Puzzles have been a favorite toy of children and educators for a long time. Giving our kids a variety of puzzles enhances their early childhood educational experience both at home and school. Some of the skills the puzzles enhance are Cognitive skills, fine motor and hand-eye coordination. Having a variety of puzzles for their age level is very important in their development and we have a different level children in our class, some of our kids need knob puzzles and some can do floor puzzles.

Puzzle can provide a lot of motor skills and cognitive skills for our life skills students.

Puzzles would make a great break time activity for our students to keep their brans fresh and to unwind. This would make a wonderful gift and activity for our kiddos.

It wasn’t long ago when green energy plans only came with flat rate pricing. But now, green plans have as many pricing structures as non-green plans. With renewable energy sources growing in Texas, light companies are falling all over themselves to sell you green energy. And with the wide array of pricing schemes comes more complex decisions. Do you go with a flat rate plan? Or are other setups better for your usage? Let’s take a look at the cheapest green electricity plans in Dallas. 

Cheapest Green Electricity Plans by Rate

When you shop for Texas electricity, you’ll find an advertised rate for each plan. In most cases, this is the average price when you use 1,000 kWh in a billing cycle. But there’s more to a plan than its promoted price. The three best rates available right now come from the Discount Power Bill Credit Bundle 24, 4Change Energy Maxx Saver Select 24, and Maxx Saver Select 12 plans. 

All three of these plans with the cheapest rate have a $100 bill credit at 1,000 kWh. That means you get $100 knocked off your bill once you use 1,000 kWh in a billing cycle. So, your bill could be way too high if you use less power. Often, these plans don’t fit for one- or two-person households living in small dwellings. Conversely, these plans tend to be great for larger families in mid-size and large homes. 

So if the advertised rate isn’t the only piece of information you need, what else is there to consider? Texas Electricity Ratings shows you the average bill for every plan, and that’s another key number for you. 

Cheapest Green Electricity Plans by Bill 

The plans with the cheapest bills come from Champion Energy, BKV Energy, and Rhythm, all with different term lengths.

Champion Energy offer its Free Weekends-24, a 2 year long plan. Meanwhile, BKV Energy has the Verbena 36 plan; that lasts 3 years. Both these plans have flat pricing, so your bill increases proportionally as you use more power. 

The Rhythm PowerShift EV Seasonal 12 plan is the odd man out. It has elements of free nights plans but also has different pricing based on what month you’re in. To be blunt, it’s really complicated. But the most important pricing note is that evening power consumption has the most expensive rate year round. You’re probably better off with the Champion or BKV plans because you’ll have a predictable price regardless of whether you’re in the peak seasons or shoulder months.

Choose the Right Type of Plan For Your Home

Choosing the right type of plan for your home should also be the cheapest. Learn why comparing EFLs can help you land the best electricity deal.

The right plan isn’t always the cheapest one. You have the power to choose different types of plans out there. But you still need to find the one that gets you the best savings with your usage. Discover the cheapest plans right now in Dallas and what you need to do to get the biggest savings.

What to Look for in the EFL

Before you commit to an electricity plan, make sure you read and understand the electricity facts label (EFL). This document includes the most important information about your future plan, including the pricing.

Now, here’s the tricky part with EFLs. Texas light companies put an average price per kWh section at the top. But this section combines the base charge, energy charge, delivery charges, and bonuses all into one. So, it may distort your bill estimate depending on your actual usage.

This is why understanding your usage is crucial. If you know your home’s average monthly electricity usage, you know whether the bonus in an EFL truly benefits your household or not.

The Cheapest Bill Credit Plan Rate

Right now, the cheapest electricity rate is 9.3 cents per kWh. Offered by Chariot Energy, GridEdge 24 has a 13.97 cents per kWh energy charge. With this 24-month term bill credit plan, if you use more than 1,000 kWh per month, you get a $90 credit. So, your average bill at 1,000 kWh usage would be $93. 

However, at only 999 kWh usage, without the credit, your estimated bill would be $183. So, you have to be really careful to hit that threshold.

The Cheapest Tiered Rate

Following closely with a 9.9 cents per kWh average price at 1,000 kWh usage, 4Change Energy offers a similar deal. The Maxx Saver Select 24 plan has a slightly higher energy charge of 15.72 cents per kWh. But they offer a $100 credit if your usage hits the threshold of 1,000 kWh.

So, at 1,000 kWh, your estimated monthly bill would be around $99. But, if you don’t hit that threshold, you’ll easily pay up to $199 per month for electricity.

The Cheapest Fixed Rate Plan

The problem with bill credit and tiered plans is that you have to adjust your usage to get the best deal. But you can avoid that with a good fixed-rate plan. With fixed-rate plans, you pay for what you use. And sometimes, there are nice perks, too, like Free Weekends 24 by Champion Energy.

This 24-month plan has a 13.9 cents per kWh energy charge on weekdays. On the weekends, there’s no energy or base charge. However, you always have to pay the delivery charges which are $4.39 per month and 3.73 cents per kWh. 

So, if you’re usually away on weekdays and spend the weekends at home, this plan is great for you.

I am sick of this!

I was so traumatized with what I saw today and of course it came from 4chan of all places! I was harassed by people who came from this sight and I had to delete my old Tumblr to get away from them! It's sickening! Why do I have to go through all of this!? It's not fair! Why do they just come on this sight and bombard people with their toxicity!? It's wrong?
