My Dad is Cool

My dad is a therapist, and he told me he has a client who is non-binary, and their parents accompany them to the sessions. He has been given consent to use his nerf gun to shoot the father whenever he accidentally deadnames/uses the wrong pronouns.

Yeah, you heard that. I believe everybody gets equal opportunity, that no sex or gender should have more privilege than the other.

Women? Should get no more rights than men.

The Queer? Should get no more rights than straight, cis people.

Movies? Listen, I don't mind a couple gay focused movies, and I don't mind just gay movies in general. But I can accept that we are a minority, and that we don't need every movie to have a gay character. It's like the "Oh I have a gay friend" thing.

And again, for the opposite party, the same is true. Men should have no more rights than women, and straight cis people shouldn't have more rights than the queer.

Small note: the violent crime stats are actually closer to 65% for men, so any argument about that doesn't hold up still. Everybody does shitty things.

'Radfems' need to stop claiming that women who don't have sex are fucked up, broken, or need medical intervention. Whether they're asexual, victims of trauma, or celibate for another reason, nobody is obligated to have sex or to take action to try to force themselves to want sex when they don't.

It's appalling that anyone claiming to be a radfem would attempt to guilt, berate or shame women into sexual activity or medical intervention they neither want nor need, when it's so obviously against the principles of radical feminism.

Ask yourself why you don't trust women to recognise whether their lack of sexual interest is a problem for them that requires medical support. Ask yourself what you're achieving by attacking these women, when your stunning lack of empathy is alienating them from the ideology that would support them. Ask yourself why women not having sex bothers you so fucking much.

The ACTUAL statistic of crime for men is 72.5 in 2019 (In the US), and then again...

Male Cheerleaders

Ok so I got a little sidetracked today and I went down a rabbit hole of cheerleading.

When I search "Male Cheerleader" on Google, I get a bunch of news articles about the NFL's first male cheerleaders, especially this one caught my eye as "they made history": Making History as the NFL's First Male Cheerleaders, CNN

This article, and all the others like it, were in reference to the 2018 L.A. Rams cheerleading squad.

HOWEVER.

Cheerleading was a primarily male activity from 1898 to 1939, and then the role was taken up by females due to all the men being yoinked for the war efforts, because this is 'Murica and we can't have a game of Run With Weird Object Towards Funky Goalpost without fancy dances, even while we are in the middle of a literal war.

The NFL was founded in 1920.

Are they saying, that between 1920 and 1939, a span of 19 YEARS, there wasn't ONE cheerleading performance AT ALL during the NFL playing seasons???

I think I put way too much thought into this, and I have no idea if I'm wrong, but like still

There should've been at least ONE all-male performance during any NFL games between 1920 and 1939

This all came about because of my general knowledge that men used to be the primary cheerleading gender, and then I looked at the article, and I was like "Huh? But wait"
