So Chloe’s Last (?) Scene...

I do nothing but complain about this silly french cartoon. As much as I love the idea, the execution is horrible, but that’s not what I’m here to complain about. 

See, as much as I know Chloe is hated for her past actions and how she will never grow as a character/person (mostly due to the decisions made by He Who Shall Not Be Named), the fact that her punishment is being publicly disowned by one of her abusers, is sent to live the other abuser and haver life and education taken over, and her father decides to be a parent to a child that isn’t even his. 

This isn’t even me trying to say that Chloe deserves a redemption arc or that Chloe deserves better (which she does, but not the point of this point). it’s the fact that her punishment for everything she has done is to have her be further abused and berated by both her parents. She already has no friends (I wouldn’t count Lila as her friend as Lila is taking advantage of her distaste for both Marinette and Ladybug. Sabrina is more like her minion, even if I would like them to be closer, Chloe has treated her awfully in this past season) as Adrien has cut ties with her and Chloe wants nothing to do with Adrien from what was said in Season 4, Banana Queen/Queen Banana. 

The fact that Andre faces no backlash for this decision and he, of all people, can be redeemed because he wants nothing to do with his wife and biological daughter. If he was divorcing Audrey, I would applaud him as she is abusive to him, Zoe, and Chloe, he decides that he won’t even parent his own child, but rather parent a child that isn’t his because she’s nicer. 

Chloe ended up that way because both Audrey and Andre enabled her behavior. They allowed her to have anything she wanted with no structure and no discipline. They both are to blame for the way Chloe ended up (of course, she is old enough to know right from wrong as she’s shown to know that her actions are wrong, she just knows she won’t be punished because her parents have never disciplined her). 

They could have gone any other way to punish Chloe, but having her be abused again? Awful writing and it sends a bad message. Not every victim is “perfect”, but it pretty much paints the picture that some people, if they are bad, deserved to be abused.

so first off theyre gay

secondly the main characters are noah (cop) and river (criminal) and they went to college together for awhile until river dropped out and yk went to jail after doing smth (idk what yet)

🌻Margo get's the cutest sets of coffin-shaped acrylic nails 💅🏾 and Miles often has her massage his scalp with them. The feeling makes him purr like a kitten

🌻When she was little, Margo really wanted to be a cop when she grew up so sometimes she and Miles play pretend in Jeff's car to appease her inner child. Jeff didn't have it in him to get mad cause it was too cute.

One Sunny Day

(Stardew Valley) (Haley x Female Farmer)

Chapter 1

I storm through the front door of my house and stomp my way towards the stairs to go to my room. I slam the door behind me and that's when my mom is alerted. She leans her head back to look through the kitchen entry way to see what I am up to.

"Another rough day, dear?" She hollers across the house.

"I don't think I can keep doing this. I hate the classes, I hate the professors, I hate university!" I shout back. It is the middle of my second year of university and I cannot stand it. The first year was tolerable, but I just can't take another second of it this year. I storm upstairs and fall onto my bed in defeat. I sit up after a few seconds and look around for a distraction. I ruffle around the side table to see what kind of stuff I have in there to take my mind off things.

Suddenly, a white envelope falls loose from where it was lodged against the drawer wall. It catches my attention immediately. I pick it up and start looking it over. I push the two stray strands of my chestnut brown hair out of my face to get a better look at the envelope. It was the one from my grandpa a couple years ago. I read the address and trace the lines of the envelope until I come across the note written upon it.

"Only open when you need are in need of change"

I thought for a moment. I put the envelope down and stand up off the bed and pace around my room. I run my hands through my hair and down my face. I even go over and peer out the window for a couple minutes. I finally cave and rush back to the note. I take a deep breath and tear it open. I take the letter out of the envelope and begin unfolding it:

"Danny, If you're reading this, you must be in dire need of a change. The same thing happened to me, long ago. I'd lost sight of what mattered most in life... real connections with other people and nature. So I dropped everything and moved to the place I truly belong."

Along with that there was an address. It was located somewhere called Pelican Town. I take the letter and rush down to my mom who is still in the kitchen.

"I finally opened that letter from grandpa I got a couple years ago."

I passed the letter over to her so she could read it. I watched her eyes glide along the page and take everything in. I notice her eyebrows furrow slightly, and the corners of her mouth turn downwards. She doesn't seem too happy about this letter.

"I don't understand," she begins, "he is giving you his farm out in Pelican Town?"

"That's what it seems to sound like. I can't believe there has been no one looking after it for this long." I let out the breath I didn't realise I was holding.

"Are you sure you want to go live out there all on your own? You don't want to finish university first?"

"You have to be joking, mother," I look at her with the most 'are you serious' face I could muster

Her face is unreadable. I can't tell what exactly she is thinking or how she is feeling. I hope this decision isn't killing her on the inside. I love my mom and I'd hate to leave her, but I am in desperate need of change and to start over in life. Besides, she has my dad and younger sister to keep her company.

"You know I'd come back and visit you guys here in Zuzu City as often as I can, right? I will take good care of myself and you won't have to worry about me at all. I will be alright out there on my own. I know it." I pleaded with my mom.

"We can talk about it over dinner with Chloe and your father," is all she says back.

I make my way to the dinner table to join the rest of my family. I sit down and begin to fill my plate with the food set on the table.

"I hear you want to move out to your Pop's old farm?" my dad questions me.

