A Single Girl's Guide to Loving Valentine's Day
Tumblr media Tumblr media
What if this Valentine's Day, we made it all about falling more in love with ourselves? Not in a cheesy "self-love quotes on Instagram" kind of way, but in real, meaningful ways.
Let's be honest, sometimes it feels like the whole world is wrapped up in heart-shaped couples specials and romantic dinner reservations. But there's something kind of magical about reclaiming this day and turning it into a celebration of the most important relationship you'll ever have, the one with yourself.
But here's the thing about Valentine's Day, it's just another Tuesday. (Well, Friday this year, but you get the point.) And while everyone else is stressing about dinner reservations and gift expectations, we get to do whatever the hell we want.
Not sure what that looks like? Here's what actually feels good:
Get a little selfish with your time. Want to binge that entire series everyone's talking about? Do it. Feel like ordering both the pad thai AND the curry because you don't have to agree on one place? Go for it. Miss taking long baths without someone knocking on the door? The bathroom is all yours.
Spoil yourself, but make it practical. Skip the overpriced roses and treat yourself to something you've actually been wanting. Maybe it's those fancy sheets you've been eyeing, that nice candle you always sniff at the store, or finally buying the good version of something instead of the cheap one.
Make it a friend thing. Round up your other single friends (or your coupled friends who need a break from the V-Day pressure) and do something fun. Host a wine and cheese night. Try that new restaurant that's definitely not doing a "special Valentine's menu." Have a spa day at home where you try all those face masks you've been hoarding.
Or don't do anything special at all. Because that's the beauty of being single on Valentine's Day, you don't have to acknowledge it if you don't want to. Sleep in. Order pizza. Watch true crime documentaries. Sometimes the best self-love is just letting yourself be.
There's nothing wrong with being single on Valentine's Day. And there's nothing wrong with having mixed feelings about it either. You can be totally happy being single AND still roll your eyes at the couple's discount ads. Both are valid.
The secret is this: February 14th is just another day to be exactly who you are. And who you are is already pretty great.
Drop a 💖 below if you're planning a low-key V-Day too!

Why Being "Low Maintenance" Is Actually Self-Abandonment
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Have you ever caught yourself saying "I'm just low maintenance" and feeling weirdly proud about it? Let's talk about what's really hiding behind that seemingly innocent phrase.
Being "low maintenance" often means we're actually abandoning ourselves in small ways every single day. We're not actually "chill", we're just really good at ignoring our own needs.
Think about it: When was the last time you…
Said "I'm fine with whatever" when you actually have a strong preference about where to eat
Stayed quiet about something that hurt you because you didn't want to "cause drama"?
Accepted the bare minimum effort because you're afraid of being called "demanding"
Praised yourself for "not being needy" when you're actually just suppressing your real needs.
The scary part? Society LOVES a "low maintenance" woman. Movies, TV shows, and social media constantly feed us this idea of the "cool girl" who never complains, never has needs, and is always up for anything. We're taught that taking up less space and being eternally agreeable makes us more lovable. But let's be real, would you want your best friend to silence her needs just to seem "easy-going"? Would you want your future daughter to shrink herself to appear more attractive to others?
I didn't think so.
Here's what being "low maintenance" actually costs you: Your authentic voice gets quieter. Your ability to form genuine connections suffers (because how can people truly know you if you never express what you want?). Your self-trust erodes because you've gotten so good at ignoring your inner wisdom.
Having needs doesn't make you high maintenance, it makes you human. Setting boundaries isn't demanding, it's healthy. Speaking up about your feelings isn't dramatic, it's brave.
So how do we start shifting away from this pattern? It doesn't have to be huge, dramatic changes. Start with tiny steps that feel manageable:
Next time you're asked where you'd like to eat, pause for a moment. Check in with yourself. What sounds good to you? Maybe you don't need to immediately jump to "oh, anywhere is fine!" Give yourself permission to have a preference.
Try keeping a little notes app diary of moments when you notice yourself automatically saying "it's fine" or "whatever you want." No judgment, just notice the pattern. Sometimes awareness is the first step to change.
