Nakshatras Observation

Hey! How you're doing? I'm doing good. You know I make posts everyday, but yesterday I needed to rest and to take a pause of writing and making observations a little bit. This post for today is going to be fully about Vedic astrology and theme of this post are fixed stars, constellations or the nakshatras. You can all it however you want to, but I mostly call it nakshatras, 'cause it's more common term. Anyway, let's just begin!

First of all, what are nakshatras? Nakshatras are the fixed stars from the Universe which are divided from each other by degrees of the zodiac signs. Every zodiac sign has three nakshatras in it and each nakshatra means something else. For example, two nakshatras in Cancer mean different things, so two Cancer Moon natives with two different nakshatras may be different from each other. I forgot to mention in my previous post about Vedic astrology that it can be named as 'Jyotish' astrology and it's from India, so keep that in mind.

But nonetheless, let's continue. Each nakshatra has its own planetary ruler and these planets can be the Sun, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu (North Node of The Moon) and Ketu (South Node of The Moon). Also, each nakshatra has its own deity, mythology, yoni (sexual animal), symbol and its association with each fixed star (Antares, Regulus, Aldebaran, Betelgeuse, Spica etc.). There's overall 27 nakshatras and in the next picture, you can see the name of nakshatras, their order, in which sign they start at, in which sign they end at, their planetary ruler (lord) and their ruling deity.

Each nakshatra lasts 13 degrees and 20 minutes in every sign. To make things clearer, I'm going to make the order of nakshatras by its planetary rulers (lords).

Ketu (South Node of The Moon):

Ashwini: 0° 00' Aries - 13°20' Aries

Magha: 0° 00' Leo - 13° 20' Leo

Mula: 0° 00' Sagittarius - 13° 20' Sagittarius

Ketu is a shadow planet which represents the past life, spirituality and seeking the truth. Its nakshatras are placed at the very beginning of the fire signs, because they represent the end of the karma from previous life (water signs) and the activation of karma from this lifetime (fire signs).

Venus:

Bharani: 13° 20' Aries - 26° 40' Aries

Purva Phalguni: 13° 20' Leo - 26° 40' Leo

Purva Ashadha: 13° 20' Sagittarius - 26° 40' Sagittarius

Venus does represent love, raw femininity, sensuality, romance and pleasures. Its nakshatras are located at the center of the fire signs, which represent individuality. We have to learn to love ourself first, because seeking the love to others isn't real love and is more likely people pleasing.

The Sun:

Krittika: 26° 40' Aries - 10° 00' Taurus

Uttara Phalguni: 26° 40' Leo - 10° 00' Virgo

Uttara Ashadha: 26° 40' Sagittarius - 10° 00' Capricorn

The Sun represents our vitality, father, king, royalty, refined masculinity, purpose, self-expression etc. Its nakshatras are placed between the fire signs and the earth sign, making a balance between individuality and confidence with practicality and being down to earth.

The Moon:

Rohini: 10° 00' Taurus - 23° 20' Taurus

Hasta: 10° 00' Virgo - 23° 20' Virgo

Shravana: 10° 00' Capricorn - 23° 20' Capricorn

The Moon represents home, public, mind, refined femininity, mother, emotions, nurturing, nostalgia etc. and its nakshatras are located completely in earth signs. In order to become emotionally secure, we need to build up the stability in our home environment.

Mars:

Mrigashira: 23° 20' Taurus - 6° 40' Gemini

Chitra: 23° 20' Virgo - 6° 40' Libra

Dhanishta: 23° 20' Capricorn - 6° 40' Aquarius

Mars represents raw masculinity, courage, strength and having a muscular body. Its nakshatras are located between the earth signs and the air signs, making a balance between the hard-working energy (earth signs) with having a time for hanging out with other people (air signs). People with the prominent Mars-ruled nakshatras are prone to have a mental health issues.

