On a walk today I saw a woman with a bucket hat, except the hat was pulled so far down her face you couldn't actually see her eyes. I was wondering how she walked so confidently while probably not seeing much so I tried to peak under the hat.

I couldn't see her eyes, it looked like there wasn't any eyes where they were supposed to be, just smooth skin, not even a dent or a shape. I know there are many explanations, but it kind of bothers me still.

By a complete chance I stumbled upon an asian ingredients store today and they were having an anniversary of the store's opening, the filipino owners made a bunch of food for the occasion and (even though I literally ate lunch like half an hour ago) I tried some.

I must say, you filipinos have some banging food, I tried biko, puto, lumpia and kwek kwek (w/ chicken eggs, cause quail eggs are expensibe here) with sawsawan. Absolutetly delicious.
