#gauravgurjar001 We know that pineapple is an incredible food source loaded with an abundance of vitamins (C, B1, B5 B6, B9) & enzymes to support our digestion 🍍 〰️ As a #freshfruit, it's also packed with #fibre that helps us to break down the natural sugar content within the fruit (yes you heard it, the sugar in fresh fruit is not bad 🙌) 〰️ But how does dried pineapple compare? Let's have a quick peek at its nutrient content 🍍 ➡️ Serve size: 3x less than a serving of fresh pineapple - essentially it won't fill us up as much ➡️ Calories: Almost double ➡️ Carbohydrates: 14g higher (a serve of carbs) ➡️ Sugar: Double ➡️ Fibre: 2g less - This doesn't seem like much but since it has a much higher sugar content in addition to this lower fibre, this is where it can really ⬆️ our blood sugar levels if we're having larger portions which can become a bit of an issue. 〰️ The verdict ➡️ Dried pineapple can certainly be enjoyed as a snack (it's often much more nutritious than other packaged foods) but it's important to keep the portion size in mind & to go for fresh fruit where you can especially if you want a filling snack🍍 (at Crossing Republik) https://www.instagram.com/p/Br65TCchDLd/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=frmmew5lvdes

- This is just a small gym hack for the landmine row that I found out months after I first started training that completely changed how I performed the exercise. - 1. Use multiple smaller plates instead of the big 45lbs/20kg plate as this will allow you to bring the bar close to you, increasing the ROM (I know it is not a crazy different amount, but it definitely helps me get that contraction) - 2.