Rahu (North Node of The Moon):

Ardra: 6° 40' Gemini - 20° 00' Gemini

Swati: 6° 40' Libra - 20° 00' Libra

Shatabhisha: 6° 40' Aquarius - 20° 00' Aquarius

Rahu is also a shadow planet as Ketu and it represents future, internet, social medias, illusions, obsessions and overnight success. Its nakshatras are placed completely in the air signs which represents collectivity and masses of people. You have to be relatable and likeable to others if you want to succeed on the internet.

Jupiter:

Punarvasu: 20° 00' Gemini - 3° 20' Cancer

Vishakha: 20° 00' Libra - 3° 20' Scorpio

Purva Bhadrapada: 20° 00' Aquarius - 3° 20' Pisces

Jupiter does represent expansion, higher education, luck, sharing knowledge to others and its nakshatras are placed in the air signs and at the beginning stage of the water signs. People with the prominent Jupiter-ruled nakshatras may likely spread their knowledge to the group of people (air signs) and show their genuine side (water signs).

Saturn:

Pushya: 3° 20' Cancer - 16° 40' Cancer

Anuradha: 3° 20' Scorpio - 16° 40' Scorpio

Uttara Bhadrapada: 3° 20' Pisces - 16° 40' Pisces

Saturn represents discipline, karma, struggles, restrictions, career, longevity, masses of people and its nakshatras are located completely in water signs. This planet teaches us to become emotionally stable and to control our emotions.

Mercury:

Ashlesha: 16° 40' Cancer - 0° 00' Leo

Jyeshta: 16° 40' Scorpio - 0° 00' Sagittarius

Revati - 16° 40 Pisces - 0° 00' Aries

Mercury does represent our communication style, writing style, mental stimulation etc. Its nakshatras begin at the center of the water signs and end at the very end of the water signs. This can mean that communication might be transformative, even manipulative. It can also show the death and the end of our karma from this current lifetime.

P.S. Pubba is an abbreviation of Purva Phalguni word. Since I have the Moon in Purva Phalguni nakshatra in Leo, I chose to call my username as @pubbamoon.

mmm my past headcanons weren't as sensible as i'd like them to be but i will work on them someday 🫡 i really tried to find vibey poems from around early 20th century/late 19th but at the same time situation in the us and poland was so different and poetry or just art generally were highly affected by it hence why i find it a bit difficult to match the climate. although you motivated me to move myself and write my thoughts down so i might start it more seriously soon ahaha... sorry.

"testament mój" - just a vibe? i like this one and i could see it next to the themes of malev, i don't really know how to interpret it though 😭

at the same time "zwiewnosc" by lesmian<3 is another poem about passing yet it's shown more peaceful and positive manner, 'appreciate today' type of message.

my beloved "wiersz ksiezycowy" sounds like a poem that could be mentioned, another death/dream motif lol.

Yeah okay! It was Lament VI! Brain damage indeed, Arthur would bawl his eyes out reading this. I knew that Kochanowski would have sth for Malevolent given the Orszulka thing, but the theme of music in Lament VI is just so perfect!! (my fav lament was always the 8th one, but i think most people like that one the best)

Ohhhhh i forgot about Lament XIX... its so good actually. And so long! It has those things about moving on from constant grief, very very on point with what Arthur's character arc has going on!!!! Combining that with the dream-like atmosphere of otherworldly messages it has.... great stuff!

I had similar problems with looking for poetry fitting Malevolent form 19th and early 20th century... A lot of the poems at that time were very patriotic with the uprisings and everything. And I feel like Malevolent as a story is very character focused, so more personal poems would be a better fit imo.

"Testament mój" is really heavy and bitter. Well it is about death and what will be left behind and is pretty personal, so I'd say the vibes check out! I think the themes of regretting the way one's life went on and ended and the certainty of death fit with the whole Waylay thing from s5!

I did not know those Leśmian's poems so thank you for introducing me to them, they're both delightful!!!

