A Buncha Tag Games (and yet not all of them)

tagging: this is a LOT of games so i’ll only tag @atinyphobe @nsheetee and @veonjun for the SECOND (2nd) game. if they or anybody wants to do any of the other games, absolutely go for it and say i tagged you <3 i’d love to see what you guys say!! (also, tk if you felt like you wanted to answer my questions from the second game i’d be interested to see!)

One:

tell me the first song that made you stan your current fave group and why did your faves attract you so much?

ok SO the song that probably got me into rv 100% (also yes ik this blog is 99% nct but rv is my forever fave no question) was probably ice cream cake!! i had been a casual listener of many groups up until that point and had never really stanned anyone, but icc was so infectious i found myself watching it over and over. i had heard happiness and be natural before but hadn’t really listened too closely, so icc was the song that captured me. after that, dumb dumb only cemented my love for them more, and the red is still one of my favorite kpop albums to date. rv attracted me primarily because of their incredible vocals and their versatility in genres and concepts. i still get so excited wondering what they’ll tackle next!! they’re just soooo unique and have one of, if not the best discographies of any group. i cannot stress enough, I. Love. RV!! also they’re funny and gay so. anyway stream monster once it drops uwu

1. what is your favorite song that’s been released during quarantine? ooooo honestly??? probably something off of Sawayama. literally every song bangs so hard i highly recommend that album to anyone!! i can’t pick a favorite off it but who’s gonna save you now is awesome and xs is just,,, chef’s kiss

2. what is your greatest mishap when you tried cooking? (or something you’ve witnessed) one time, while making soup at my late grandmother’s house on her like gas stove, i put a lid on a pot and somehow that led the pot to be engulfed in flames. IN MY DEFENSE i was like 7, and i’m great at cooking/baking now

3. what’s your go-to outfit or article of clothing? oh i love a nice dress. they can be casual or formal, and you look like you put effort into your outfit except i didn’t because i didn’t have to match anything yo!!!! also shorts have trouble fitting me cause i’m a weird body type so dresses tend to be very comfy for me

4. what is your comfort food? am i allowed to say like all food??? eating in itself is comforting,,, that sounds depressing but also i just like eating yummy food. i guess i’d say like my dad’s fried rice?? its my fave and no one makes it like him soooo

5. what singular moment in your life would you like to relive? i couldn’t tell if this meant like, a good moment you want to re-experience or go back in time and redo a moment and fix it. it’s kind of a hard question so i might cop out and go with a bit of a silly answer: i want to relive the hi touch with astro...... i wanna look at rocky’s beautiful eyes and touch moonbin’s hand ok,,,,

6. what is your favorite line and/or character from a movie, show, or book? i got a bunch but a few off the top of my head are genie lo (the epic crush of genie lo), ty lee, suki (atla), klaus, and ben (umbrella academy)

7. if you could only choose one ice cream flavor and pizza topping/style for the rest of your life, what would it be? ice cream flavor: this very specific one from a local store that is banana ice cream with strawberries and oreo mixed in. it is heaaaavenly. as for pizza topping, i love a breakfast type pizza with an egg on top and like sausage and stuff!!!

8. what is the worst injury you’ve ever had or witnessed? funny enough, i’ve actually gotten badly injured quite a few times, and always on the face!! god hates me. the worst was probably when i hit a metal bench with my face and it took a chunk out of my cheek. i still have the scar! as for “witnessed” i accidentally broke a grown man’s rib once as a child, so i guess that would count.

9. would you rather explore the unknown of space or the bottom of the ocean? oceaaaan!! i answered this in some other game, but i like how mysterious and yet close the ocean is. like proximity wise it’s so near, yet there’s an insane amount we know nothing about. that’s so frightening but so intriguing

10. if you could be any cartoon character, who would you be? my first thought was literally “kirby. eat fast” GOD my followers are gonna think i’m just a glutton and they’re not even gonna be wrong im dying. but uhh idk mulan or smth?

1. Who was the last person you held hands with? My mother.

2. Are you outgoing or shy? I used to be very shy at school and university era, even as a young adult. I wouldn't say I'm outgoing now. But not shy anymore. Right in the middle.