When you're with trusted friends, practice expressing small preferences. Maybe it's about what movie to watch or what time to meet up. Notice how it feels in your body when you actually say what you want. Notice if the world keeps spinning (spoiler: it usually does).
Instead of "low maintenance," how about we start calling ourselves "self-aware"? Instead of "easy-going," how about "authentic"? Instead of "not needy," how about "clear about my needs"?
Remember, the right people in your life won't want you to be low maintenance. They'll want you to be authentic. They'll appreciate knowing your true preferences and respect your boundaries. And anyone who makes you feel bad about having normal human needs isn't someone who deserves your energy.
Your needs matter. Your voice matters. Your preferences matter. And learning to honor them isn't just okay, it's essential for building a life that actually feels like yours.

The Fear That You've Already Peaked
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It's the middle of the night and you're still up, staring at your phone, that weird heavy feeling in your chest. You're looking at old pics and videos, and honestly? It hurts a little. Or maybe a lot.
You remember that version of yourself, the one who was fearless, who had everything figured out, who just knew her dreams would come true. And now you're here, wondering if maybe that was it. If that was your peak, and you didn't even realize it at the time.
It's such a lonely thought to sit with. Such a hard one to admit.
Sometimes it shows up when you're scrolling through social media. Sometimes when you catch your reflection and something feels different, not in how you look, but in how you feel. , but because something feels different. Missing. Or maybe it's just in those random moments when you're alone with your thoughts like: "Wait… is this it?" "What if the best has already happened?"
I want you to know something: this feeling is trying to tell you something important.
When you look back at photos and your heart just hurts, how alive you felt back then and literally want to cry?, that's not proof that you've peaked. It's proof that you're ready. Ready to feel that alive again, just in a new way.
No one tells you this, but those moments we think were our peak? We didn't even know it then. We were too busy worrying, overthinking, and planning for a future we thought would look completely different, and we were convinced we weren't doing enough.
You haven't peaked. You're in transformation.
That girl you miss so much? She was awesome, but she didn't have your strength. Your experience. Your ability to set boundaries. Your wisdom. She was running around trying to prove herself. You're learning to just… be yourself.
Next time you're up late spiraling about this, try this instead:
Thank your past self for bringing you here. For surviving the hard parts. For keeping that light inside you, even when it felt dim.
Then give yourself permission to be here, exactly as you are. To rest. To not know what's next. To be becoming.
This isn't the end of your story. It's just the space between chapters. The pause before something new begins.
You haven't peaked, babe. You're just learning to shine in ways your past self couldn't even imagine.
And that? That's beautiful.
Keep going. Your next chapter is waiting. And trust me - it's going to be better than anything you could have posted on your story.

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 31
The Beginning of Your Best Year Yet
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My beautiful goddesses… where do I even begin? Sitting here writing this final post feels surreal. For 31 days, we've shared this space together, growing, learning, and becoming. But today isn't really an ending, it's your launching point for everything that comes next.
You've proven something incredible: that small, consistent steps can create meaningful change. That you're stronger than your doubts. That you're capable of growth, even (especially!) when it feels uncomfortable.
Remember when we first started? That spark of possibility you felt? Guess what, it's still there, and it's growing stronger every day. Every tool you've gathered, every insight you've gained, every small win you've celebrated, they're all part of your foundation now.
Before we look ahead, I want us to pause and honor this moment together. Let's create a simple but powerful commitment ceremony right where you are. Find a quiet space, light a candle if you can, and take three deep breaths. Now, place your hand on your heart and speak these words aloud:
"I honor the work I've done these past 31 days. I celebrate my courage to show up for myself. I commit to carrying these lessons forward. I promise to be patient with my progress. I choose to believe in my potential. This is my commitment to myself."
Take a moment to really feel the weight of these words. Let them sink in. This is your moment of transition, from learning to living these principles.