I like how the "Zwiewność" is written very lightly, and it has vivid imagery! It really paints the vanitas motif in a brighter light. I feel like John would like that one c:

Hahah, "Dies Irae"! I haven't actually read that one fully. Hehe, it’s cool that Nebula has dark academia vibe since I remembered about its existence like a month into writing Nebula, completely forgetting that it’s a good inspo lol

To your question – I think I wrote a reply to this one in this post, and now that I’ve read it, there’s not much I can actually add. I’m so sorry... I was about to write the same first passages. To be fair, I also didn’t follow my idea entirely – there are surprisingly few ghosts in Nebula in general, I have no idea if I can really call it horror, and it both focuses too much and underdevelops houses and their quirks. It’s a fucked up BL game with dark themes and underdeveloped romance at the same time 😔 So ambitious for a first project... Maybe too ambitious.

That being said, I just suddenly was very into coming up with my own houses – like which animals I would choose, what types of personalities I would match them, so it snowballed from there. And I really, really wanted to mash my two all-time favourite things together: horror and yaoi lol In a way that caters to me specifically. I don’t really know what’s popular now or what kind of BL/slash gets written, as I don’t read or watch anything of that genre, ironically, so maybe it already exists, but knowing that would just stop me from writing Nebula, and I don’t want that.

They surely do, but what are they, indeed... Hard to think of something.

I wanted to start with saying that Niall hates being told what to do, but actually? All of the boys hate that lol As soon as they hear something like that, they get extremely stubborn and still would do what they want either directly or behind that person’s back. Edmund is the fastest to give up, though.

For some reason, I named things other people do that are their pet peeves, not sure why. Maybe because all of them are haters who just love themselves a whole lot.

Niall gets annoyed when people lie to him, especially if it’s a very small lie. He’d rather hear someone didn’t do something because they forgot or were too lazy than listen to excuses of something urgent (in case it’s a lie) happening that didn’t allow them to do it. He finds it disrespectful.

Ned dislikes messy people who can’t find anything in their mess (if you don’t know where it is all the time, put it in a proper place then), those who are late and those who don’t keep their promises, especially small and easy to follow. It’s one thing when a person breaks them consciously (he goes case by case in that scenario), but when someone is that forgetful and inattentive, it’s disrespectful and gets on his nerves.

Oh god, for Edmund everything is a pet peeve. He doesn’t like so many things and finds them annoying that I can’t even name one. I guess it annoys him when someone blindly believes whatever they were told, especially if it doesn’t make sense. He’s the type to question everything he sees or hears, even if he agrees with that (unless it’s something logical), so it’s frustrating to him someone doesn’t do their fact-checking and says nonsense they might even not fully believe in.

Liam’s pet peeve is boredom. He’s used to feeling it, but it’s frustrating to him nonetheless. So he doesn’t like being distracted from things that are interesting to him to do something that’s a chore. This feeling used to be much worse when he was a child, but back then he didn’t try a lot of things and lacked experience to say for sure he found it boring, but now? Ironically, he’s more used to doing things he doesn’t want to now, but that annoyance never went away.

Now to pets!! I’m sorry if I’ve answered this question already and it contradicts that reply.

Niall MUST have a horse. They actually do, and a whole bunch of them, but Niall has his own and, coincidentally, it’s also his favourite. They also own dogs. Huh, they have a standard hunting set. Niall prefers horses to dogs because they’re more entertaining, you can ride them and impress everyone.

Ned’s family also owns dogs, a bunch of them, just like Niall. They (Ned and his dogs) get along very well, Ned enjoys playing with them. They’re extremely well-trained and well-behaved too.

Edmund doesn’t have any pets. They moved twice, and the feeling of not belonging anywhere prevented his parents from getting one for Edmund. But before that happened, they probably did have them back at home. However, but Edmund doesn’t remember much and doesn’t even know if their family still owns them. He can ride a horse just fine, though. He also looks like someone who might start feeding a stray cat from time to time just because. It’s my bias, but he likes cats, I feel... They’re smart and very independent and aren’t needy when it comes to attention. He likes that, and he likes smart birds too.

