Human Transformations!

Not much of a series it was very short-lived, basically one day i had the idea of exploring how would other aliens translate to human on the omnitrix. Essentially a gijinka but with somewhat strict rules. You can probably guess who is who

I always liked to imagine tini as a really young girl in tetramand years because 1. it makes her flirting with ben less creepy (ignore synaptak he doesnt exist. either that or hes also like 10 years old you choose which) 2. i refuse to believe that an adult tetramand woman would be any stronger than a young tetramand boy even if the omnitrix makes him the peakest strongest chaddest 10 year old muscle boy out there

Also alot of people told me that making Myaxx an old humanlady was a weird decision but idk ive always seen her as a sort of old cranky hag yk what i mean? This probably doesnt paint me in a very normal light considering how i always talk about how how myaxx is also im sorry myaxx i wanted to give you a beard like you deserve but im too weak

This one im most proud of!! I like to imagine that the prototype omnitrix will get extremely confused by cyborgs if theyre advanced enough, causing the transformation to be very, to use a scientific term, fucked

If i were to make an AU off of this whole miniseries of designs it would be one where vilgax is successful in aquiring the omnitrix but it ends up being very corrupted and screwed up like this, maybe he ends up being on the run from the plumbers and he goes on adventures as he wreaks havoc on earth

so um WTFOK SO KUNG FU PANDA i freaking love kung fu panda HE IS MY FREAKING LIFE if he never existed my sister wouldnt be a furry (will not elaborate she is blocked here FOR A REASON sorry nox) I HAD HIGH HOPES !!! (FIRST MISTAKE.) the music, was breathtaking, felt like i was watching kung fu panda for the first time again (not really but u get wat im saying) the animation was FLUID! there were some stiff parts, but I hardly noticed them, theres only one part where some movement didnt make sense?? like for example po was flung to the left but was then was stopped mid air, and awkwardly moved right to the ground?? i was the only one that noticed it i think thats a me thing FUCK HALF OF MY RAMBLE GOT DELETED ANYWAYS. OK SCREW WHAT EVER I WAS GONNA SAY UMMM THE ART. THE COLORING. THE CONTRASTING COLORS. THE TRADITIONAL CHINESE ART (duh) I WAS JUST AMAZED BY IT ALL IM A FREAKING ART NERD loved it so much AND THE CHARACTER DESIGN for the villain BEAUTIFUL. other character okayish.... picked most obvious animal and made her wear clothes...! im a picky person. OK WHATEVER BUT WHEN THE MOVIE FINISHED, it felt so short?? maybe cause IT WAS SO FAST PACD??? WHY DID THEY DO THAT. the beginnning started out good ! there was that initial action, somewhat revealing the villain their motives, and then showing where po is and what his dilemma is !!! BUT JUMP CUTS EVERYWHERE. IM BEING SO SERIOUS WHEN I SAY THERES PROBABLY ONLY ONE FADE IN SCENE (done perfectly if i may say) BUT WHAT. AND SOME OF THE SCENES FELT A LOT MORE SHORTER than others. almost like they added the scene last minute because they needed it?? or sm like it cuts from one scene, characters bond for 2.2 seconds, JUMP CUT! WHAT! OK SO NOW IMA GET INTO THE STORY, I WONT GIVE MANY LIKE MANY SPECIFICS< BUT ITS UNDER THIS CUT

ok so i noticed this in kfp3, but they donot take the movie that seriously anymore! in the og kfp obv there were some funny scenes, and they fit PERFECTLY. there were serious scenes, heartwrenching ones, and they worked so good. BACK TO VILLAIN, ugh she had so much potential, like the true introduction to her was merely perfect! there were gags to the side, but it didnt effect it as much! but PLEASE JUST LET HER BE A BAD PERSON SHE ISNT FUNNY !!!! WE NEED TO START TELLING PEOPLE THEY ARENT FUNNY OR IT RUINS THE WORLD!!!/j but the fight scene at the end was beautiful, it showed her true potential, but how it ended was anti climatic. a single move they couldve done at the beginnning, and a skadosh (i love skadosh btw) and when all the villains were finally leaving, there was no SERIOUS ENDING FOR HER. she just screams on the way in, gettiing one last laugh. idk i just love kfp im very passionate abt movies animation art music wat not sooo yeh i think thats it HAI TAI LUNG I LOVE UUUUU I LOVE UUUUUU AHHHHSHHAHAHAHHSSHSHAA conclusion the movie was beautiful, kinda funny, but beautiful das it the end

this is a post of me shitting on intsys for what happened to engage, i honestly feel bad for mika pikazo, basically thrown under the bus by intsys from the start, was given very little instruction on what to do and what the mood of the game (engage) will be and it seems like there wasn't much of an editing down phase either. i feel bad she was just handed the paltry descriptions of 40 characters (being instructed to draw "older woman" and then the character turning out to be 30 sticks out in my mind) with not much direction.

