I would argue that day never comes.

My experience with therapy is it’s a waste of time. But regardless this is accurate.
I mean where’s the lie? 👀

Idk if this has already been done (most likely).

You know why Japanese people are so thin? Well eating disorder worshipping culture aside (goes for all Asian nations really-to an extent they are naturally thin but Asian culture always says “that’s not good enough.”) it’s because their portions are tiny and the meals are diverse. Tiny amounts of multiple food groups. Though one could argue what benefit that is if the portions are too small to get the needed nutrients out of the food group but Asian culture tends to put weight 1st health 2nd. That aside from a dieting and weight loss perspective it’s a great way to get some nutrients out of each food group while obeying your calorie deficit. I mean there’s barely any calories in this meal before you. I’m serious.

And sometimes those illusions are what’s keeping them alive.

The best way to lose weight is to never let your brain be idle. Video games, hobbies, crafts, pet care, chores, stay busy and you’ll find yourself forgetting all about food as well as your stomach. Anorexics are so good at weight loss because they’re obsessed. An idle mind is something they don’t have. To avoid eating disorders just change the topic of obsession and preferably avoid obsession all together. Just stay mentally stimulated.

“Christians live in the after life. Atheists live in the now. Agnostics take both into consideration before they act.”
I might be an atheist. Or an agnostic. I don’t know. And I don’t really care to be honest lol. This is the life I’m in now and that’s what I’m concerned with.

My dog had surgery for a fast growing ear mass this week. Being 88lbs and doped up made it very difficult getting him in and out of the car. Really hoping it’s not cancer. FYI my dog also has a gofundme. He has two torn knees (back ones). Surgery is $10,000. I’m poor but I’m saving anyways. I’ll do anything for my baby. He just turned 3. He’s an American pitbull terrier born in the shelter.

Don’t you hate when someone gives advice when they’ve never even spoken to you? My moms a Christian and her friends are always giving advice. “I remember when I felt like her.” Um, no. And they wonder why I’m public with my childhood traumas. This is why! By the way I’m 25 though my angst may be misleading.
I’m literally giving you the info about me and you’re not even listening! Ugh. My birth father the other day told me I need to go to Bible study... 5th time in a year. FYI my birth father is a member of an extremist Lutheran based faith (broke off from the Lutheran church) and they are extremist even by that faiths standards. I want to say they’re name... but they are YouTube celebs and it WILL come back to bite me.
That’s the last person who should be recommending religion to save me. News flash dreaming about death is not healthy just because you’re christian.

I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome. 1 in 5 women do. I want to talk about that for second because my half sister and I both have it and our symptoms are not the same. If your sister has it studies show there’s a 50% chance you do too (unless you’re male lol).
My sister never got her first period. And my birth mother being a psychopath made her feel like shit for it. She had a severe weight problem for all her pubescent life. She also struggled to conceive. Even though I think. She’s too young but whatever shit happens I don’t know.
I had never missed a period till I was... 23? So about the time you except to be regular finally. I got my first at age 10. However hormone tests showed an lh/fsh ratio of 3:1 which is a picture of PCOS. I didn’t have a weight problem till I was put on antipsychotic medication at 16. But at the time I was anorexic.... emotional trauma aside I was a healthy weight for quite a while. However once the weight was on? It would not come off.
PCOS does not have one look. Remember that ladies. P.s. I lost the weight after treatment so yay!

I developed a rash recently that feels like millions of mosquito bites. I’ve never had anything like it. And all I can think about is there might be living things in bed right now and it’s freakin me out.

Psychologists stop telling people reaction is a choice. Because somebody who understands real psychology knows that’s not true. The human brain isn’t that simple. You can tell someone to “get over it” but they will not just “get over it.” You can say “be positive” but that does not mean they can “be positive.” 16 years of therapy was a waste for me. Therapist telling me to “stay positive.” If it were that simple crazy people wouldn’t exist.