Liam doesn’t have pets, but to me he looks like someone who had a hamster back when he was a child. Poor hamster. And just because I enjoy the idea of Liam scaring the living shit out of animals, now his family owns a house in the countryside with a farm, and he gets to scare horses, cows, chickens and other poor livestock. He doesn’t go there too often (all the animals are happy about that). He doesn’t do anything with them, even pets them, they just don’t vibe with his aura.

visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learner: im pretty sure this is something that gets taught in schools in conservative states cause no one gives a fuck whether its junk science or not, i Prefer someone to show me how, then walk me through it and then ill do it a bunch with assistance until i get it, but thats often so taxing to be vulnerable with someone else and not everyone has the patience for me so maybe like visual/kinesthetic/auditory in that order maybe? maybe thats just self fanfiction

This post ended up severely longer than intended since it ended up turning into a bit of a personal ramble but I did include a random Symphogear fun fact at the end for those who care but to not make everyone miserable I decided I should like, include a cut here.

Okay well unfortunately this joke has now caused a couple people to say both can be true, which isn't wrong but this post was mostly over me lamenting over some past incidents with people in the fandom who were... I feel like calling them "anti-intellectual" would be a bit too far but they certainly did basically shut me down any time I tried to have a more serious discussion. As a result, as much as I'd like to share some of said essays, they're basically lost media at this point. Lost in some google drive I forgot the password for, on a flash drive I misplaced, or deleted, posted in part on a social media account that doesn't exist anymore, who knows. I had a decent number of followers but I doubt I had a big enough following for anyone to have really backed up anything I did post.

I had an encounter with someone who had some choice words for me about creating "discourse" when I was just trying to identify and discuss themes present in a specific season that I felt weren't being talked about much. Honestly now I probably would've laughed and dunk on that person but this was several years ago, like I want to be clear a lot of the writing I did on Symphogear was back when AXZ and later XV were still airing and finishing up, so it was a while ago and I didn't have the same attitudes about these things I suppose.

Hence I just kinda... disappeared a lot of my stuff. I was younger, friends appreciated some of the stuff I was trying to do but it wasn't really worth it to me to have people basically trying to bully me, not for my thoughts on the show but seemingly just trying to take a lens to the shows themes. Like, I'm being vague cuz even though it's been years I never want to try and re-open old wounds by bitching about shit from years ago but I like... posted about how I wanted to write about something and within minutes someone else decently prominent in the fandom at the time, who I didn't really know, was already jumping down my throat like I was a stupid kid trying to start a fight despite not knowing anything.

Honestly it was a pretty fucking dumb corner of the fandom to be in sometimes looking back, and unfortunately it's just kind of demotivated me to really involve myself in any fandom on that level again. During XV I was collecting things to do work on an essay regarding Noble Red who are personally some of my favorite parts of the show and that ended up unfinished and unposted since I just no longer felt comfortable posting stuff like that.

This turned into an insane personal ramble so I apologize for anyone reading this, but also it's my blog, you reblog my posts and you get what you signed up for. If it offers you solace, allow me to offer you a random fun fact you may not know.

In Symphogear AXZ, Adam is reading a book titled "Voice Prints of the God", the wiki claims this book is entirely Symphogear original, which lets me dunk on the wiki once again, an old favorite past time.

This book is directly based on "Finger Prints of the Gods", a real book that I read at least a significant chunk of after its cameo in Symphogear to get an idea for what they might've been cooking here. The book is, as to be expected for Symphogear, conspiracy theory type of slop... regarding ancient civilizations. While the book does not directly connect to the ancient aliens theory that Symphogear also uses a lot of, it does discuss things such as the ancient, advanced civilization of Atlantis, which lies in Antarctica. I can't remember if the book itself ever stated it, or if I just was doing more research on others who believed in psuedoarcheology, but at some point in looking into this I did learn at least one theorized location for Atlantis is not just Antarctica, but specifically in Lake Vostok.

