My Favorite Apps <3
Hello everyone! I recently started my first year at University and I wanted to share some apps i’ve been using. The school year can be difficult to organize but these have helped a lot.
1. Notion- Notion is an app that allows you to have a hub. in this hub you can embed a bunch of subpages. I use this to keep track of my classes, logins, and other things outside of school. There are a lot of tutorials on how to use it since I was overwhelmed at first!

2. Plantie- Plantie is a study timer app. It allows breaks and every time you study you earn coins. With these coins you can buy new plants to watch grow.
3. MinimaList- This app lets you write down all the tasks you need to do in a simple format. You can change the color and add daily reminders.
4. Pinterest- Now i’m sure everyone has pinterest and knows how amazing (addictive) it can be. I made a board for academic inspo like good grades, study tips, and more. I finally use it for other things (and not just Rory Culkin photos but yk..).
5. PromptedJournal- Finding a time to sit down and journal can be difficult. With this app it sends you a new prompt everyday. You can adjust when you want them and how many.
6. ThreeGoodThings- This follows with the journaling but it’s a gratitude journal. It asks you three things you’re grateful for and how it made you feel. It’s a great self reflection app.
7. GoodReads- This app helped me keep on track of the books i’ve read and want to read. It showed me a ton of book recommendations and each book you may be interested in has reviews.
These are just a few apps i’ve been using and they’ve helped keep me organized. I hope everyone is having a stress free and successful school year so far. Wishing for you all to have the best grades!! Take care lovelies <33

Healing From A Broken Heart ˚ ༘♡ ⋆。˚
hello lovelies! Recently i’ve been going through my own healing journey after a relationship. I wanted to share my tips on how i’ve been coping <3
1: Allow yourself to feel everything- never feel guilty for crying or being angry. By releasing everything you won’t hold on to those emotions.
2: Write it out- Write a letter to this person but don’t send it (if you aren’t comfortable with that). When I wrote mine, I wrote all my emotions and thoughts. I burned my letter to send it out into the universe but that is optional.
3: Being with friends/family- I surrounded myself by the people that love me the most. It reminded me that I don’t need to be with anyone right now to feel loved. Find a good support group for you.
4: Reflect- Do some journaling on the situation. Find where you want to improve yourself for your next relationship/life in general. There are lots of journal prompts online for breakup healing.
5: See things how they are- Living in rosecolored glasses will make you only remember the good parts. Remind yourself why things went the way they did. It may be difficult but it will help you in the long run.
6: Hobbies/New interests- Do things that you enjoy doing or be open to new interests. This is a great distraction and reminder that you can still enjoy things that you love. Explore the new things to fill your time.
7: Cut contact- This may be the hardest step if you still love this person. If you haven’t already I recommend this. By staying in this persons life it may make it hard to move on. Take the step to block.
8: Be gentle- Give yourself the time you need to heal. Don’t be upset if you notice you still miss them or want to reach out. Be patient with yourself because healing takes time.
These are a few things i’ve been doing while on my journey. If you are going through this I want you to know your feelings are valid. Please be gentle with yourself and know you’ll be okay. I’m rooting for you and you aren’t alone. Take care all you beauties<3

hello beauties! I wanted to share some of my favorite subliminals that i use. I like to use these while saying affirmations, imagining my manifestations, or while sleeping. I recommend doing what feels most comfortable!
what are subliminals? they are videos that have sped up affirmations playing at a low volume in the background of videos. These videos are created so your subconscious can clearly listen to the affirmations and create anything you desire.

GUIDE TO MANIFESTATION!


This is the only law of assumption post you’ll ever need, basically manifesting 101. This is a perfect post for beginners, but is also a great read if you’re looking to go back to basics. I sincerely hope this helps you and clears up anything you’re questioning!

★ Manifesting
To manifest is to persist in an assumption until it manifests into your 3D reality.
★ Assumptions
To create an assumption/to assume is to accept something to be true without proof. This can be done by simply stating you have a desire and then persisting in the fact that it is true.
★ Persistence
To persist is to continue with an act. So, continue to stand firm in your assumption. You cannot be persisting then complain about not having your desire, that is not standing firm in the fact you have your desire, that is persisting in the state of lack.
★ States
States are not a method. You are always in a state of consciousness. But what does it mean to be in a state? A state is what you are identifying with, your thoughts, your emotions, everything to do with your consciousness and mindset. You simply get into a state by setting the intention, or by well… stating an assumption.
★ The 3D and the 4D
The 3D is our physically reality, while the 4D is our imagination. The 3D is nothing but a mirror of the 4D, this is why your assumptions manifest into the 3D, and why the 4D is referred to as the only reality - The 3D wouldn’t exist without the 4D. Everything is based off of your assumptions, you have the power to change absolutely anything. If you can imagine it you can have it.
★ The state of the wish fulfilled
The state of the wish fulfilled is to be in a state of mind in which you are sure you have your desire. You maintain the state by standing firm and persisting in your assumption. You can also use methods to enter the state of the wish fulfilled but this isn’t necessary. The state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state with time.
★ Ignoring the 3D
The 3D is to not be ignored. The 3D is to be dismissed. Ignoring the 3D can lead to spiralling and stress. You should be able to look at your current circumstances and tell yourself that your circumstances will change, they are not permanent. You should not be trying to change your 3D, the idea of the law is to change your 4D, to change your imagination and thought patterns because that is what is reflected into the 3D.
★ Methods
There are many methods out there, such as visualisation, scripting and affirming. These are not the only method, you can even create your own methods! These are only tools to help you enter the state of the wish fulfilled and to impress your subconscious mind. No method is necessary for manifesting, only do a method if you enjoy it. Do not do a method just because it has worked for someone else, especially if you do not enjoy it. Do only what works for you and makes you feel good.
Visualisation is the act of forming a mental image in your mind, including scenarios, with the intent to bring them into reality.
Scripting is when you write down your desires as if you have them or are going to get them. This can be done on paper or digitally, most people do this as if they were writing a diary entry.
Affirming can be seen as a method, but in reality we are affirming all the time. Affirmations are just thoughts. So how can this be a method? By purposely repeating a certain affirmation multiple times throughout the day or even multiple affirmations.
Vaunting is the same as simple old affirming, but instead of just one sentence it is multiple sentences, a paragraph.
★ Negativity
Most people worry about having negative thoughts and emotions, thinking it has ruined their manifestions. You are allowed to have negative thoughts and emotions; Obviously, it would be nice not to and you should strive for positivity in your life. But do not go out of your way to spiral by feeding into negative thoughts, if you get a negative thought acknowledge it, do not become a victim to your own imagination and mind. You can cry and have negative emotions, do not bottle up your emotions, but do not tell yourself that you’ve ruined everything just because you’re having a normal human reaction. As long as you’re returning to the state of the wish fulfilled more times that the state of lack, then the state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state, which is what we are trying to achieve.

With all that being said, you have and will forever have the power to manifest. Manifesting is not some magical voodoo superpower, it is part of life, but it just isn’t common knowledge. You are someone who has this knowledge, you know that your assumptions create, so please do not hold yourself back. There are no limits. If you really want what you desire you will discipline yourself and put in the effort. This is all about you, you create the rules and you create your reality.