"Yeah, I finally opened the letter that I got several years ago. The address is to the farm in Pelican Town and it says if I need a change I can go live there. I think I want to do that. I am so sick of university and city life," I reply.

"You're lucky. I want to move away too. I want to come with you," my sister, Chloe, says.

"You aren't going with her. You just started high school. You aren't going anywhere any time soon," my mom tells Chloe.

Chloe sighs in defeat and shovels a fork full of food into her mouth. She is in her angsty teenager phase right now. She tries too hard to fit in with her fake friends and always wants to buy the trending items of the month. I swear trends never changed that fast when I was her age.

"I think it is a good idea. Someone needs to look after grandpa's farm. It is just wasting away otherwise. Working all day and night at the farm will keep you in great shape and eating fresh food will keep you healthy. Maybe you will even make some friends there," my dad says.

My mom drops her fork onto her plate and stares daggers at him.

"What about university? That will just be a big waste of money and time and she would've completed her first year for nothing! I thought bringing you into this decision would be a good idea and you'd be on my side!" my mom shouts.

My dad shrugs, "I think it will do her good."

My mom looks down at her plate and picks up her fork and takes a bite of food. We all wait anxiously for her reply. It went so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

After a few seconds pass and she finishes chewing. She grabs a napkin and wipes her mouth. She places it gently back onto the table and looks up at us.

"You can go." she finally answers.

I straighten my back, fix my posture, and smile at her.

"Thank you so much. I promise to take good care of myself when I'm there."

"When do you plan on leaving?" My dad asks me.

"I think I will leave on Sunday. Gives me enough time to process this and get my stuff ready... and to resign from school..." I sheepishly look at my mom who frowns ever so slightly at me.

I finish my last bite of food and bring my plate over to the sink in the kitchen.

"I am going to start getting things ready since I have about 4 days to gather everything up. I don't want to forget anything crucial," I say as I start walking towards the stairs. I stop for a second and look back at my family. I notice my mom and dad whispering to each other, and Chloe is just texting away with not a care in the world for what is going on. I see my mom lower her head and slowly shake it back and forth. I take a deep breath and walk up to my room. My life is about to change drastically in the next 4 days.

Right now, my The Wilds hyperfixation is so strong I can think of practically nothing else (oopsie). But yes! I love all the Wilds girls but Toni Shalifoe is my favourite <3. Honestly, she might have taken the crown of favourite character of all time at this point. Just gaaah. Such a softie underneath all that understandable anger. Cares so much for those she loves. I love her and all the layers of her character.

Before I watched the Wilds I got really into Legacies again (by finally watching s3 and s4). Absolutely obsessed with Lizzie Saltzman! Very relatable in some regards. Absolutely hilarious! Has so much pain and so many deep insecurities.

Edited to add: Chlavis! I now one cannot have 2 otps that include the same character but I always go back and forth between which I like best. Chlavis' story was so intense and traumatic but at least it ended up being requited this time around! Extremely requited!

Simon x Chrissie. Tfw the two most terrible people you'd never wanted to be stranded in the wilderness with have the most beautiful, unrushed character development and learn to care for people other than themselves as they slowly fall in love, when there was merely the shallowest one-sided crush you ever did see there before. The way they became heroes <3. And the way Simon just didn't know how to be without Chrissie but persisted in trying to save her when chances were beyond slim. I miss them so much and need to rewatch <3.

Harlan x Cyrus. They had so much chemistry and genuinely had a connection and now we'll never know what happened to them. I wish we got to know them better. Darn you Amazon!

Cloe x Jade from Bratz. It was more of a case of all the unwritten fanfiction I had in my head for them as an 11 year old. But I only let it get as gay as Monster High 2 at the time, which is actually very incredibly gay, so I don't know who my brain was trying to fool.

“Oh, y/n, Lucifer here you are!” Chloe exclaimed, as you walked into the crime scene along with your partner “We were searching the victim's apartment when we found an unexpected tenant. A dog, to be more specific”. It wasn't unusual for you to find abandoned pets at a crime scene: parrots, cats, etc. But a dog? It had happened a few times but not that many.

“A dog?” you questioned, to which Chloe responded “Yes. It's a puppy, a Maltese it seems. We're currently keeping it in a cage in the back of that car”. You smiled, though your partner did not. However, you didn't mind; all that you cared about in that moment was to see the puppy.

Chloe led you to the aforementioned vehicle, and there you saw it: a beautiful white cloud of cuteness, that immediately started wagging its tail as you and Lucifer approached it. Chloe then motioned to an agent to open the cage, and then the puppy was set down on the ground.

“Oh, hi beautiful! Come here!” you exclaimed, crouching and opening your arms for the dog to come towards you. However, the puppy chose to run towards Lucifer, who was indifferent and rather unfazed by its cuteness. “You must be kidding me” you groaned.

“Shoo” your partner said, as the dog tried to climb on his legs “Don't pee on my shoes, they're quite expensive”. “God, you're so... small” he then observed, picking the puppy up as to examine it; the puppy then tried to lick Lucifer's face and he groaned in annoyance. “You need some serious education” he sighed “You can't go around and lick people's faces!”.

“The puppy took a liking to Lucifer, huh?” Chloe observed, as both you and her watched the scene. “The one person who refuses to pet it is what it goes to— that's nonsense” you stated, annoyed by the fact that the puppy hadn't even bothered to look at you.

“Don't be jealous, y/n. You will get all the affection you want in a second— we don't want our dear detective to be jealous, right, little rascal?”
