I wrote this poem recently about friendship and what it means to me. Friendship is a very important part of my life and I wouldn't feel like a complete person without it. I have faced rejection in my life when it comes to making friends, so the friends that I have made are my whole world and mean everything to me. I dedicate this poem to My friends just to let them know how much they mean to me. Here is my poem, it came directly from my heart, Enjoy!
Title: A Jewel in My Heart
In a world so vast, we find our place, Friends come together, from every race. Different backgrounds, we all unite, With love and loyalty, our hearts ignite. No matter your age, or where you stand, A true friend’s a treasure, a helping hand. We laugh and we cry, through thick and thin, In the game of life, it’s love that we win. Don’t take for granted those who are near, For friendships like ours are precious and dear. When petty things threaten to tear us apart, I’ll hold you close, you’re a gem in my heart. I’ll stand by your side, in joy and in sorrow, Defending your name, today and tomorrow. When others may talk, I’ll speak only kind. A true friend like you is so rare to find. So let’s cherish the bond, let our laughter ring, For in every moment, our hearts gently sing. If I call you a friend, know this to be true: I’d trade all the wealth for the gift of you. Together we’ll shine, through the dark and the light, With loyalty strong, our futures are bright. So here’s to our friendship, may it always grow, A jewel in my heart, forever aglow.

This is another poem I wrote about how I identify as a bisexual male. I wrote another poem in the past about this, but this poem is more detailed and longer. It hasn't always been easy for me even living in our more tolerant 21st century society, because prejudice and hate still exist in one form or another. If we can all learn just to love and accept one another for who we are then prejudice and hate will become a thing of the past and we can finally make great progress in tolerance for our Communities, our Societies and our World. Here is my poem, Enjoy!
Title: Embracing The Truth Of My Identity
In a world where prejudice still thrives, Being Bi, my heart strives. Facing struggles, facing hate, For just being me, I can't change fate. "People say, just be yourself," But actions reveal true wealth. In the 21st century's light, Prejudice still puts up a fight. Whispers, expressions subtle and sly, Backstabbing, character assassination, oh my, In today's world, it's sadly clear, Prejudice's shadow, always near. I've known for long, I'm bi with pride, Comfortable in my own skin, nothing to hide. Loved guys and gals, both just the same, No shame in my game, no one to blame. If others have a problem, let it be, I'll be true to myself, happy and free. Their issues, not mine, I proclaim, Embracing me, unapologetically, I remain. Through the storm, I stand tall and strong, In a world where I've felt I don't belong. But in my truth, I find my power, A rainbow within, blooming like a flower. For love knows no bounds, no rules, no chains, It flows freely through both sun and rains. In relationships past, I've found my joy, With gals and guys, my heart did deploy. I'll walk this path with pride and grace, Facing prejudice, I'll keep up the pace. For I am me, uniquely true, Bi and proud, in all that I do. So let the whispers fade away, I'll shine bright, come what may. In a world that may not understand, I'll hold my ground, make my stand. Embracing me, embracing all, In a world where differences stand tall. Love is love, no matter the form, In my heart, it will always warm.

I wrote this poem recently about rumors and just how destructive they are. I have been the victim of rumors on more than one occasion and it is painful that people take pleasure in destroying other people's character for their own twisted pleasure. This poem expresses how rumors are a trap for people with a foolish mind who have given up their independent thought and rush to believe something about someone without a shred of evidence to back it up. When we take something someone said about others at face value and automatically believe it then we have fallen into the trap of allowing others to think for us instead of thinking for ourselves and given complete control over to the person / people spreading it and this puts us in a very dangerous situation to let our minds be dominated by others who don't have our best interest at heart. When it comes to rumors I have observed that people who start them tend to usually have more of a narcissistic way of thinking who take pleasure in watching others suffer and at the same time try to dominate others for their own selfish gain and the people who believe them tend to be followers who don't think for themselves but have allowed others to take captive their mind and this is a very dangerous situation to be in! Please give this some serious thought as you read this poem and ask yourself, Am I guilty of this and do I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of this? Here is my poem, Enjoy!
Title: "Rumors The Trap Of Fools"
In the land of whispers and deceit, Rumors spread like wildfire, fast and discreet. They can tear down a person's name, Leaving behind nothing but shame. Intelligent minds don't easily sway, They seek the truth, come what may. They delve into the facts with care, Knowing rumors can be unfair. But those who believe without a thought, Fall prey to the lies that they've bought. Narcissists start them for their own gain, Enjoying the chaos, reveling in pain. Fools then carry these tales on, Spreading them like truth at dawn. They've forsaken their minds, now followers blind, Caught in a cycle, toxic, confined. A group of fools, lost in the maze, Believing rumors, their minds in a daze. Unable to break free from the chains, Their thoughts are forever stained with strains. So beware the trap of rumors' snare, For those who believe, it's a road to despair. Seek the truth, be a leader, not a pawn, Break free from the cycle before the dawn.

