Here are a handful of the 15 minute sketch portraits/requests I did this year (personal stats - over 20 hours of drawing over 3 days, 57 sketches completed; not my absolute max but a respectable showing nonetheless). Proud of what our team of artists have accomplished this year, and looking forward to working with everyone in 2025! :D

Had some time off work over the last couple weeks and managed to get out to the Rockies to do a bit of hiking/plein air painting. @remeberingeugeneouchi was an incredible man and designer, but the thing that truly comes to mind when I think about him is the way that I truly found my way with watercolour in his Media Exploration class. The impact of those classes on my work is impossible to overstate, and I really owe Eugene a huge debt of gratitude. Today usually acts as an opportunity for so many of us from the Calgary Creative community whose lives he impacted to come together.