Considering what we learn and see later regarding Adam's actual motivations, this book that only appears for a couple of shots with no attention drawn to it turned out to have a lot of foreshadowing.

At the time of XV airing, with Antarctica, Vostok and the ancient civilization ACTUALLY being connected in the canon of the show, I had theorized Antlantis itself would end up becoming more relevant later but this never ended up happening, and instead the creator, who I will once again remind people also worked on Wild Arms, decided he agreed with me that Wild Arms 3 is the best one, and decided to speedrun Wild Arms 3 in the last act of Symphogear XV which is also why it's the best part of the show. It is a shame though Atlantis did not end up more relevant because after several of my theories ended up correct (it turns out a lot of Symphogears made up bullshit science is... made up bullshit, but internally it is remarkably consistent and a lot of details that come up later can be correctly predicted if you read into some of the ridiculously long explanations out of the show about how some things function. I may write on this too in the future if I ever feel confident), some of my friends were literally betting money on my Atlantis theory and I could've earned like 50 bucks. I can't complain though, Wild Arms 3 fucks.

I think when I first posted about this years ago I was the first to really discover it but I wonder if me posting about it now is pointless and a lot more people know about this stupid detail now, but also the wiki trivia still hasn't figured it out so I'm retaining credit for being the smartest and sexiest symphogirl ever

tails enjoys throwing sonic right into danger, literally

apparently ruining his schemes of taking over the world is fine, but sonic destroying a bot too early in his movie that he could easily rebuild if he really wanted to?? unacceptable

i’m pretty sure this is one of the only times tails (taking after his big bro) actually calls eggman “egghead” (i could def be wrong, but i dont remember him saying it much) 

one of the few times dave actually cared about his food (says lunch is gonna be late because it burned?? since when did you care if food was edible)

amy literally fights eggman at least once a week and was still not expecting the movie he was filming to have dangerous scenes (case in point, she only decides to ask for a stunt man after they come across the first dangerous scene)

The intensity of the tides and winds seems to have died down over time, calming down until all was left was nothing. It was peaceful, but it felt empty.

Barbatos is the God of Freedom; the God of Mondstadt; the Anemo Archon. He is an immortal, someone who considers a mortal life by merely a fraction of his own—an hour, a minute, maybe even a second.

But for him, for VENTI, he saw how mortal life was when he was with you; felt how to truly live and not just survive. It was a life of happiness, that’s what he felt.

Felt.

All is in the past now—it should be.

“Venti, dear? Have you gotten the ingredients I told you to buy?”

“Uh��” he trails off, flashing a smile and an awkward laugh, “I forgot, I apologize, windblume. I can go back if you want, anything for you!” he adds his last sentence immediately even if he wanted to laze around and chat up with you. Apparently, you could figure him out almost immediately by just glancing at his face, releasing a sigh and a small smile on your face. Despite the hesitance on you as well, you suddenly reach for your own coat and were already holding out your hand towards his way.

“Well then, let’s go out together instead, yes?”

With a grin, he could recall reaching out for them, slipping his fingers onto yours, grasping onto them tightly, a thought of never letting them go coming to mind.

“What an honor. Of course! There’s no one else in Teyvat I’d rather be with!”

Memories. He had lots of those with you; good ones, bad ones, those from melancholy to joyous ones; he could remember them all as if they were yesterday’s event, and most of them are ones that he wishes will never end.

The beauty of life is its freedom of constant change; inevitable, even for a god like him.

And change is the one thing that he refuses to abide in at this very moment.

“Dear,” you call onto him, catching his gaze as you’ve always done so even way before.

“Yes, my windblume?” his voice had deteriorated, he noticed. His once healthy-sounding, beautiful tone falling exhausted more often than it did before, that even with a soul of a god, one’s mortal body will still wear it out. It didn’t bother him at first, but now as you were also slowly deteriorating away in front of his very eyes, it was something he couldn’t ignore any longer.

