Raw nicecream cookie sandwiches, take one! 🍀 SO! I made two different kinds of cookie dough ~ cashew cacao and peanut butter ~ and froze it into squares and circles. I actually ended up liking the pb ones a bit more, but I think it's because they were sweeter. The cashew ones held up better in sandwich form though. I used maple syrup and coconut sugar as sweetener but I'm excited to try dates as my sweetener next! Super excited in general to perfect this recipe to share!!! 😻💕 I'm also experimenting with juice pulp "crackers" that are in the dehydrator right now. Sav and I sampled some tonight and they were reallyy frickin tasty but very crumbly and fally-apart-y. Anyone got any tips for that? Y'all are the bestest. Also any Wisco/Chicago fam going to Freaky Deaky for Halloween???? 🎃 Might come through to visit!! 💓

My weekend did not last long enough 😬 back to work tomorrow!!! Got some stuff done but not nearly everything I wanted. Really going to try to get my sleep schedule back on track so I can wake up and be productive before work. 💪 I'm ready to get shit duuuun. Any way, this was some dank ass goji nicecream topped with more banana, almond butter, cacao, and coconut. I tested some raw cookie recipes today to make nicecream sammiches tomorrow and I'm really excited. I'm also sprouting chickpeas to experiment with some raw hummus ideas!!! Can't wait for it to go down!!! And I need to mention, my friend Grant ( @colonelwhiskers ) is the frickin best and sent me a new hammock after mine got stolen at eclipse. So g dang sweet and thoughtful and I just can't believe how blessed I am to have people like him in my life. So much thanks for this lifetime!!!! Ahhh!!!! 💓💓💓 LOVE

Last night's salad ft. an insanely beautiful super red heirloom tomato. 🍅 Made my fave tahini dressing with raw tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, s&p, and a pinch of garlic. Really filling and equally as delicious. So thankful for these whole foods to nourish me and keep me alive and thriving 🐝 Love yous 💕💕💕

NICECREAAAMMMM!!!!!!!! 💕🌟🍌 Papaya definitely makes some of the best nicecream. I blended a few frozen nanas with half a fresh papaya and a bit of coconut nectar, and topped it with local strawbs, Adriatic figs, more papaya, coconut, buckwheat, cacao, chia seeds, cashew butter, and tons of love. Gunna miss my eclipse fam but damn its good to be back in my kitchen. 😊

We're baaaaaack!! 🐝💓✨ What an unbelievable week. So many unexplainable beautiful moments, radical frickin humans, and orgasmic groovy music it gives me goose bumps to think it over. I've never experienced such an amazing cohesive feeling of love, oneness, and abundance at a festival before. It was dusty as fuck and that desert climate was killer, but we raged and frolicked our way through the week of craziness and into a new world of sparkly, majikal, lovely bliss. SO, The next step is to carry everything we've taken in back into this reality/dimension and let it flood our veins and stretch to every person we encounter from this day forward. SO much fucking love for my soul sister @yungcoconuty and the new friends and family I have made. SO much love for myself and all the dank ass vegan food I was able to fill my tummy with (RAW TACOS AND PAD THAI?! RAINBOW BOWLS AND COCONUT BLISS!!!😵😋) THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE!!!!!!!! Learned so much about myself its not even funny. Glad to be back home but will never forget Oregon Eclipse 2017. ~ PEACE PREVAILS ON EARTH ~ (at Ochoco National Forest)

An unexpected surprise~ had no idea what kind of watermelon was! It wasn't super sweet, had more of that melon-y taste but was still v crisp and refreshing. It was a little mini guy so I ate it all for breakfast over about two hours. So much to share but so little time. Eclipse is actually happening and we've been trying to prepare food and figure out what we're bringing. It's been absolutely bonkers at work and I haven't had enough self care time, so this coming week away should be nice 👌 Can't wait to share our eclipse experience and all the yummy food we eat!!!!!!! 💗💗💗

Orange Honeydew is currently my favorite melon, maybe even my favorite froot. This one was especially soft and sweet, I could eat so close to the rind!!! 🙏💕✨ . . . WE MOVE IN TOMORROW ?!?!?!

I'm learning a lot about myself... It's a very good thing and I feel good about being here. Giving thanks every day we're alive and existing. 🙏✨ . . Tomorrow, Wednesday, and Maybe Thursday I will be eating all melon, then plan to juice feast on frezh OJ until eclipse. Can't frickin believe we only have one more day until we move into our new place, then a festival of all festivals a week later?! Where in the universe is the time going??

Breakfast!! 🍎🍒🍌💕 . It's really interesting how both @yungcoconuty and I have found that we need less to be full than we did at the beginning of our raw experience. Together we couldn't even finish this platter~and a month ago I totally could have taken down the entire thing no problem!! I crave more water rich fruits and they fill me up with less, I can't even eat a half of a watermelon anymore. . Can't get enough of the melons this season...🍉💞✨ I never knew how much I loved melons until eating raw and eating them RIPE. It makes all the difference in the world to let a melon ripen and get soft and juicy rather than unripe, hard, and lacking flavor or sweetness. My eyes have been opened to a whole new world of fruit! And I'm so spoiled with all of the beautiful local organic produce here in Eugene. Seriously, I'm so in love with Oregon.