As we step into January, here's what I want you to remember:
Progress isn't perfect, it's personal
Your journey is uniquely yours
Small steps create big changes
You're never really starting over
Community makes us stronger
And let's celebrate your wins! Take out your journal right now and write down:
Three ways you've grown since Day 1
Two habits you're proud of building
One insight that changed your perspective
A moment when you surprised yourself with your strength
Keep this series somewhere you can find it. On those days when motivation fades (they'll come, and that's okay), revisit the posts that resonated most. Let them remind you of how far you’ve come and why you started.
Your next chapter is waiting. It might not look exactly like you imagined, it might be even better. Trust the process, trust yourself, and most importantly, keep going.
As for me, I'll be taking some time offline to rest, reflect, and set my own intentions for 2025. I'll be practicing what I've been sharing with you, prioritizing self-care, honoring my needs, and preparing for an amazing year ahead. I'll be back in a few days with fresh energy and new ideas to support your journey.
And please know this: I believe in you. Not just in who you might become, but in who you are right now. Every effort, every try, every step forward (and yes, even the steps back) – they all matter.
Before you close this page, take one final moment. Stand up, put your arms out wide, and give yourself the biggest hug. You've earned this moment of celebration. Feel proud. Feel strong. Feel ready.
See you in 2025! Remember, becoming your best version isn't about reaching a destination, it's about embracing the journey of growth, one day at a time.

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 30
Creating Your Vision for 2025
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hey Goddesses! Can you believe we're here at Day 30? After yesterday's focus on prioritizing ourselves, let's use this special moment to look ahead, dream big and to paint the picture of your 2025. Not with vague resolutions that fade by February, but with a clear, exciting vision for who we want to become.
You know what I love most about where we are right now? We're not starting from scratch. You've built so much over these past weeks. You've learned to trust yourself more, to show up for your dreams, to track your progress, and most importantly, to believe in the possibility of change.
Now it's time to take all of this beautiful growth and point it toward your future. But let's do this differently. Instead of making a rigid plan, we're creating a living, breathing vision of your 2025. One that has room to grow and shift as you do.
I want you to try something with me. Close your eyes for a moment. Take a deep breath. Now, imagine yourself walking through a day in December 2025. Not a perfect, Instagram-worthy day, but a real, fulfilling day that makes you think "yes, this is what I wanted."
What do you notice first? Maybe it's how you feel when you wake up. The morning routine you've finally made your own. The way you carry yourself as you move through your day. The relationships that have grown deeper. The work that feels meaningful.
Let's make this vision real together. Grab your journal (or open your notes app), and let's explore:
Your Daily Life:
How do mornings feel different?
What kind of energy flows through your days?
Which new habits have become second nature?
What makes you smile without even trying?
How are you taking care of yourself?
Your Growth and Learning:
What have you learned about yourself?
How do you handle challenges differently?
Which old fears have lost their power?
What new skills make you proud?
How has your confidence evolved?
Your Connections:
How do your relationships feel deeper?
What boundaries help you thrive?
Who are you inspiring along the way?
What kind of support surrounds you?
Your Impact:
How are you making a difference?
What legacy are you building?
Which dreams no longer scare you?
What makes you proud of your journey?
Creating Your 2025 Vision
Picture your ideal day in detail: from morning routine to evening wind-down
Think about how you want to feel in different areas of life
Imagine what you'll be proud of accomplishing
Consider what skills you want to master
Visualize the relationships you want to nurture
Think about the habits you want to build
Envision your perfect work-life balance
Moving from Dreams to Reality
Choose 3 main areas to focus on first
Break them down into monthly milestones
Plan your first actions for January
Set up your tracking systems (remember those?)
Choose your accountability methods
Plan your celebration milestones
Identify potential obstacles and solutions
The beautiful part is that you’ve already started. Every tool you’ve gathered, every small win you’ve celebrated, and every moment you’ve chosen growth over comfort, it’s all been leading you here.
