I’m watching Kitchen Nightmares and I realized I’m basically Gordon Ramsey when I’m in someone’s space and they’re complaining about bad energy, like
“When was the last time these crystals were charged?”
“Do you not cleanse your space? Look at all this spiritual build up! Don’t you dare tell me you cleansed this!”
“Malachite next to carnelian? No wonder you can’t sleep and you’re eating everything you noodle!”

You can’t tell me there wasn’t real chemistry. Should I write fanfic for these two so we can all have a happier ending?

Safe Crossings for Someone Who’s Passed
A simple ritual to help someone who’s passed find peace.
Ingredients:
A small candle (white or black is good, or a color you associate with the deceased)
A small piece of paper and pen/pencil
Rosemary oil or leaves
Thyme
Violet, marigold, or rose petals
Ground clove
A pinch of sugar (any kind)
A small candle-safe bowl/holder (needs to be a bit larger than the candle itself so herbs can be placed around)
1.) Write the name of the person on the piece of paper. Write what you wish for them (peace, rest, happiness, love, reunions, etc.).
2.) Place the paper under the candle. If you have rosemary oil, rub the candle with it lightly. If you have the leaves, you can stick them into the candle in a ring around the outer edge.
3.) Create a ring around the candle with the herbs and petals. Sprinkle the sugar around on top last.
4.) Light the candle and say the person’s name and the things you wished for them.
5.) Leave the candle burning as long as you are able, but it’s okay if that’s a short amount of time.
6.) Bury the herbs/petals and paper- or burn them if you’re unable to bury.

The Storm That Ran Chapter One
Chapter One
A crescent moon reflected on the old and worn window pane of the neon apartment. Rain trickled down into the window which had been left ajar. The outside air was crisp and pleasant, the aroma of the monsoon with a faint hint of lavender. In the bedroom, a laptop light illuminated the silhouette of a female. Her blue hair was tied back tight and she wore casual clothes, whilst her eyes were pinned to her screen. She was trying to find some inspiration amongst her ramblings and musings. She typed furiously, erased and retyped her current sentence repeatedly. The sounds of furious keystrokes echoed whilst the casual frustrated groan erupted from her lips. “This needs to be perfect”. Eliza said out loud. The droplets began to slither through the gaps and fill the room whilst Eliza was oblivious to the puddle now forming on her wooden floor.
She was only distracted from her writer's block by the slurping of a creature that seemed to be delighted in its discovery. “KAI!” she screeched. Eliza clicked with her fingers and blue light illuminated the room. Hunched over beside her bed stood a creature on all fours caught in the act. It looked somewhat like a dog but also had avian features of that of an owl. Talons and a beak but also a certain charm with it's wagging tail and fluffy fur. They met eye to eye and Kai rolled on his back eagerly awaiting affection. “Not right now pup I'm busy”. She softly smiled whilst crawling out of her bed also known as her introvert sanctuary. Whilst hitting the brim of the windowsill shut she became fixated by the outside world in all its glory. Violet skies with a dash of teal clouds that hid parts of airships, as they elegantly floated by with their comings and goings of the evening night. “All of this inspiration around me and I can't get this one page finished!”. She frustratedly sighed and patted Kai on the head.
She went over to where her overcoat was still slumped on the floor from the previous night and she fastened the buttons and belt of the over-hood. “I'll be back later Kai”. She closed the door behind herself and swiped with her fingertip. Several locks clicked into place with an AI voice saying “Activation complete Verisiun system engaged”. She headed to the elevator just as the door was about to close. An elderly woman stood beside her and gave her a friendly smile before paying her attention back to her phone. The mechanical gears of the shaft sped to floor fiver before it abruptly halted, along with an aggressive thud. The systems intercommunication went blank along with the majority of the power. Eliza hated small spaces because they triggered old memories that she'd rather forget. She started to slowly step back into the corner of the lift whilst trying to remain calm and cool. The temperature started to rise in the elevator but the lady beside her just stood unnaturally still. Two minutes and a bead of sweat slid down Eliza's forehead. She silently counted numbers in her head down from twenty, when all of a sudden the intercommunication started to buzz and project a white noise. This wasn't protocol. . .

A little “palm stone” of Lepidolite that was gifted to me out of the blue because the person said they felt I needed it. The weird thing? They called it a palm stone even though it’s all knobbly and doesn’t look like any Palmstone I own EXCEPT it fits my left hand PERFECTLY. It’s the weirdest thing it literally feels like it was MADE for my hand? Every dip and curve fits my hand exactly and I tried meditating with it last night and I fell asleep (I often do) but literally because it fits my hand SO EXACTLY I literally can’t drop it in my sleep because even my hand relaxed keeps it in place without being uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting it but this has become a very special rock to me.

A chi cleanse
✨ Chi energy charge
Run yourself a warm bath, not too hot. Put any essential oils you wish or bath bubbles.
Whilst in the bath start to visualise the water being full of white light, and your back having roots that are starting to connect to this white light.
Feel the energy from the water go up your spin and throughout your body this should tingle.
Focus on the dark spots of you.
Allow it to heal any muscles that are tense or any chakra that is blocked.
Run the cold tap now on the shower head and put this over your head.
This cleanses you of negativity and finishes the charge up. ✨