3. Who are you looking forward to seeing? My mother and my brother because they are all the family I have left. My dog because he's my baby.

4. Are you easy to get along with? Yes

5. If you were drunk would the person you like take care of you? I've never ever been drunk in my life. No interest.

6. What kind of people are you attracted to? The ones who could not be attracted to me. The Hiddleston and Cumberbatch kind (funny, smart, artist, educated, gentleman, caring, giving, handsome but doesn't act like he God knows it, heartful, sensitive...)

You never talked to the goddess of your university, Jihyo. You never even thought to try it. She was always smiling and laughing with her friends with a beautiful sparkle in her eyes and all you wanted was for her to look at you with them. She was popular for a reason; she was incredibly beautiful and talented. Although the community college was big, Jihyo seemed to be everyone’s dream girl. Including yours. She had this confidence that made everyone feel great, and the skip in her step was the most adorable thing you had ever seen. Park Jihyo was definitely the girl you wanted to share your first kiss with, the girl you wanted to hold, and the girl you wanted to call beautiful every day.

The only thing to get in the way of that was her boyfriend, Songho. He was for sure a nice guy. But you couldn’t hide your jealousy sometimes. Especially when you see him kissing her. That should be your job. You are almost 99% sure that Jihyo and Songho are a happy couple that probably meet at a cafè or take walks in the park or whatever clichè couples do. Even though they were happy, you still wanted to kiss her. God, if only you could kiss her.

“(Y/N)!” It was the voice of your annoying but loving best friend, Chunja. You turned to her, she was smiling like a mad-woman, but by now you were used to that kind of behavior. She was a really tall girl and very skinny, but she was pretty. Yet she was really loud, and she always has been since your 2nd year of high school when you met her. You shared an apartment but you always wanted to stop at the coffeeshop you were at currently.

“What now, Chunja?” You asked while looking up from your cup of yogurt. You two were at the small coffeeshop next to the university that sold your favorite muffins and yogurt. You never really got coffee, though. “There’s a party at the girls’ sorority house, tonight! We should go!“ She sat on the stool next to you, taking a paper out of her bag.

“Chunja, you know well that we don’t fit in at sorority parties. They’re for all the popular students that have no priorities besides partying. I have to study tonight.” Chunja handed you the paper, reading off the tagline. “Party Tonight at Pi Phi Sorority House!” Your eyebrows furrowed.

“Where did you find this?” Chunja groaned, snatching it out of your hand and stuffing it back into her bag. “This guy gave it to me. He was handing them out to random kids and gave me one. This means we’re in, (Y/N)!” You sigh. “Chunja, like I said, I gotta study.”

“Whatever, you’ll change your mind when I mention Jihyo will be there…” You look up from your yogurt and watch Chunja start to leave. “Hey! Fine, I’ll go, but I’m not mingling with everyone.” Chunja smiled, then starting walking back out the door. You sighed. “Man, am I desperate. ”

Your courses carried on throughout the day, but today was Friday, meaning you had Biology, meaning your one class with Jihyo. It was the class you looked forward to every Friday. Sitting down at one of the seats, you patiently waited for Jihyo to light up the room. But she never came.

The class seemed to drag on longer than it should have. There was no Jihyo for you to glance over to. She usually had all of your attention during this course. She had never missed a class before. And according to other students, she never missed a class ever.

After finally being dismissed, you worked your way to the door and saw Jihyo begin running to the door. “Professor! Professor!” She called, bumping into you on her way in, walking over to the professor and began speaking. You didn’t hear anything, though.

You caught up with Chunja as everyone began getting in their cars or walking to their dorms. “You still coming to the party?” Chunja asked. She packed a textbook into her bag and slung it over her shoulder. You shrugged. “I don’t know. I don’t really feel like it, anymore.”

Chunja scoffed. ”(Y/N)!“ She whined. "I can’t go alone. You have to come with me, please. I’m socially awkward and need a buddy; you, to be there with me.” Rolling your eyes you got into Chunja’s passenger side of her car. “I mean, fine, but I probably will be sitting down the whole time. Mingling doesn’t seem like something I want to do right now. Do they have WiFi?”