Here's a powerful exercise to try:
Write a letter to yourself dated December 31, 2025
Include not just achievements, but personal growth
Describe how you overcame challenges
Detail the habits you've built
Express gratitude for specific progress
Include advice for your current self
Keep this letter somewhere special, it's your roadmap
Your vision isn't just about goals, it's about becoming. Who do you want to be? How do you want to feel? What impact do you want to have?
See you tomorrow for our final day together! Remember, you've already begun becoming your best version, now it's time to keep that momentum going into 2025.

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 29
Prioritizing Yourself and Your Needs
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hey Goddesses! As we near the end of our journey together and after exploring how to stay motivated yesterday, let's dive into something equally important, making yourself a priority. This isn't just about self-care; it's about fundamentally restructuring how you value your own needs in your daily life. Think about it: how often do you postpone your own dreams because someone else's needs seem more urgent?
Research shows that people who prioritize their wellbeing are not only happier but also more effective in their relationships and careers. Yet, 78% of us regularly put others' needs before our own essential requirements. Let's break this cycle together.
Building on yesterday's motivation strategies, let's create a sustainable plan for putting yourself first. The key is understanding that self-prioritization isn't selfish, it's essential for your growth and ability to support others effectively. Look at it this way: if you’re running on empty, you can’t give your best to anyone or anything. Think of it like recharging your phone, you wouldn’t expect it to work on 1% battery all day, right? The same goes for you.
Understanding Your Current Patterns
Start by noting when you typically abandon your own needs:
Do you skip meals to finish work?
Cancel exercise plans for last-minute requests?
Postpone personal goals to help others achieve theirs?
Creating Your Self-Priority Framework
1.Morning Intention Setting. Begin each day with a simple question: "What do I need today?" This isn't about wants; it's about genuine needs for your wellbeing. Maybe it's 7 hours of sleep, a proper lunch break, or 30 minutes of quiet time.
2.The Energy Audit. Track your energy levels throughout the week. Notice when you feel depleted versus energized. This awareness helps you identify:
Activities that drain you
Relationships that need boundaries
Times when you're most vulnerable to saying "yes" when you mean "no"
3.Boundary Setting Strategy. Develop a systematic approach to protecting your time and energy:
Create a "non-negotiable" list of self-care activities
Practice delayed response to requests ("Let me check my schedule and get back to you")
Set specific times for availability to others
4.The Wellbeing Check-In System. Schedule weekly reviews where you assess:
How well you maintained your boundaries
Areas where you need more support
Adjustments needed in your self-care routine
Making It Sustainable
Remember our motivation techniques from yesterday? Let's integrate them:
Set small, achievable daily self-care goals
Celebrate when you successfully prioritize your needs
Build a support system that encourages your self-prioritization journey
It’s also important to surround yourself with people who respect and support your boundaries. If you’re met with resistance when you say no, remember: their reaction is not your responsibility. Taking care of yourself is not something you need to justify.
Today's Challenge:
Identify your top three non-negotiable self-care needs
Schedule specific times for these in tomorrow's calendar
Practice one "boundary phrase" you'll use when needed
Set up your first weekly wellbeing check-in
As we approach the final two days of our journey, remember that prioritizing yourself is a skill that improves with practice. Your "self-first" muscles will grow stronger each time you choose to honor your needs.
See you tomorrow for Day 30! Don't forget, this isn't about becoming self-centered; it's about becoming self-aware. When you genuinely prioritize your wellbeing, you become more present, more capable, and more available for meaningful connections with others.

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 28
How to Keep Yourself Motivated
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hey Goddesses! Today let’s talk about staying motivated, it’s one of those things that sounds simple but can feel so tricky in practice.
Staying motivated is hard sometimes, isn’t it? You start off with this burst of energy, but somewhere along the way, that fire dims. Maybe life gets in the way, or maybe you start questioning if it’s even worth the effort. That’s okay. It happens to all of us.
But motivation isn’t some magical power reserved for “those people” who always seem to have it together. It’s a practice, one that grows stronger when you nurture it in small, intentional ways. So today, I want to walk you through what’s helped me stay motivated, even on the hard days.
