being sure not to over-mix
spray pan with nonstick spray (if needed, one spray should suffice for both pancakes) and add pancake batter, using about half for each pancake. flip when underside is golden brown, then remove when both sides are
~ alterations ~
replace all-purpose flour with any flour you prefer (oat, whole wheat, etc.)
remove flour entirely for a more crepe-like texture (and fewer calories, coming out to about 182)
omit the nonstick spray if you have a high-quality nonstick pan
using ripe or over-ripe bananas lends a lot of sweetness, but feel free to add your favorite zero-calorie sweetener
this one isn't quite dorm-friendly, sorry fellow college friends, but i'm in a university apartment this year so i have a stove. if your school is cool enough to let you have a hot plate (or if you have a kitchenette in a common area) this can work for you too

i went vegan and gluten free and oh my god
i highly recommend it !
my stomach stays flat all day ( same amount of exercise) and i don’t inflate like a balloon
and it’s so much easier to restrict in front of people bc it’s not vegan /. gluten free
and friends who know this won’t ask to go to eat / eat at a fast food place

my current diet and exercise plan <3
sunday - friday : 800 c@ls
every morning and night i stretch for about 10 minutes and it’s made a world of a difference
2 hours of full body pilates
saturday - 1,200 c@ls
1 hour workout per b0dy part ( th!gh targeted, @b targeted, etc.)
1 hour cardio
—some extras —
i wear ankle weights almost all the time
i don’t allow myself to sit longer than 30 minutes at a time
i only e@t in front of people and standing
if i’m not w0rking out i’m wearing my corset

i don’t always end up doing all of this, but these are my goals , i usually can manage it but we all slip up sometimes. i don’t wear my c0rset all of the time, i take my weights off when it gets too hard, etc .

tips on how to workout when you don’t want to
1- the second you wake up make your bed. i’ve found that once my beds made i don’t wanna mess it up by laying down again.
2- watch something with a lot of action. when i see other people working themselves past their limit it motivates me to do the same.
3- look at thinspo. this one is pretty obvious, but they work for their bodies, and you don’t just wake up like that.
4- be kind to yourself. sure, gaslighting and shaming your body can push you. but nurturing yourself the way you do others is more steady, and overall better.
5- set a time to get it done. on really hard days, i’ll give myself one hour. if i’m not done within that hour than i force myself to get up and do it. but most of the time, if you have some downtime before it and know it’s gonna happen, you’ll be more calm about the whole ordeal.
i hope these help! as always, i’m not pro ana and want you to get help. but i know when there’s a will there’s a way. so stay safe !

some ways i keep moving around and burning calories
while laying down/watching tv: scissor kicks, crunches, leg raises
while standing: calf raises, squats
in the shower: squat hold
washing face/ brushing teeth: high knees, star jumps
in the car: tricep pushups
reading/drawing: plank, plank twists, pushups
laying in bed/ can’t sleep: crunches