I wrote this article about the importance of forgiveness and not allowing bitterness and resentment consume our hearts. Here it is, Enjoy!
Title: "The Toxic Cycle of Unforgiveness: How Letting Go Can Save Families, Friendships, and Society"
In life, we all encounter situations where we feel wronged or hurt by others. It's natural to feel upset or angry when someone has treated us unfairly. However, the way we choose to handle these emotions can have a significant impact on our relationships and our own well-being.
When we hold onto unforgiveness, refusing to let go of the hurt and anger, it can lead to a dangerous path of bitterness and resentment. These negative feelings can fester and grow, poisoning not only our interactions with those who have wronged us but also our own hearts and minds.
The weight of unforgiveness doesn't just burden the one who was wronged but also affects the wrongdoer and those around us. Hate and negativity build up, eroding the very fabric of families, friendships, and society as a whole.
It's heartbreaking to see families torn apart or friendships shattered because of unresolved grudges. We are all human, prone to making mistakes and causing harm unintentionally. The true tragedy lies in allowing these beautiful relationships to be destroyed by our inability to forgive.
Learning to forgive quickly and wholeheartedly is key to breaking the cycle of unforgiveness. By choosing to let go of grudges and release bitterness from our hearts, we not only free ourselves from the burden of negativity but also pave the way for healing and reconciliation.
In a world already filled with challenges and conflicts, the power of forgiveness is a beacon of light that can restore harmony and peace in our families, friendships, and society. Let's embrace forgiveness, release bitterness, and choose love over hate to build a brighter, more compassionate world for us all.

I spent some time writing this article about Sacrificial Unconditional Love and having empathy for others at the expense of our own comfort and well being. If we all took the time to make sacrifices for others, with each one of those sacrifices we would start to fill those voids of one another and instead of being sacrifices it would turn into sharing with one other until each and everyone of us has our needs met. Here is my article, Enjoy:
Title: The Transformative Power of Sacrificial Love: Empathy in Action
Introduction:
In a world where we often prioritize our own comfort and needs, it's easy to overlook the suffering and unmet needs of others. We tend to stay within our comfort zones because we don't like being uncomfortable or depriving ourselves of our own needs. However, it's important to pause and consider those who are feeling hungry, deprived, unloved and rejected. What if we were willing to sacrifice some of our own needs, comfort, and time to show them love and acceptance? While it's natural to focus on ourselves, we can make a big difference in the lives of others by stepping outside our comfort zones and extending a helping hand.
The Comfort Zone Conundrum:
Most of us prefer to stay within our comfort zones because it's where we feel safe and secure. We don't like being uncomfortable or sacrificing our own needs. However, in doing so, we can become blind to the suffering and unmet needs of those around us. It's important to recognize that there are people who are deprived of basic necessities and yearning for love and acceptance. By considering their plight, we can begin to understand the power we hold to alleviate their suffering.
A Paradigm Shift:
Imagine a world where we dare to challenge our natural inclination to prioritize ourselves. Instead of solely looking out for our own needs and comfort, we shift our focus to those who are less fortunate. By doing so, we can extend love and acceptance to those who feel unloved and rejected. It may require us to sacrifice our own comfort and even risk damaging our relationships with our friends. However, if our friends truly care about us, they will listen to what we have to say and if it is a situation where someone is feeling rejected welcoming the person who is feeling rejected into our circle of friends could be sacrificial in itself because it could alienate us from our own friends, but, like I just said, if they our are friends they won't dismiss us so quickly and if they do dismiss us I would ask do they really respect our friendship anyway?. It's a different form of sacrificial love, where we're willing to risk our own relationships to help a hurting person feel welcome and accepted instead of experiencing the pain of rejection.
The Power of Small Sacrifices:
Sacrificial love doesn't always demand grand gestures or vast resources. Sometimes, it can be as simple as sharing a meal with someone in need while we go hungry for a moment. It might involve offering friendship and understanding to someone who has harmed us instead of seeking revenge. By embracing the discomfort and inconvenience that accompanies these acts, we can create opportunities for healing, understanding, and profound human connection.
Unleashing the Ripple Effect:
When we choose to sacrifice ourselves for the sake of others, we set in motion a ripple effect of love and acceptance. Our willingness to step out of our comfort zones inspires others to do the same. By leading with empathy and sacrificial love, we can create a powerful domino effect where acts of kindness and selflessness become contagious. Together, we can transform our communities and, ultimately, the world.
Conclusion:
Sacrificial unconditional love has the potential to bring about profound change in the lives of others. By willingly sacrificing our own needs, comfort, and time, we can show love and acceptance to those who need it most. Whether it's offering a helping hand, sharing our resources, or standing up for the rejected, our acts of sacrificial love can make a significant impact on individuals and communities. Let us embrace the transformative power of sacrificial love and become catalysts for positive change, one act of empathy at a time.

