Throughout my years of roommates with TVs, I became acquainted with American Bible Challenge, Pretty Little Liars, Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, the Judy Moody Movie, etc.

Make that “Strange but True Life Tip.” But for some reason this seems to be a massive problem at colleges.

This was a rude awakening for me as a freshman.

This is for those people who say you can’t get a good education at a small school, yet the professors in their 500-student classes don’t know their names....(not that that’s wrong but just saying)

I had a good roommate my freshman year, but her group had problems sometimes. It always made me roll my eyes when they brought the drama back to the room.  Fortunately they pulled it together by sophomore year. But don’t be those people.

I was on the other end of this one actually. Being nice to me made me realize maybe she wasn’t so bad. Relationship drama sucks.

The stuff in the parenthesis is sadly true, but then again, who am I to judge?

It really disappointed me as a freshman to see the lack of ABC/coupling/other theme parties that Seventeen magazine promised me I’d have in abundance. Honestly, going out and partying doesn’t even seem to be as much of a thing as it used to. There is no shame in nights spent watching Netflix and baking cookies.

Me typing “entry level” like I graduated or something. The best comment I ever got on an lower-level class first draft? “Holy smokes, Batman! That’s a great paper!”

One student brought said paper to my writing class and even the professor laughed at it.