Chunja sighed at your last remark. “I don’t know. But, that means you’re going, right?” You nodded while turning on the radio and turned the knobs to find a station. “Yes.” Chunja whispered, making you chuckle.

After getting to your shared apartment, Chunja immediately wanted to do her hair and makeup. “Ja, the party is in, like, 3 hours. By the time it’s time to go your makeup will be smudged and your hair will be all messy.“ Chunja glared. Then, she realised you were right. “I’m just so anxious.”

“Why? It’s just a party.” You asked. You sat down on the couch, grabbed the remote and turned on the TV. Chunja sat next to you. She placed her bag on the coffee table and rolled her long sleeves up. “I’ve never been to a party, (Y/N).” Chunja looked like she was completely embarrassed.

You shrugged. “So? Neither have I.”

Chunja furrowed her brows. “You’re not surprised?” You laughed. “Bro, you literally spend your whole life hanging out with me. One, I would’ve known if you were partying your entire life. Two, I am and was the biggest loser on the planet. Why would you hang out with me instead of going to parties?”

“(Y/N), shush. You are not a loser.”

Finally it was time to go to the party. You decided to not get all dressed up like Chunja did, whom was wearing a dark off the shoulder blouse and jeans, something she never really wore. You just went in the clothes you wore the entire day. You got to the sorority house and were expecting tons of people. You didn’t get what you expected, though, you were the first to show at the party. Besides the hosts and their girlfriends.

Jihyo. You saw her dumping a bag of chips into a big clear bowl and filling up cups with either kool-aid or alcohol. You pictured it was the latter since it was in fact a party. It just dawned upon you that this was your first ever house-party. It was probably nothing like the birthday parties you’ve had.

You greeted the frat boy. “Hi,” you said, bowing awkwardly and then trying your fastest to get to the couch and sit down. Before you knew it, dozens and dozens of college students were filling up the house. It got crowded very fast with the loud music blaring on the stereo speakers and students shouting along to the words of the songs; that or shouting to talk to someone because it was so loud. All around you were couples making out or students dancing, but you stayed in your spot on the couch.

“(Y/N)! Having fun?” Chunja rushed over to you and plopped on the couch cushion beside you. You shrugged. “If not being able to hear anything and smelling old beer everywhere means ‘fun’, then yeah, I’m having a blast.” You sarcastically replied. “Well, then you should go outside. The backyard is pretty nice. Hardly anyone is out there.” Chunja suggested. You nodded after a hesitant glance. “Yeah, I’ll do that.”

Your steps carried you as best they could through all the people, and you finally pushed your way out of the sliding doors. You softly shut them then turned to take a look at the backyard. Yeah, pretty nice. Only there was no where to sit other than the wet grass since the sprinklers just went off. You would sit on the porch, but a couple was sucking each other’s faces and you didn’t really feel like being so close to two strangers’ tongue action.

You decided to take your jacket off and lay it down on the grass. You sat down on it but your coat was more on the thin side, causing your bum to get wet anyways. There wasn’t much more you were expecting. A few more people came out to the backyard to talk in quiet. You just hoped that the whole house didn’t decide they would move it to the outdoors.

“Screw you, Songho. I thought you were happy.” Looking up you see Jihyo and Songho rushing out the glass doors, Songho shutting them softly on his way out. Jihyo wasn’t shouting at him, but you could tell she was angry or hurt, perhaps both. “Ji, I was happy. Key word, was. I just don’t feel the same way about you as I did before.” You couldn’t stop looking. You were watching both getting their hearts crushed and right before your eyes. However, the other people in the yard decided to move further away from the arguing couple so they could continue making out or talking and whatnot.

"Jihyo, we’re both better off without each other. I just need space. Please.” Songho grasped her smaller hands with his. Jihyo pulled her hands away. “You don’t need to beg me. Just go, okay? I don’t need this. You’ve been acting funny all month and you couldn’t have told me sooner? It’s one thing to fall out of love. It’s another to pretend to be in love and lead your own girlfriend on.” Songho was going to speak again, but he didn’t want to take the conversation further. He walked back inside, softly shutting the glass door once again. They were both more hurt than angry.