First, let’s start with your “why.” Why did you start this journey in the first place? Maybe it’s to feel more fulfilled, to grow into a version of yourself that you’re proud of, or to show up for your dreams in a way you’ve been putting off. Whatever it is, hold onto that reason. Write it down if you need to. Sometimes I even put my “why” on a sticky note and slap it on my bathroom mirror. It’s a gentle reminder that keeps me grounded on days when I’d rather not try.
When motivation starts to fade, breaking things into tiny steps makes a world of difference. Let’s say you’re working on a project, and it feels overwhelming. Instead of thinking, “I need to finish this,” focus on, “I’ll work on it for 10 minutes.” That’s it, just 10 minutes. Starting small makes the task feel less daunting, and once you’re in the groove, it’s amazing how often you keep going.
I remember one day when I was procrastinating on writing. I told myself, “Just write a single paragraph.” And you know what? That one paragraph turned into a page, and then another. Sometimes, getting started is the hardest part, but once you’re in motion, it gets easier.
Another thing that’s helped me is pairing tasks with something I enjoy. When I sit down to work on something, I’ll make it a little ritual, like lighting my favorite candle or putting on a playlist that makes me feel unstoppable. The other day, I found myself dancing around my living room between tasks. It didn’t make the work any less real, but it made it feel lighter.
And let’s talk about celebrating wins. We’re so quick to criticize ourselves for what we haven’t done, but how often do we acknowledge what we have accomplished? Even the small stuff matters. Wrote a sentence? That counts. Made it through a tough day? That counts too. I’m serious, celebrate those moments. A little self-high-five or a favorite snack can go a long way in keeping you going.
Of course, there will be days when motivation feels completely out of reach. On those days, remember this: it’s okay to rest. Motivation isn’t about being “on” all the time; it’s about showing up when you can and being kind to yourself when you can’t.
Imagine this: It’s December 2025. You’re looking back on everything you’ve accomplished, all the times you chose to take a step forward, even when it was hard. That future version of you is proud. They’re looking at you right now, cheering you on.
So here’s my challenge for you: What’s one small thing you can do today to move closer to your goals? It doesn’t have to be big, it just has to be yours. If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear about it.
See you tomorrow for Day 29! You’re doing amazing, even if it doesn’t always feel like it.

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 27
Hobbies & Passion Projects
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hi Goddesses! After exploring all those personal development tools yesterday, let's talk about something that adds real color to our lives, hobbies and passion projects. You know, those things that make us lose track of time and bring a spark to our eyes when we talk about them.
Have you noticed how some of the happiest people you know have interests outside of their daily responsibilities? There's something magical about having activities in your life that you do simply because they bring you joy.
One of the most beautiful things about hobbies is that they don't need to be productive or perfect. They're just for you, for your joy, for that feeling of losing track of time while doing something you love.
Some ways to reconnect with what lights you up:
Think about what you loved doing as a child
Notice what makes you lose track of time
Pay attention to what YouTube videos or social media content you naturally gravitate toward
Remember activities that make you feel energized rather than drained
Think back to when you were younger, what did you love doing just for fun? Maybe you spent hours drawing, built elaborate LEGO creations, or wrote stories in your notebook. Somewhere along the way, many of us let these joyful activities slip away, telling ourselves we're "too busy" or that they're not "productive enough."
Let's change that! Here's how to rediscover or start a hobby that lights you up:
Start Small and Simple
Try one new activity for 15 minutes this week
Use materials you already have at home
Join a free online community or workshop
Watch tutorial videos for inspiration
Finding Your Passion Project
What topics do you love learning about?
Which activities make you forget to check your phone?
What did you dream of doing "someday"?
What skills would you like to develop just for fun?
Making Time for Fun
Schedule short, regular "play dates" with yourself
Keep supplies easily accessible
Join local groups or online communities
Share your progress (only if you want to!)
Hobbies and passion projects aren't just fun, they're good for you! They can:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Boost creativity
Improve work-life balance
Create opportunities for new connections
Build confidence through skill development
Here's a secret: hobbies don't need to be Instagram-worthy or turn into a side hustle. They're valuable simply because they bring you joy and help you unwind.