“Could you get me some water, please?”

He could only raise himself from his seat, knees buckling themselves not from the weaknesses of his body, but more so with the feelings he held inside—he cannot do this; not now, not ever.

He cannot fall out of love with you—a realization slowly seeping on his mind and the entirety of his soul as you slowly slips away from his grasp.

When he comes back next to your bed with a glass of water, he wishes you wouldn’t see the tears that threatened his viridescent eyes, but he knew as well that you would, and it was one of the things that he loved about you.

“Dear?” you reach for the side of his face, your palm feeling the still smooth skin despite the weary appearance of such an immortal soul, his eyes still having the brightness of the look of the young VENTI from when you first met him, even before you knew he was the god you had worshipped.

It ached you to see him like this, but it was necessary.

“You mustn’t be saddened, my love,” you uttered with the most effort, your throat scratching at every word, air losing in every breath, “we knew this day would come.”

His hand was already on yours; still warm, smooth, almost like he did not purposely make his appearance match yours as you had aged over the years—a mortal, that’s what you were. Yet you were with a god, an immortal that would pass by your lifetime far greater than anyone else could.

He should fall out of love with you, forget you.

“I don’t want to see you hurt,” you confess, “you have to let go of me, Venti.”

“No…” he whines, tears falling from his eyes, unable to hold them any longer, and it was almost like you could hear his childish voice from before, “I don’t want to…”

Your heart broke at the sight of him crying in front of you, his smile long gone, the brightness in his orbs, and the chirp in his voice. It was all inevitable; but yet, no preparation could have ever withstood the intensity of reality as it comes.

You let him sit next to you as he sobbed on your chest, almost like how he would be in days before, once every few times when he needed you to comfort him. Now, this might be the very last time you could, and you both could do nothing but sit and watch as time and death tears you away from him.

Still, you caressed the soft strands of his hair; heart heavy, eyes watery, throat dry. He needed you right now, and even if you would leave him soon, for now you’re still here for him.

“In another life, maybe…” you whisper, pressing a kiss on the crown of his head, “In another life, I swear I’ll find you and fall in love with you all over again. I promise.”

VENTI is Barbatos; the God of Freedom, the God of Mondstadt, the Anemo Archon; but he himself doesn’t have the power to stop your life from ending as it aged right in front of him.

[Sammy] Sammy will note that nothing got done in the music department, because he has good priorities.

So I’m going to do this and see if Bendy shows up! [Jack] Like someone trying to learn how to do phone video calls for the first time, [Joey] YES. Joey’s actually like really close to the cutout, and the motions -- you can make them out, but it’s really awkward,

[Joey] I like how everything Prophet says really just feels like, Knife Cat face.

[GM] You could probably make a Mythos roll to figure it out. [Joey] *rolls* Oh! Extreme success! [GM] Joey’s back!

[GM] Bendy will lead Joey back to the room, where hopefully there are three alive, non-fighting boys!

[Jack] Part of me was like, “What if Jack DOES turn into a cat…?! It’d be pretty hard to write things!” [GM] *laughs* We’ll keep that in our back pocket, in case Jack ever fails a Mythos check. [Jack] Meowthos check…

[Henry] I’m going to have Henry look, look with his Special Eyes.

[Sammy] *failing a roll* Prophet is just, NOT on the ball today, in any way shape or form. [GM] Really hard not to think about music. : ) [Sammy] Ohhhhhh boy, [Jack] Prophet just writes a note to Sammy that says “HOW do you LIVE like this???”

[Henry] Henry’s gonna try to scribble what he remembers of the symbol!  [Sammy] Didn’t we learn, from the last scenario, about reproducing weird symbols, [Henry] No.

[Joey] Did Joey get burnt? [GM] Make a dexterity roll! : ) [Henry] *mumbling* Y’all this entire building is made of wood. *Joey fails* [GM] 1 point of damage, you singe your hand -- on the plus side, you kind of were holding it as it burned up, so it doesn’t fall on the wooden floor. [Sammy] OH GOOD, we’re not LOCKED IN A CLOSET that’s about to burn down? GREAT!

