おふくろの味❗️今年は仙台に帰れなく残念でしたが、47年間たぶん毎年食べた懐かしい味❣️ 仙台雑煮です。おふくろの味がやはり一番ですね❣️あずきも炊いてもらい良い香りりーがお正月の香り❗️ 江戸時代末期から食されている仙台雑煮。椀からはみ出すほどに大きな焼きハゼとハラコ（イクラ）、仙台せり、おひきなの彩りが美しいハレの日の食事。 大根、人参、ごぼうを細切りにしてさっと湯通しした「おひきな」は、一食分に分けて外気にさらして凍らせる。こうすることで、より味が沁みやすくなる（温暖化の近年では、冷凍庫で凍らせるのが主流）。 出汁には、かつて松島湾で大量にとれたハゼを焼いて干したものを使用。この焼きハゼは、数匹が藁で連になって売られている。昔は焼きハゼ小屋がいくつもあったが、近年の不漁によって激減。そのため、焼きハゼは年々高価になっています。 #仙台#郷土料理#仙台郷土料理 #はぜ #荒川リリー#lilystudio https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm-lNMzSM1M/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

2024.04.27（土） えちぜん鉄道福井駅舎内の待合室に設置されている「ストリートピアノ」に、新幹線の福井県内開業を記念し、県内の企業がカメラやスマホのフラッシュ撮影で虹色に輝くラッピング装飾を施した。 これにあわせて、県内出身のピアニスト徳永雄紀（とくなが ゆうき、イタリアの「イモラ音楽院」在学中とのこと）さんによるミニコンサートが開かれた。 曲目は「ラ・カンパネラ」と「ラプソディー・イン・ブルー」の２曲。 50名はいただろうか、大勢の方が聴きに来られていた。 特に「ラプソディー・イン・ブルー」は情熱的な演奏で、聴きごたえがあった。

前日にInstagramのDMで予約はしていたので、スイーツは取り置きしてもらっています♬駐車場は満車、イートインコーナーも満席なので、しばらく店内撮影しながら、他のお客さんとカヌレについて喋っていました笑

間借り時代のToRoRiからのお祝いの花も🌼名もなきが間借り時代の頃にもToRoRiのオーナーに未だに会ったことないけれど、一度はお会いしてみたいです🥺

クリーム白玉ぜんざい

砂糖の甘さは控えめで小豆の甘みが強調されたぜんざい。

ぜんざいで感動するのは生まれて初めてです。

パティシエの土川さんはこの日も一人でせっせと厨房で作業しているので、帰りに店員さんにぜんざいで感動したのは生まれて初めてだったことを伝言して帰りました笑

こちらはtake awayした紅茶のカヌレ。

先月末、イオンモール鹿児島に出店したときにイベント用に作ったそうです。紅茶も薩摩川内市のお茶屋さんの紅茶を使用しているそうです。

東京展が開催されるって聞いて羨ましすぎて悶絶してたやつ～!!!期間終了ギリギリに大阪展のチケット販売に気付いて単身で参戦!!!!

写真撮影不可ゾーン多すぎて不服～～;;;;; 日本は厳しいのー！まぁそんなこたぁ良き。印刷でしか見たことなかった原作本のカラー生原稿を拝めて幸せすぎました。

セル・絵コンテの緻密さとプロジェクトの壮大さに改めて息を呑む想いで空間を味わい、メッセージボードの熱さに共感。 ガラクタ集合体のくまちゃん人気すぎでしょｗｗ 絵コンテに走り書きされてた文字、ケイと鉄雄が“Kと鉄”って略されてたのじわじわくるｗ

初めて公式グッズを手に入れて愛を確かめた一日でした。 （限定グッズの購入権利の抽選にハズレたのくやしい～～ｗ）

注目シーンは鉄雄の悪夢「ナイト・ベア」。「大友克洋全集 AKIRAセル画展」で600点にも及ぶ貴重なセル画を見る

暑いと覚悟するとそうでもなかったりと、なかなか一筋縄ではいかない今年の陽気ではあるが。

昼飯は「ミートソーススパゲッティ」である。

ミートソースというからには、これは肉料理であるからひき肉は遠慮しない。

うずたかく盛り付けたスパゲッティの麓にミートソースがあふれる様は、まさに火山、ボルケーノである。

いかにもハイカロリーなので、ちょっと午後から散歩した。

しかし晩飯はそんなわずかな抵抗も無に帰すメニューである。

「台湾まぜそば」である。

これは名古屋めしのひとつでもあるが、ラーメン好きの間ではかなり市民権を得たものではないか。

もともとは台湾ラーメンの肉味噌を作っていて、アルバイトさんだかが「これ麺にそのままのせてもいいんじゃないですか」のひと声で始まったとか。

普通に食うと肉味噌は余るので追めしは基本である。

明日は断食しよう。

金沢兼六園周辺散策。

石浦神社（ishiura jinja、金沢最古の宮、茅の輪）

石川県立歴史博物館（いしかわ赤レンガミュージアム）

帰りに白山市にある 美肌の湯「千丈温泉　清流」（アルカリ性単純温泉）の温泉に入ってきました。入浴料大人450円と良心的な入浴料金になっています。

ところで、最近読んだ本の中で

「なぜ君は、科学的に考えられないんだ？」（松尾佑一著）がためになった。

ぼくもよく感情や感覚で判断するけど、物事を正しく判断する、分析するには根拠が大事だよねっていうことがよくわかる。

ちなみに「敏感肌」って？、日焼け止めのSPF値が15と50でどの位違うの、化粧水が「肌の奥まで浸透する」ってどこまで？ っていうことも、このビジネス小説を読んでわかりました。

久しぶりのあかね雲。直前に１２人のグループが訪問したそうで、注文からまさかの1時間待ち…。しかし、味は相変わらず美味しかったです。

食後はいつも通り、名もなき小さなケーキ店♪どうしても食べたいものがあったのでOpen前に電話して全て取り置きしてもらいました。