Quick action step: Pick one hobby or passion project you'd like to explore. It could be something brand new or an old interest you'd like to revisit. Start with just 15 minutes this week.
What hobby or passion project are you curious about? Let's share ideas and inspire each other! Drop a comment below, I'd love to hear from you.
See you tomorrow for Day 28! Remember, making time for activities that bring you joy isn't selfish, it's essential for becoming your best self.

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 26
Personal Development Tools and Resources
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yesterday we talked about creating accountability plans, and today I want to build on that momentum by sharing some amazing tools and resources that have genuinely transformed my personal growth journey.
Think about the last time you scrolled through your phone, looking at all those self-improvement apps you downloaded but never really used. We've all been there! Today, I want to share what's actually worked for me.
The Simple Tools That Work Wonders
First up, journaling! But wait, before you roll your eyes, hear me out. I'm not talking about writing novels every morning. Sometimes it's just a quick brain dump while having coffee, or a few grateful thoughts before bed. (Quick tip: if you're new to journaling and self-reflection, you might want to check out my free Self-Worth Mini Workbook, it's got some really gentle prompts to get you started!)
Digital tools have been game-changers too. I absolutely love:
Notion for organizing my entire life (seriously, it's like having a second brain)
Insight Timer for meditation (the free version is amazing!)
Goodnotes for digital journaling.
Creating Your Sacred Space
Something that's really helped me is creating a dedicated space for personal development. It doesn't have to be fancy, mine's just a cozy corner with:
A comfortable cushion
My favorite journal and pens
A small plant (because why not?)
A few inspiring books
Speaking of books, these have been life-changing:
"Atomic Habits" by James Clear
"The Mountain Is You" by Brianna Wiest
"You Are a Badass" by Jen Sincero
View the full list here
Making It Work For You
The key is finding what naturally fits into your life. Maybe you:
Start with just 5 minutes of morning reflection
Use your commute time for personal development podcasts
Set up a simple evening routine for goal review
(By the way, if you're ready to dive deeper into creating sustainable personal growth practices, my Inner Glow Bundle has some amazing tools for this, but let's focus on getting those basics down first!)
The Power of Community
Never underestimate the power of connecting with others on the same journey. Some great ways to do this:
Join online communities (like this one!)
Find an accountability partner
Share your journey on social media
Participate in group challenges
Remember This, the most powerful tools are often the simplest ones. Don't get caught up in thinking you need the fanciest apps or most expensive programs. Start with what you have, where you are.
What's one tool or practice you're excited to try? Let me know in the comments below! I love hearing about your journeys and learning from your experiences too!
See you tomorrow for Day 27!

Designing Your Accountability Plan
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After exploring progress tracking yesterday, let's create a solid accountability plan that will carry you through 2025. Think of it as giving yourself the gift of support and structure for your journey ahead.
First, let's understand what makes accountability work: When we share our intentions with others, we're 65% more likely to achieve them. When we have specific accountability appointments, that success rate jumps to 95%!
Building on our progress tracking systems from yesterday, let's design your personalized accountability system.
The key is finding the right mix of accountability tools that work for your personality and goals. Some people thrive with public commitments, while others prefer private check-ins with a trusted friend.
Here are some tried-and-true approaches to consider:
Setting Yourself Up for Success
Pick a specific day and time each week for self-review. Sunday evenings often work well, but choose what fits your schedule. During this time:
Review your progress from the past week
Plan your focus for the coming week
Update your tracking systems (remember those from yesterday?)
Your Monthly Review Time
Schedule a monthly "strategy session" with yourself. This is where you:
Assess your overall direction
Adjust goals as needed
Celebrate wins, no matter how small
Plan next month's focus areas
The "Future Self" Letter
Write a letter to your December 2024 self, describing what you're working toward. Set calendar reminders to read and reflect on this letter every few months. It's like creating accountability with your future self.
