I just noticed how Kageyama and Hinata are designed to be complete opposites.

Kageyama is quite tall, Hinata is quite (very) short. On the colour wheel, Orange is the opposite to blue, their eyes are the closest you can get to orange and brow, alwell as their hair colour being quite vibrant Vs dull.

This also applies to Ushijima and Tendou. But this time it's red and green being opposite, and they also have the build difference instead of height. (Ushijima is built like a brick wall and Tendou is built like one of those blow up noodles).