I wrote this Poem about showing unconditional love and compassion to people who have been Emotionally wounded and how I desire to come along side of them and do whatever it takes and to be their friend to help them to heal their heart. This includes people with hardened hearts, Narcissists, and any one who has been emotionally damaged in anyway. Here is my poem, Enjoy!
Title: Healing Hearts with Love
In a world where wounds run deep, Where tears fall and souls silently weep, There lies a path, gentle and kind, To heal the hurt and ease the mind. When emotional storms begin to brew, I'll be there, a friend so true, To listen, support, and understand, Extending my heart and lending a hand. For those whose hearts bear a heavy load, I'll offer advice, a wisdom bestowed, With patience and care, I'll help them cope, Guiding them toward a renewed hope. And to the narcissistic, self-absorbed, Whose hearts, in selfishness, have soared, I'll strive to teach compassion's way, To soften their hearts, for love to stay. For they, too, deserve a chance to learn, To break the cycle, to love and discern, Unconditional love, I'll freely give, So their own hearts may begin to live. For often, they've never known love's embrace, Their hearts hardened, their spirits misplaced, So I'll offer acceptance, love unfeigned, A refuge where healing can be attained. To the wounded souls, I extend my care, A shoulder to lean on, a friend always there, With tenderness, I'll wipe their tears away, And walk beside them, come what may. So let us embark on this journey of grace, Together we'll find solace, in love's embrace, Healing hearts, one by one, we'll mend, With empathy, compassion, a true friend. For love has the power to resurrect, To heal the wounded, to reconnect, Let's stand united, hand in hand, And bring healing to this broken land.

I wrote this poem about how it was love at first sight when I met my wife almost 20 years ago. We have been married almost 18 years now. We have been through a lot together, but our love remains even after all those years! Here is my poem, Enjoy!
Title: Eternal Love's First Glimpse
In a world where time stood still, Where destiny wove its tender will, I gazed upon a wondrous sight, A vision bathed in golden light. Her eyes, like sapphire pools, so deep, Drew me in, made my heart skip a beat. Blonde locks cascaded, a radiant crown, Her beauty surpassed all I had known. She possessed a figure, heavenly blessed, Curves that enticed, left me breathless. And oh, that smile, a celestial ray, Melting doubts, chasing shadows away. A flirtatious charm danced in her gaze, A playful spirit set my heart ablaze. Her Giggles and laughter filled the air, Her energy infectious, beyond compare. She was a goddess, my heart's decree,In her presence, I felt joyfully free. Every facet, every glimpse, perfection defined, A love so immense, it transcended time. If I could relive those early days, A single day, in love's sweet haze, I'd seize the chance with a beating heart, To bask in love's glow from the very start. For even after the first date's embrace, It felt like we'd known each other for days. Amidst skepticism, doubts others had sown, We proved them wrong, our love had grown. Differences whispered by naysayers' tongues, But love's power silenced their misguided runs. Nearly eighteen years of marriage, hand in hand we've walked, Together, forging a bond that can't be blocked. From that very first moment, I knew it was true, A love that would last, forever me and you. Through highs and lows, trials that came our way, Our love endured, growing stronger each day. So let them marvel at our enduring flame, As we dance through life, united in name. For love's first glimpse, a gift divine, A lifetime of devotion, yours and mine.