Ways to Stay Accountable
Find a friend who shares similar goals
Join a group where you can share your progress
Use a simple app that sends you friendly reminders
Keep a journal or take progress photos
Tell someone you trust about your plans
Making It Work For You
Choose check-in times that fit your life
Write down what you'll review each time
Pick accountability methods that feel right to you
Have a plan for when you miss a check-in (because life happens!)
Here's something you can do today (yes, even on Christmas!): Pick one goal and decide:
When you'll check in
How you'll track it
Who can support you
How you'll celebrate progress
Today, there’s no exercise or task for you to complete, it’s Christmas, after all! Take this time to simply relax, reflect, and cherish the moments that matter most. Use the day to think about what’s important to you and set an intention for the year ahead.
See you tomorrow for Day 26! And don't forget, accountability isn't about perfection, it's about progress and support.

A Christmas Message From My Heart to Yours
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hellooo Goddesses,
Merry Christmas to those celebrating! I wanted to take a moment on this special day to connect with you all.
Looking back at our journey together over these past 24 days, I'm filled with so much gratitude and pride. We've explored confidence, faced fears, discovered our personal style, and created systems for growth. But more importantly, we've built a community of support and encouragement.
Today, I want you to pause. Take a breath. Look at how far you've come, not just in this series, but in your entire journey this year. You've shown up for yourself, you've been willing to grow, and you've taken steps toward becoming your best version. That takes real courage.
To those spending today with loved ones, cherish these moments. To those spending it alone, know that you're part of this community and we're thinking of you. To those working today, thank you for what you do. To everyone, you matter, and your journey matters.
Remember: growth isn't just about the big steps. It's in the small moments too, like taking time to read these posts, leaving encouraging comments for others, or simply showing up for yourself day after day.
Today I hope you can take a moment to celebrate yourself. You're doing better than you think you are.
Wishing you and your loved ones a happy holiday!

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 24
Setting Up Progress Tracking Systems
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hey Goddesses! After exploring personal style yesterday, let's talk about something that can really amplify our growth journey, tracking our progress. But don't worry, we're not going to turn this into a complicated spreadsheet situation (unless that's your thing!).
That satisfying feeling when you can actually see how far you've come? That's what we're aiming for. Let's create a tracking system that feels natural and motivating, not like another chore on your to-do list.
Think about it, we've covered everything from confidence to personal style in this series, and you've probably made more progress than you realize. That's exactly why tracking matters, it helps us celebrate those wins we might otherwise miss.
Let's explore some simple but effective ways to track your growth:
The "One Line a Day" Method:
Keep a small notebook or digital note where you write just one line about your progress each day. It could be anything – "Spoke up in meeting today" or "Chose outfit that felt truly me." Simple, quick, but powerful when you look back.
Visual Progress Maps:
Create a simple chart or calendar where you mark days you took action toward your goals. Use different colors or symbols for different types of progress. Seeing those marks add up over time is incredibly motivating.
The Weekly Check-in:
Set aside 10 minutes every Sunday (or any day that works for you) to reflect on three things:
What went well this week?
What did I learn?
What do I want to focus on next week?
The Progress Photo Approach:
Not just for fitness goals! Take photos of your workspace as you organize it, screenshot positive feedback you receive, or document other visible signs of growth. Create an album called "Growth Journey 2025" on your phone.
Voice Memos:
Sometimes writing feels like too much. Try recording quick voice notes about your progress. "Hey future me, today I finally..." These can be incredibly powerful to listen back to.
Don't Forget these key principles:
Track what matters to you, not what others measure
Make it easy enough to stick with
Focus on progress, not perfection
Include both tangible and intangible wins
Keep it flexible, adjust your system as needed
Quick tip:
Link your tracking to something you already do daily. Maybe you check your progress while having your morning coffee or before your evening skincare routine (remember our self-care conversation?).
Today's Challenge:
Take 5 minutes to write down where you are now in any area you want to track. This becomes your baseline. In a month, you'll be amazed at the changes you notice.
