My best devotional act for all the deities I work with is to stay alive and well. I promised that I would heal and move onwards. This is just how simple and joyful devotional acts are.

I am still alive, in a good state, and healing after depression.

I know that the PJO books are not super accurate and shit but I have to admit being a big fan of the books AND an Apollo devotee, reading this last part in TOA made me cry and I'm not embarrassed about it.

deity work is crazy like my cat who's never been interested in getting near my recurve bow decided to randomly go and bite the string a few times, which was really frustrating and then DROPPED THE ENTIRE BOW TO THE FLOOR, which I found super strange until I realized it was Apollo because of fucking course, so I did a reading and my cat stopped messing with my bow. I just love how this guy keeps finding different ways to get my attention he's having too much fun with it atp