I wrote this poem to express how we should "unconditionally love those who hate us" and "accept those who reject us". All it takes is one person to make a difference. Will you be the brave person who will? Here is my poem, Enjoy!
Title: "Love's Triumph: The Power of Kindness"
In a world so filled with anger and disdain, Where hearts grow cold, and friendships wane, There lies a path, a way so bright, To vanquish hate with love's pure light. When someone strikes you, with anger ablaze, Extend your hand, offering peace in a daze, For in that touch, forgiveness may reside, And bridges mend where divisions once lied. When whispers echo, behind your back, Speak words of kindness, to halt their attack, For in the face of malice, let truth be known, That goodness prevails, and seeds of love are sown. When rejection stings, and wounds do pierce, Continue to embrace, erasing all their fears, For acceptance and compassion break the chains, That bind their hearts, releasing love's refrains. When harsh words are hurled, with venomous might, Respond with grace, like stars that shine so bright, For a gentle tongue, like a healing balm, Can soothe the soul, and bring peace and calm. Let this be the anthem, our guiding creed, To conquer hatred, plant love's precious seed, For when kindness prevails, in the face of strife, We transcend our differences, uniting all of life. So, let us embark on this noble quest, To build a world where love is expressed, Where hate is diminished, and wounds are healed, And the power of kindness is forever revealed. In this realm of compassion, where empathy's skies, Unite all beings, with love's gentle rise, May we find solace, in the strength of our ties, And witness the triumph, where love never dies.

In this Poem I wrote, I express how blessed I feel with the New Friends that I have made in my life and how fast my life has turned around from having few friends to having several friends. It gives me great joy and happiness. Here is My Poem, Enjoy:
Title: Colors Of Friendship:
In life's grand design, a beautiful sight, New friends appear, bringing delight, Blossoming like flowers in the spring, Transforming my world, making my heart sing. Feeling so blessed, each passing day, Meaningful friendships lighting my way, Age doesn't matter, we learn from each other, Building connections, like sisters and brothers. No matter how old, no matter how young, We laugh and we learn, our spirits are sprung, Friendship knows no boundaries, it's true, Uniting our hearts, me and you. Loneliness fades, a thing of the past, New friends have come, my joy will last, Knowing they're there, through thick and through thin, A support system strong, a family within. Quickly it happened, this magical change, From solitudes grip, my life rearranged, And I'll cherish these friendships, forever I'll strive, To keep them close, as long as I'm alive. A friend is a treasure, a gift that we hold, More precious than silver, more priceless than gold, So, I'll nurture these bonds, with love and with care, For the happiness they bring, beyond compare. Let's celebrate the tapestry spun, By the threads of friendship, together as one, With gratitude in our hearts, side by side, We'll paint the Colors of Friendship, far and wide.

I didn't spend a lot of time of this poem, but the message speaks loud and clear. It is about being Bisexual and how I feel about it. Here it is, Enjoy!
Title: Embracing All of Me
For years I hid my truth from view, Afraid of judgment, I withdrew. But now I stand, with pride and grace, And show the world my truest face. I love the beauty of all kinds, Of every gender, heart, and mind. For me, attraction knows no bounds, And in this truth, my heart abounds. Some still don't know, and may never see, The fullness of who I can be. But that's okay, for I am free, To love and live authentically. I've dated both females and males and felt the same love, without fail. The passion burns just as bright, In every heart that I invite. My feelings now are just as true, As when I first discovered, anew. And they will stay, forever free, In this life, embracing all of me.

