I've been wondering... have I pigeonholed myself as a wildlife/animal artist now? Pretty funny since I was never good at drawing animals for my whole life lol. I only really started seriously doing it for my naturalist journal. It's making me a little more confident to pursue more animalistic designs for my personal storytelling projects 💖💖

I'd been watching a lot of oil pastel studies for several months and it's finally got me lol. I found this photo reference. Also, holy crap everyone can see TWO HANDS in my art reels now. I finally got a phone tripod lmao. I'm still figuring it out but so far I'm loving having more control.

Y'know, I didn't know peahens still had some colourful blues in them. Speaking of them birds, have you seen that Youtube video of a lil girl getting spooked by a peacock's call? That's also how I learnt how they sound like 🦚 🔊
