remmick fic idea

south slavic vampire!oc/reader

like you know how remmick was probably an irish pagan and than christianity came and stuff....this happened to slavs to. they took our religion and language and forced their germanic ways on us, the same they did to remmick.

so the oc could be a vampire who saw her people be opressed and die, like remmick saw his.

maybe they could have met somwhere in europe, cause some havoc in different wars and bond over their love for their culutures and hate for colonizers.

i just had an important history exam and this idea just poped into my head lol.

ithink the irish and slavic people had to endure similiar things fort their independence and that they are overlooked. i mean, now we have more talks about ireland and their troublesome history, but people overlook slavic people, their culutures and history and what they had to go through to get their independent countries. imean the only time you see slavs in popular main stream media is when russians (or serbians or albanians) are the bad guys and that is a little offensive and shit representation.

so to conclude this little rant... i would really like some fics with slavic readers or original characters, because i know there are slavic writers on this app and it would be so great if we had more fics for and about us. (i did found some polish and czech reader and one balkan reader, but it would be nice seeing more of it)

so ya, i think this oc would be a great idea and if someone wants to write it after my little rant i would be forever greatful🤭

(sorry if the rant comes of problematic i just want more representation of my culture and people, like all of us non-americans✊️😔) (no hate to americans lol)
