Chapter 7!

Dan Heng was attractive. No doubt about it. He was the clean, cool type of attractive. The person you look at and think that their good looks are enhanced by their relaxed, straightforward mannerisms.

But seeing his dark raven hair all messed up, while his shirt had moved up and the bedsheets had moved down just enough to fill in the gaps in your mind - it had done something to you. And it was both exciting and uncomfortable. Seeing a good looking man next to you after waking up and not feeling attracted to him in the slightest would break the laws of nature. It was simple law of attraction. Nothing more.

Oh my goodness I am back back back back back again!!

I was on a short hiatus to write as many chapters as I could in order to be able to post more frequently until the end of the year! Sacrifices sometimes have to be made:')

Chapter 6!

You couldn’t understand how the night progressed either, even though you had been awfully aware of everything happening, you seemed to be experiencing it from a distance. Meaning, you were drunk. Well on your way to be worse off. Dan Heng? However much he drank, he handled himself incredibly well, apart from the clear flush in his face and the occasional slur of words. Yet, it seemed more of a general mistake when he misspoke, rather than a drunk mistake. It was fascinating, how this man managed to keep his composure even when the concoctions of heaven and hell fought over the control in his body.

Hell knows the drinks managed to grab hold of you.

In the turn of events, March had mentioned something about going to Stelle’s. You had nodded, realising you were left with no roommate and a long way home in your current state.

You, too, didn’t end up in your dormitory.

At some point, you were undressed, waiting under the covers as you watched Dan Heng approach you.

Chapter 5!

“Sampo?” you asked. He clapped and a light emanated from his hands. If you hadn’t been completely overwhelmed with seeing him in front of you, you almost would have asked him what trick he had used to light the fire in his palm. “I thought-” you looked him up and down. It was Sampo. Good old Sampo. He hadn’t changed a bit, apart from growing taller and changing his style around. Messy hair, eyes you trusted and mistrusted at the same time - so welcoming, so vicious. Was your mind poisoned? Were you hallucinating beyond the point of help?

“I was dead?” he laughed, stepping forward with his arms extended to the sides. “Well, good news! I’m not!”

I couldn't help myself - I have been writing chapters like I have nothing else to do (I do. I am just terribly inefficient in real life affairs-)

Chapter 4!

“I’m sorry, what were you saying?” you pushed and if you hadn’t felt hungry before, now you certainly did. Hungry for whatever blasphemous words were to leave his lips.

“Would you prefer, if…” Dan Heng began again, cocking his head to the side. “You had someone around? I mean…”

“Sir, are you asking me to stay with you?” you gathered from his reaction and he looked at you with a mixture of expectancy and regret. “How inappropriate.” you said with a teasing grin and Dan Heng proceeded to eat in silence, ignoring anything you were saying to him from “I’m sorry! It was such a good opportunity!” to “I wouldn’t take it back though.”

Honestly, it's kind of late and I want to write the next chapter, because there's a scene I want to write, but I also- I need sleep and I need to do work tomorrow?? But also Hyrule is calling???

What an unfortunate predicament....

However, while employed by the Malfoy family to heal young master Draco, Hermione felt like she needed a patient as much as he needed her. She would have to work hard to keep this need alive, while balancing her private life and Malfoy family history.

Another week another chapter!!

It's taking me a while longer to post than before, because I had planned a whole progression, but decided last minute to add more??? So now, I have extra chapters to write and edit!!

Chapter 3!

So, you were left alone, even more confused than you were with the break-in. Welt hadn’t seemed at all fazed by the missing note, as if it didn’t even matter that something had been stolen. The dead body didn’t matter either. His expression was neutral all throughout the evening, except when you mentioned the power within Dan Heng’s voice. There was a devilish glint in Welt’s eyes. You weren’t sure what had terrified you more - the corpse of a stranger or the liveliness of a man you had known all your life.

This was honestly a fun little chapter to write, very naice- Anyways, thank you to all who are reading this and enjoying the babygirl that Dan Heng is! (Even though, this chapter didn't primarily focus on him, but the next one definitely will be directed at the relationship!!)

“Huh? Who left that here?” You picked it up and went inside your apartment. There was no sender. You opened the package and stared at its contents. “Dan Heng, you…” you muttered, unable to finish your thoughts as you took the blouse out of the box. A small note fell out from it.

The feeling you got from reading that small sentence overwhelmed you and you had to sit down to take a break. A bright smile settled on your face and you couldn’t help your increased heartbeat.

Because of that he tries to keep his touches subtle as much as possible

There was something in her voice, a warmth that slithered underneath his skin and coiled in his abdomen.

“Yeah. Really.” He swallowed and wet his lips. “You are pretty.”

A flick.

A small twitch up at the left corner of her lip.

“A compliment from Draco Malfoy,” Hermione uttered in a soft voice. “Am I not a lucky girl?”

He was almost entirely sure to have the dumbest smile painted on his face and his general setting shouldn’t be much better, given he had his hands covered in oil. Besides, having seen other boys showing a simile attire hadn’t changed his idea to look like a moron.

But he didn’t care for at that moment, sitting at a plastic table in the middle of a muggle crowd and immersed in a cacophony of sounds and lights, he was happy.

Draco was happier than he had ever been because Hermione was there with him.

“I believe I am a lucky boy,” he replied.