This Poem is about how I express my most deep and secret thoughts along with my day to day life through poetry. It's almost like a journal but in a rhythmic way that I can get the reader to sympathize with my humanity. We all have secret thoughts and actions that if everyone expressed publicly there would be a lot of judgement from others, but don't worry about that, Instead just be yourself ( A Friend reminded me of this a while ago and I took her advice in a radical way), if you choose to unleash your mind in a creative way then I would encourage you to go for it! Just be yourself, I know I will! Here is the poem, Enjoy!
Title: My Mind Unleashed.
In my mind, my thoughts do swirl, A tangled mess, a knotted pearl, My deepest secrets, I must express, Through poetry, I must confess. I cannot help but feel the need, To express myself, to plant a seed, Of truth and beauty, pain and fear, In rhythmic lines, so crystal clear. I do not hold back, I cannot lie, I write it all, I cannot deny, Even the things that make some cringe, My innermost thoughts, they do singe. But should I keep them locked away, For fear of what others might say? No, I choose to reveal it all, To let my true self stand tall. We all have thoughts we dare not share, For fear of judgment, eyes that glare, But I choose to be myself, To put my thoughts upon the shelf. My poetry is my release, A way to let my soul find peace, To share my day to day with life, And banish all that causes strife. So let my words be heard today, And let them take your breath away, For in this moment, I am free, To be the person I long to be.

This Poem that I wrote is about a man in a emotionally abusive relationship with his wife and he has tried to make it work, but no matter how kind and how much love he gave her, she just continued to hurt him, so he falls for a beautiful young lady that flirts with him and he wants to be loved so bad that he is falling in love with her, but how does he win her heart? Here is the poem, Enjoy!
Title: A Love Long Lost
He loved her so, with all his heart, From the very start, he gave her his part. He rescued her from a life so bad, But now he's alone, feeling so sad. His wife was cruel, a heart of stone, Emotional abuse, she left him alone. He tried to make it work, tried to heal, But she refused to listen, refused to feel. He longed for love, for someone who cared, For someone to hold, for someone to be there. He found a young lady, with hair so black, A heart so pure, a love he lacked. He didn't mean to fall, but he did, In love with someone else, not his wife, it was a bid. He wanted her to love him back, But how to do it, he didn't have a knack. Her family liked him, that was a start, She flirts with him, and it melts his heart, But how to win her over, that was the hard part. He couldn't stop thinking of her, day and night, Her love was what he needed, her love was right. He tried to make his wife see, That her abuse was pushing him to leave. But she didn't care, she didn't try, She just kept hurting him, making him cry. He wished it weren't so, wished it weren't true, But his love for his wife was long since through. He wanted to be loved, to be free, To be with the young lady, the one for he. But how to make her see, how to make her feel, That his love for her was deep and real. He didn't know, he didn't understand, All he knew was that he needed her hand. So he waited, he hoped, he prayed, That one day she would come, that she would stay. And in his heart, he held onto hope, That with her love, he could finally cope. But until then, he remained alone, A love long lost, a heart unknown. He longed for love, for someone to care, For someone to hold, for someone to be there.

This poem took me quite a while to write. I will let you be the interpreter of what it means and leave it at that, Enjoy!
Title: Love's Unrequited Pain
There once was a man in great strife, Trapped in an unhappy married life, His wife was emotionally abusive and cruel, Blaming him for everything, making him feel like a fool. She turned his own kids against him, oh what a fate, He was depressed, consumed with thoughts of a happier state, Of a young lady, kind and good, from a nice family, The opposite of his wife, oh how he yearned to be free. She had a gentle heart and a loving soul, Her touch could make even the broken feel whole, Her eyes sparkled with kindness and grace, Her smile lit up the darkest of places. He thought of her often, day and night, Her memory a beacon, shining so bright, She was the reason he kept on going, Her love, a balm to his heart, glowing. He knew that he loved her, with all his might, But he was trapped, unable to take flight, He was bound by his vows and his pain, Love's unrequited, a heart wrenching refrain. He hoped his friends would support him, be there to comfort and aid, As he faced the end of this sad and tragic charade, All he wanted was to be loved, to feel a warm embrace, To be comforted, held, and finally experience true love's grace. He cried when no one was around, his heart aching with pain, Longing for a love that was not in vain, Oh, how he wished for a love that was real, One that would heal his heart and make him feel. Love's unrequited pain, a sorrowful tale, Of a man who yearned for love, but to no avail, May he find solace in the arms of those who care, And finally find the love he so desperately did dare.

