Bio: My name is Liz, I’m 24 years old, and I currently reside in Cleveland, Ohio. I was diagnosed with bulimia when I was 12 and have been in and out of the recovery process for a number of years. As I adopted new ED behaviors, my diagnosis was changed to EDNOS (now known as OSFED) in 2013. I’m 23 and a medical professional. I live in the US, Oregon to be specific.

I’ve been diagnosed on multiple parts of the eating disorder spectrum. I struggle with bulimia and was diagnosed in 2013. My eating disorder has morphed throughout the years, and I was also diagnosed ednos (2011) and anorexia binge purge subtype (2006).

I am also diagnosed bipolar II, c-ptsd, and I have a substance abuse issue. When I was younger, I struggled with self injury. I haven’t engaged in those behaviors for about a year :]

I’ve participated and graduated from a partial hospitalization program four times, inpatient hospital stay for medical stabilization twice, and extensive outpatient DBT treatment for two years.

I don’t post fitspo, or numbers; my blog is a safe space in my opinion.

I’m always here if anyone wants to talk, would like advice, or just to be a friendly person in your corner or the world.

Most Recent Diagnosis Is Bulimia. But I was also diagnosed anorexic 11 years ago, Bulimic 9 years ago and AN BP until two months ago.

Do you struggle with other mental disorders, self harm, drugs addiction, etc? :

Diagnosed with Major depressive, generalized anxiety, conversion disorder and PTSD.

3 3/4 years off heroin (will be 4 years January 14th)

No fitspo, no intentional thinspo (I do reblog art with bodies though)

Bio: The majority of my eating disorder revolves around binging and purging. I am overcoming an array of mental disorders. I would not define my blog as a “recovery blog”, but I hope to share many recovery oriented posts as well as others about my personal “trek”.