[Joey] We could head over to the infirmary -- [Jack] Jack is already pulling the burn ointment out of his bag. [Jack] He’s prepared this time! [Jack] He’s been practicing, he knows what you’re all like,

[Joey] Joey will give him a smile that’s most recognisable as the “I know you will do good!” smile. [Sammy] Prophet will also smile! It is not a friendly smile. [Jack] It’s a “smile” in quotation marks, but it’s like, baring your teeth as an act of aggression. 

[Jack] Jack lets him go to do the call, but just before he picks up the phone, he says, “Don’t call him Petey.”

[GM] The phone rings, and is not answered. [Joey] Okay! Joey hangs up, says Peter checked into his room, but is not answering. Most likely asleep. [Jack] Half of my brain is going, “what if he’s just stood outside Jack’s house?” The other half of my brain is concerned about manias. I hope he’s not decided that now is a really great time to do more writing, and now he can’t stop, and this could go wrong-- [Jack] This is what Jack’s mind is doing, thinking of all the terrible possibilities. [Joey] While humming. [Jack] ...yes. He’s writing some very troubling lyrics.

[Sammy] *talking about Jack’s compulsive humming* Like Cornifer, [Jack] *starts humming Cornifer’s theme* Dangit, now it’s in my head, why would you do this to me? [Sammy] It’s in character! [Sammy] Method acting. : )

[Joey] Joey’s going to grab supplies to make sure Bendy can… hang around with them! [Joey] Sleepover supplies! Let’s grab your sleepover bag! :D

got distracted while writing and now im super nostalgic for my favorite fanfic that i Never Wrote. you hve no idea, i put so much time into the oc character profiles and compiling research for accuracy and wrote an entire outline for the story before i was like "wait a minute, this is too complicated for my current writing abilities" and set it down and never went back .........

anyway this is the first time i ever tried drawing anything for it, i became possessed while listening to my TFIE playlist

Take Fortune verse is my ambitious iceland character study project in which he goes to university for 3 years getting an undergrad degree, despite technically having a phd or two.. and he gets in touch with the youth and makes friends his age. a coming of age for a boy that doesnt age and all that. it sounds basic and derivative and it is, i'll gladly name my inspiration sources. but its also really special to me

its hard to condense TFIE without making it sound like a lot of nothing. but the most notable plot development is when a generic Nations Reveal plot kicks off in the background by total coincidence, and iceland's secret identity has been unravelling since before then. he gets some close calls, and some others get sworn to secrecy like his closest oc friends (pictured above). but iceys lies about his fake government internship keep getting more elaborate every chapter to cover his ass. idk. its a lot. theres a lot to it. i reread my whole 30 page outline and cried. iceland is my favorite character ever btw did u know that

"Yes," Erwin replied. "Are you worried about the fact of them being together?"

"I know Hange can handle herself, but the fact of my sister -- she can go a little overbroad at times."

"Well, have a little more faith in them both would you? They may become handy behind and on the field. The more knowledge the better."

Levi stood up. "If there isn't anything else, I should be leaving."

Erwin nod his head. "Of course -- on second thought." Levi turned around. "I forgot to mention that Hange and your sister have went on an expedition."

"What?" Levi grimaced. "You better be shitting me. You sent those two on an expedition together?!"

Hange didn't expect to be stuck with you, and for this long since it has been a week since your departure. She was her got research, to discover everything about Titans, the one creature that kills many families and many dreams.

"Ahahaha!" You looked ahead of you, seeing a Titan walking in a circle. "Hange look at that! It's just walking in circle!"

"Wow!" She sang. "That is incredible, it could be to the act it has no sense of direction! Or genuinely likes circles!"

You both took a closer look hidden in the trees to see a dead horse being circled by it. Hange noticed you writing things down, but felt something was off by a dead horse. It was a fresh kill.

