Getting into the flow of painting and releasing fear, as I paint the soul of my fear. Painting was a hundred times harder and scarier just a few years ago. Now I actually paint to see what I am painting. To let it come through and show itself to me. Releasing control of how I want the image to appear was one of the biggest obstacles I released to actually feel the painting process as a free and alive experience, rather than never good enough, never accurate enough, never what I originally planned for. That original plan never comes to life for me. It grows in my hands and paintbrush, only to be born as whatever the hell it wants to be born as 😁🖌️🎨✨🧚‍♀️🦄🌈🍄