Jihyo ran a hand through her dark hair and sighed. She rubbed her hands on her jeans then looked at the patio where the couple had moved away from. She sat down and rested her chin in her hands. It took a little bit of staring for Jihyo to finally notice you. You immediately retracted and looked down at the wet land. Jihyo continued looking at you for a moment, then she smiled with a soft exhale. “(Y/N), right?” She asked. You looked up dumbfounded, nodding after hesitation. “Yeah, I am.”

Jihyo smiled. “Come sit over here.” Your heart nearly burst out of your chest at those words. You had never been so close to Jihyo and the thought of it was amazing. Slowly you stood up and grabbed your jacket from the ground and made your way over to where she was sitting on the patio. “I’m Jihyo.” She held her hand out for you to shake. Your heart spud up once more. You’ve merely dreamed about so touching Park Jihyo’s hand, but you never thought you would be lucky enough for the opportunity. You finally brought her hand in with yours, and they just felt so small, soft and delicate in yours. Even her hands made you want to swoon.

“Didn’t mean to make it look like I was a bitch in front of you. Songho and I have been going out for a while and the spark just gave out, you know? I didn’t know people would be out here.” She let her head fall as she gripped her knees. “Forgive me?” She had a cute pout on her lips that she probably didn’t even know was there, she was just naturally cute.

“There’s no need to apologize. I understand. I wasn’t scared or anything.” You said. Jihyo raised her eyebrow. “Really? I always thought I scared you.” You bit the inside of your cheek and furrowed your brows. “Why would you think that?”

“I always see you stare at me like I am crazy, and honestly it makes my confidence downgrade. But I’m not complaining, I need to work on looking crazy.”

You shook your head. “Oh, no, no. You don’t need to work on anything. I think you’re great just the way you are.” The words spilled from your mouth so quickly and you felt a wave of embarrassment wash over you. You wanted to dig a hole in the ground and hide.

“You think so?” Jihyo softly smiled with a rosy tint surfacing on her face. You let out a breath you didn’t know you were holding. “Jihyo, you have no idea how great you are.”

Jihyo was in awe. “(Y/N). Really? No one has ever said anything like that to me.” You nodded. “Really. People are just too scared to tell you.” She shrugged. “Or it’s just not true.”

"Jihyo, please. You’re beautiful, smart, funny. You have a nice smile and a nice laugh. You’re everything.”

Jihyo felt her heart beating quicker and quicker all while keeping a cool exterior.

“(Y/N), let’s go.” You and Jihyo both looked up and saw Chunja peeking out of the doors. You looked at Jihyo awkwardly and stood up, taking your jacket with you. Chunja eyed you and Jihyo with an unreadable expression, but it was definitely a positive one. Chunja started taking a few steps to get back in the house, all the while holding your wrist.

“(Y/N), wait.” Jihyo put her hand on your shoulder, now standing up and making you stop and turn to her. “Can I maybe get your number?” Was this a dream? You stuttered like mad, and you’ve never stuttered before. It was quite embarrassing.

After typing your number into her contacts, Jihyo put her phone in her back pocket. “Thank you, (Y/N). For what you said, and all.” You nodded. “Of course, I meant it.” Chunja finally dragged you out of the house and into the car, where you were still in shock from all that just happened.

“Park Jihyo has my phone number, Chunja. Do you know what this means? She can call me anytime she wants, she can text me anytime she wants, we can send videos to each other..” Chunja rolled her eyes. “Yeah, yeah, I’m happy for you, loser.” You smiled.

“I thought I wasn’t a loser?” Chunja laughed. “Yeah right,” she replied sarcastically.

The two of you got back to your apartment, and almost as soon as you hung your jacket up, your phone vibrated in your pocket indicating a message. You immediately grabbed your phone and checked.

You set her contact and messaged her back.

You smiled at the texts and all you wanted to do was snuggle up on the couch and watch romance movies while drinking hot cocoa. And that’s exactly what you did.

Officially it’s Lynn. Unofficially it’s Kurosaki because when I was in middle school making your middle name on social media the last name of a character was the cool thing to do, and I’m not gonna lie, it’s grown on me.