"Does this mean it goes after wild animals?" You asked, tapping your chin.

"I don't think so," Hange frowned, her goggles glaring off the Sun's rays.

"Then what is your thoughts?" You asked, oblivious to her focused nature. "Hange?"

You heard something behind you, but it was too late to stop the hand from reaching down to your fragile body. It took you in its grasp, but the hold wasn't too tight. Hange watched it in worry, excitement, and less visible rage.

"Hange!"

"Y/N?!"

The abnormal heard the noise, and dashed its way over to her location. She jumped away from the tree, dodging the slightly suicidal titan from its stampede. She watched you struggle in the Titan's grasp as it looked at you with hungry lustful eyes. You felt it squeeze down on you, your bones cracking against each other, but ended when the hand was sliced off by Hange. She carried you, flying through the trees that covered your sight from the Titian.

Eventually, you came back to the place of staying. You laughed, taking about how strong the Titan's grip strength could be until Levi walked in on you two. He saw you bruised, slightly bandaged, but a book on your lap. Erwin walked in after him, and took noticed of your injuries as well. Levi became furious at Erwin and at you, but in a caring brotherly way. That wasn't at all close to Hange's subconscious fear that she realized. She dread in seeing you hurt or at all in any danger.

"Are you going to explain, shitty glasses?" Levi demanded.

"I-"

You stopped her. "A titan sneaked up on us, grabbed me, and Hange saved me."

"Tch," He crossed his arms, leaning against the wall.

"We should be leaving." Erwin said. "They have thing to do."

"I'm moving."

I think there is a paragraph missing during the interview scene with the hospital director if you choose "Nursing" as your major? Since I remember previously if you had "Biology" as your major, MC would be able to ask a specific field-related question.

MC also got injured at the alley scene but it wasn't mentioned again? The talk on the bench with Tama also felt like these two were lovers or ex-lovers than best friends like I chose, since they talk of their "relationship". It just felt at odds with the previously chosen dynamics.

I love Tama but holy crap, dude. Simmer down a bit. The kid just had their stalker ex basically kidnap them and corner them in a dark alley!

Aside from that, I surprise-laughed at Jun punching MC in the stomach and MC getting knocked onto their back and unable to stand up. I did not see that one coming. Faizan to throw MC over their shoulder for touching them? Sure. Jun to suddenly appear and suckerpunch them? NO.

A spiteful part of me wished MC throw up on their shoes though, because Jun didn't know their strength (YOU KNOCKED A GROWN PERSON FLAT ON THEIR BACK WITH A SINGLE PUNCH??) and MC was woefully unprepared (and already feeling ill for different reasons by then) for it.

I had to go double-check all those passages and I forgot to add additional paragraphs 🥴🥴

I typically work in Word, so when I write my different variable choices, I try to write the connecting/follow-up right underneath it. BUT I also end up writing the choices altogether. Which causes a lot of confusion for me. I've started to color code the corresponding passages, so hopefully, that helps me better organize and make sure that paragraphs are fully finished and completed before I publish and transport into twine. Cause once its in twine, I focus solely on coding.

And ooop, I thought I had a theme on there called "A White Space" that was supposed to be white? I'm having such trouble making the passages white, I'm gonna have to go back to the drawing board for that one 🥴🥴🥴. Essentially it's coming, I just gotta figure it out.

Now in terms of the Tama Talk, which one are you specifically referencing? Is it after you eavesdrop, or is it when you met Jin + Faizan? I'm guesstimating that it's the conversation Tama has with you about Courtney, which highkey needs to SUPER revised.

I don't want to spoil too much, but I will say that there's a reason Tama reacts like this. It's about 70 percent not what you think it is and about 30 percent SPOILERS. Also, nonnie... did you send the ask about the Tama theory 👀👀 i wanna publish it but I'm slightly nervous.

And LMAAAOO, Jin is... special. Y'all will find out how later on. His character is semi-important to Yue's route, and partially to Faizan's.
