today I made a mess in my relationships, I feel like I always say the wrong thing in the worst time. I can feel the other people disappointment every time I try to make things better, and I hate it.

god, sometimes I feel like I should just stop trying, stop talking forever.

then I disappoint myself too, cause I can't be good for one day without eating too much or ruining everything I try so hard to get. I don't know what to do.