This Poem I wrote is about friendship and a circle of friends and how beautiful it is to accept and welcome them into our lives and never reject those who want to be part of it. Here it is, Enjoy!
Title: The Power Of Inclusion
In life, we meet new friends by chance, A lovely, unexpected dance. With open hearts, we'll let them in, And let our circle of love begin. When someone comes into our life, We'll greet them with a warm invite. Share laughter, joy, and happy days, Together, chase the blues away. We'll build a circle of good friends, A bond that never breaks or bends. Rejection's pain we'll leave behind, Inclusion's power, we shall find. When someone's reaching out, we'll see, They see something good inside of me. We'll welcome them with open arms, And keep them safe from any harms. Just one kind act can change a life, And free someone from pain and strife. Be brave, be kind, and show you care, In our circle, love's always there. No one deserves to be left out, For love's what life is all about. By embracing all, we'll surely grow, A stronger bond, a love to show. In the hearts those who reach, A connection, love's within their reach. Accept them, admire them too, In this circle, love will bloom. So let's hold hands, and form a chain, A circle of love, where all can gain. Inclusion's warmth will guide the way, Shining bright, as we join hands today.

I wrote this Poem about Karma, Karma is very real, I have seen how this works with my own eyes many times! If you put out good energy you will receive good energy back, but if you put out bad energy you will receive bad energy back. Just like a boomerang it will comeback to you, so choose your actions wisely.
Title: Karma, the Balancing Force
Karma, the force that balances all, In life's great game, it has a call. For every action, there's a reaction, A law that governs every fraction. Reject a friend, and you'll feel the pain, Of being left out in the pouring rain. Treat your partner with disrespect, And you'll find yourself alone, I suspect. Be mean to all, treat them like trash, And you'll soon find yourself in a lonely ash. But show love, kindness, and respect, And the universe will treat you with its best. Accept people, embrace them with care, And you'll find yourself being loved everywhere. Help those in need, with a warm heart, And in your times of trouble, you'll never be apart. Ignore someone when they reach out to you, And the same fate awaits, this is true. Karma is real, and it's always watching, So treat others with love, without any blocking. Let kindness be the rule of your life, And you'll find yourself free from strife. For Karma, the force that balances all, Rewards those who answer its call. So always choose love, respect, and kindness, And you'll find your life filled with brightness. For Karma, the balancing force, is very real, And it rewards those who truly feel.

In this Poem I express the importance of being yourself, the liberating feelings and happiness that come along with it and how your ideas and creativity will come through authentically. Enjoy!
Title: The Song Of To True Selves... In the world where we learn who we are, Being ourselves shines bright like a star. Forget the whispers, heed not what they say, Embrace your true self and light up the way. Freedom's sweet taste, you'll come to find, As you leave all the chains and worries behind. Your truest of friends will stand by your side, Together through thick and thin, they'll reside. Fitting in molds can bring sadness and gloom, Conforming to others, like a flower that won't bloom. Just be you, and you'll soon come to see, The happiness that flows when you're living carefree. Your art will flourish when you let yourself shine, Expressing your heart, unconfined by design. Encourage one another to live wild and free, Unleashing the power of true authenticity. Imagine a world with more love and grace, Ideas abound and joy lights each face. So take the leap, let your spirit unfold, Be yourself, let your true colors be bold.

This poem is about friendship and what it means to me. I worked on this one the longest out of all of my poems to try to get it right, because friendship means so much to me that I wanted to get the point across in a sympathetic way, Here it is, Enjoy!
Title: Symphony of Souls
In the tapestry of life, a thread we weave, A bond of friendship, a gift we receive. Through the laughter, the joy, and the tears, We share our hopes, our dreams, and our fears. A friend is a harbor in life's stormy sea, A beacon of light when darkness is all we see. In the good times and bad, we stand side by side, With love and understanding, we shall never divide. True friends don't stab, they have each other's back, They fill the voids and mend the cracks. With a heart that listens and a hand that holds, In the warmth of friendship, our love unfolds. When a soul reaches out and longs to connect, Embrace them with kindness, never reject. For fate has spoken, destiny has entwined, Two hearts together, forever aligned. In sacrifice and laughter, we find our worth, Our bond unbreakable, a treasure on earth. Together we cry and together we soar, Our friendship, a journey to forevermore. We accept one another, though differences remain, For love transcends judgment, breaking every chain. Encouraging each other, our true selves we share, Within this sacred space, we find solace and care. So let us celebrate this symphony of souls, Where love and friendship eternally unfolds. In joy and sorrow, in laughter and tears, We'll stand by each other, through all of our years.
