Dietary/lifestyle rules I live by that may sound strange but not to me part 3
! Not intended as 100% reliable and medical recommendations. Just thought I'd share a bit about what makes me feel good and healthy as a wellness junkie. !
(almost) no shaving
not fearing fats and fructose (depending on your body/health obvi, not for people with intolerances and so)
actually wearing spf, but allowing your skin a few moments of sunlight right after waking up
acupressure mat + breathwork when stressed (also a daily routine)
also legs up the wall
zero consumption of pornographic or overly sexual material
marriage only with a big ass v detailed prenuptial agreement that will ensure my finances and property and dealings with pets, children etc. (and the ones of my spouse, as well ofc) (seems obvious, but isn't, sadly)
having my biggest (childhood) dreams fulfilled before getting children (e.g. certain pets [that can be kept with kids in the future])
simple diary + calender + habit tracker as only journaling method
always carrying puzzle magazines: great alternative for screen time (passing time w/no phone, cognitive/focus training and dopamine boosting)
having at least one hobby / something you do regularly for generativity, ecological or social care
essential oils

! Not intended as 100% reliable and medical recommendations. Just thought I'd share a bit about what makes me feel good and healthy as a wellness junkie. !
sleep maxxing, 9½hrs at least (yes that means you'll have short free time on weekdays)
eating the sweet food and fruir separate from your bigger meals or beforehand
religious (or spiritual) practice
using a sauna as often as you can (3×/week max.)
no makeup, ever
LOTS of oxytocin boosting activities (love making or cuddling)
only buying organic food
being naked/no clothes for some time @ home (or in my view-protected garden)
water fasting for up to two days if I feel like it
no self-pleasure (personal choice)
strict no-contact with family members that do more damage than good
on the other hand: maxxing family time or support (esp elders) with members that do give you positive energy
at least one community or ecological service

dried coconut

You don't actually need that scalp brush.


If it's an investment you still may desire to purchase, then obviously go for it.
But just using your fingertips instead as a scalp massage mostly works even better in precision and it's obviously free.
This is how you scalp massage with your fingers efficiently:
(put product all over your hands)
(put product all over your scalp, make sure you lean forward to reach the back of your head as well and that you still have product on your tips at the end)
rub your skin in small circles using your tips or nails for at least 5 seconds. do as hard as you feel comfortable
move on a bit and continue until you finished your whole scalp (this can take some time)
What can you incorporate in your scalp massage?
in your shampoo routine (especially double cleansing)
oiling your hair / putting some sort of scalp care on
at night before bed
red light therapy

oxytocin maxing: spouse edition
kissies all the time [when it's appropriate] (bonus points if it's 6sec+)
(un)consciously touching also all the time [when it's appropriate] (must not be in a sexual way ofc)
going to sleep together (and maybe a bit earlier) so you can cuddle
spooning/cuddling when relaxing
doing each other's hair
lot's of love making
I'm not kidding you should be smashing all the time [when it's appropriate!] (and dependent on your libido which should be colossal anyways if you have a healthy body)
showering and bathing together (bonus points if washing each other)
gently massaging each other regularly (don't do too harsh if you don't know what you're doing -> risk of more harm than good)
non-consistent partners/hooking up won't do the job here especially for women

low gluten intake (only sourdough or buckwheat bread)
most supplements before caffeine
no peanuts
mostly eating nuts soaked in salt water
non-pasteurized fruit juices (and making them myself mostly)
salt intake when hot
sprinting instead of jogging
applying lip care vertically
zero artifical sweetner
salad is mostly herbs, argula and cale
never going anywhere without a snack
acv + salt + olive oil in the morning
black seed oil a few months before hay fever season
avoiding common deodorants and perfumes
organic, fair and high quality wool clothes instead of many synthetics
carrot juice maxing, especially in the summer

3L daily
non-plastic water containers if you buy yours (watch out for quality brands)
filter for tap water
copper flask
add lots of hydrating whole foods in your day
drops of whatever supplement or essence you like (I love chlorophyll and magnesium or iron)
himalayan salt
timer/some kind of notification for drinking
add fruits or mint to make it infused (I love making mint ice cubes)
track your intake – this has helped me so much