See you tomorrow for Day 25! Remember, you can't manage what you don't measure, but keep it simple enough to stick with.

Note
I sent this to a guy because I was so upset at him and wanted to know your feedback on what I said “Everytime I talk to you, you make me upset. You do this continually to me. I don’t deserve you treating me like this. I know you’re lying to me, you’re not single. I can’t do all this back and forth with you it’s so annoying. If you say you’re done then be done. I can’t do this anymore you don’t care it’s exhausting having to tell you. You don’t care about me and that’s clear I’m done putting my energy into this. It’s exactly why you only want me to come a day, can’t plan even if it’s a week out…it’s clear as to why. I’m sick of being upset by you” then he was ignoring me then I sent “I can’t believe how you really ignore me…the least can you do is apologize I just wanted you to understand Can you at least answer” and he goes “bro what do you want? Like leave me alone already genuinely” and I was like “Why’re you being like this what did I do…” and he goes “Cause you’re so disrespectful and talk down to me and say so much shit I hate that I’m done Seriously leave me alone” and I was like “I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful or talk down to you I’m sorry I’ve just felt hurt It wasn’t my intention to be disrespectful or talk down to you, I was just telling you how I felt. Yes I was frustrated so I’m sorry. you were ignoring me and then blocked me so that just made me more upset” what did I say that was disrespectful and talking down to him? I was just so upset and now I’m thinking I was too intense?? He’s not even responding after I apologized twice…
Hi love! I understand where you’re coming from and that you feel hurt by his behavior, but the first thing you’re going to do is stop texting that man, I’m being serious, stop.
This seems like a constant thing between you two and from what you’ve said, you have expressed to him how you feel multiple times. Also you’re accusing him of multiple things, like not being single, which I don’t know if they’re true. So you trust your intuition on that one. Which also makes me wonder how long you guys been together.
And to be completely honest with you, I think he already given you the answer you’re looking for. You said he doesn’t care about you, and then what he does is ignore you and gaslight you. Cause baby, you’re feelings are 100% valid and you said nothing wrong. Like I would have stop after the first part of the message when he ignored you but that’s another topic.
And for him to say you’re being rude and disrespectful when the only thing you did was expressing how you feel, is a little manipulative, at least that’s what I think.
So now you need to really think if that relationship is something you want to continue (my opinion is you shouldn’t).
I hope you get some clarity from this, sending you tons of love 💖

Become Your Best Version Before 2025 - Day 23
Personal Style & Self-Presentation
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hi Goddesses! Let's talk about something that can be both super fun and slightly overwhelming, developing your personal style. This isn't about following trends or completely overhauling your wardrobe. It's about discovering and expressing who you are through how you present yourself to the world.
You know that feeling when you put on an outfit and just feel like you? That's what we're aiming for, not just occasionally, but every day. Whether you're a minimalist who loves basics, a maximalist who lives for patterns, or somewhere in between, your style should make you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.
Let's break this down into areas where your personal style shines through:
Your Physical Space: Notice how some people's homes or workspaces instantly tell you something about them? That's personal style in action. Start by choosing one small area, maybe your desk or bedside table, and arrange it in a way that feels uniquely you. Maybe you love minimalism, or perhaps you're drawn to cozy chaos. There's no wrong answer!
Communication Style: Some people tell detailed stories, others are direct and brief. Some use lots of gestures, others are more reserved. Your communication style is part of your personal brand. Pay attention to when you feel most natural in conversations, that's often your authentic style peeking through.
Digital Presence: Whether it's your social media, emails, or work presentations, your digital presence is an extension of your personal style. Does your online presence feel aligned with who you are?
Body Language: Your posture, gestures, and how you move through space all contribute to your personal style. Try this: When you're feeling great, notice your natural body language. That's your authentic style in motion!
Alright, now for the fun part you’ve been waiting for: bringing your inner self to life through the way you dress! Your style should feel like an extension of you, not a costume you put on. When you choose clothes that reflect how you truly feel and who you are inside, that’s when everything aligns.
