Update:
So, I am still hoping to be back to regular videos by September. It got pushed back because my partner assaulted me and left me homeless yesterdat. I am scrambling to get a place set up, I cant keep working on the videos until I have that.
I am fine physically for the most part. When she threw me on the table I hurt my hand pretty bad but I think I will survive it without anything permanent.
I am going to get back to this channel posting regularly. I am getting my life back if it kills me.

Stencil I worked on a little while ago.
So, if you walk up to a wall, and you spraypaint on the wall, well you just sprayed graffiti. In Boston (the city near me) you can’t NOT be arrested if cops see it, they have to arrest you. I’ve been harassed plenty of times just for having cans on me.
But if you walk up to a wall with a piece of cardboard, and you tape that too the wall, the worst that’ll happen is they’ll tell you to leave.
All street art is temporary. Graffiti will get taken down anyway. If you use something that’ll set semi-permanently this will stick around just as long as any other graffiti.
Food for thought.

What is this fight?
This is a scary time to be alive.
Companies are constantly preying on communities they find vulnerable. They exist to make money and it’s easier to get money from places that don’t know they can fight back. I’ve noticed there is a huge contingent of the queer population that is starting to fall prey to anti consumer practices tech companies try to pretend are normal. This isn’t something that’s necessarily special to our community but considering how often we struggle for resources and how many of us have our jobs holding on by a thread or a closet it’s a loss we don’t need.
On top of that, we’re on the forefront of a bare knuckle fighting for our rights, of fighting to change the world, of protesting powerful forces. We’re against people who fight dirty and in some cases push for our extermination. And for a lot of us, we are not realizing our unsecured tech is making us the weak link in our chain.
The goal of this channel, everywhere it ends up, is to fight back. For one, I want to be an IT person of sorts for activists everywhere. Knowing about who got hacked, which passwords you should change, what security holes exist and what you need to look out for can be the difference between fascists having all of your friend’s addresses and everyone fighting the good fight staying safe.
The point of the Pirate Radio News is this exactly. I’m trying to highlight both places where you should look if you are either an activist or a protester or anyone who is trying to change the world for the better because the people who are fighting against that can fight dirty and you need to be protected.
For another is to fight anti consumer practices that companies have gone out of their way to uphold. Apple designing everything to run worse over time because of various hardware issues and never supporting repairs, no. We’re fighting back. Companies that change nothing but the look? We’ll make it look awesome without paying for a new one. We’re going to show you how to fight back against video game and movie companies that try to use monopolies to attack your access to art and inspiration, and we’ll show you how to make things you’d normally have to spend lots of money on without spending it.
This is a scary time to be alive. We’re hoping to help you keep your tools sharp.

Honestly, considering the bad press and the fact that they are no longer bleeding edge, I wonder if the Fold won’t be folded into a future project instead of released on it’s own, if you’ll pardon the terrible pun.

Everything Samsung needs to fix on the Galaxy Fold before it’s released for real http://bit.ly/2UTQEvb

An older painting. I’m going to be doing a video on how to make a stencil in the near future, as making one is a bit complicated and transferring it even more so.