im not a big fan of her style these days, more of a 2018 mika pikazo appreciator, but i question why they hired the artist who most commonly draws album covers, magazine covers and alt designs for already existing characters like hatsune miku. i do think the onus falls on intsys for hiring someone who seemingly doesn't fit the job, but i think if they actually gave real direction the designs would not be in the state they are now.

ofc being the nerd i am i object to her art being pejoratively labeled as "vtuber art" because i never understood that label and also frankly i think it's insulting to reduce the style of an artist who has been around for a long time to just one thing. i keep seeing that post explaining it and its like buddy... sorry you keep seeing personalityless twitch indies who overcompensate by overpaying for ugly overdesigned models but saying "vtuber style" is surmountable to "too anime". what does it mean?! i read that post over and over and i feel like the influence of "vtuber" (incredibly vague term that means nothing and changes between whoever uses it because its convenient) and "genshin" (im not a genshin fan and i dont care for the designs in it but is it really that influential as OP claims?) is very overstated... if anything the design in anime and games these days is increasingly influenced by subculture, shit like jiraikei which i actually dislike because THAT'S repetitive and generic. how many times have you seen a design in recent years that's structurally just this to the point of being boring to tears

im seriously not saying this as a "vtuber fan", given the vtubers i watch most often are "elf guy in a suit", "guy in labcoat", "girl in very normal school uniform" but i find that kind of criticism an oxymoron. is it because i don't really interact with twitch stuff? like, whatever. i know being an oldhead who usually just sticks to what ive liked for years impacts my point of view. my point is that mika pikazo is a talented artist, the designs she put out for engage were a massive miss but 1) was she the person for the job 2) did intsys give her adequate instructions and support and the answer to both is no. i think it's fine to dislike the designs, i don't like a lot of them either now that i've seen all of them. but at the same time a lot of people are just extra rude about it (seen in replies to redesigns) and usually i wouldn't find any issue but knowing the context that intsys screwed pikaZ over really really stings. i remember when engage was revealed people were harrassing her for weeks which sucks, she's been nothing but a really positive presence online.

i was gonna say "anyway hire someone who fits" but then i remembered how kusakihara is one of the most overbearing control freak art directors in any game company i've ever seen, hiring chinatsu kurahana for fe3h and then not letting her draw any of the in-game sprites despite being an artist who is familiar with the workflow of visual novels and the like... and yes i can tell it's kusakihara imitating her style. i know the way he renders, especially the way he makes tits look disgustingly oiled up.

interestingly, kozaki was always thrown under the bus in a similar way to pikazo, making similar remarks about how fantasy designs aren't his forte and how he's not sure why they hired him (we now know it's because they wanted hidari for awakening but he had other obligations). kozaki even got the blame for some of the worse designs like camilla, even though that was a kusakihara design. i'll lay my cards on the table: i think kozaki's designs, given he is not a fantasy artist, i feel comfortable in saying that they're bad. he's a comic-like artist that does well with modern day stuff. you let him onto fire emblem and he makes the insane armor designs in fea and fates. and of course all my respect to him, but like pikazo he is not the right guy for the job.

anyway i hope you guys are ready for them to hire kishida mel next and for every girl to be an infantile school girl cause LOL. they really gotta stop hiring super specialized artists (like pikazo who does one off illustrations best, and kozaki who does western movie/comic book inspired realistic designs best). even when they hire "the right person", intsys and the art director and overall director kusakihara are overbearing and take over too much (as seen with kozaki and kurahana, according to the echoes artbook there were hints of him trying to influence hidari as well but hidari was not shaken + hidari was there on a favor so they probably couldn't pressure him more LOL)

but yeah i think people should be blaming intsys way more

An unpopular opinion: Here's a big one, I never liked megas. A mechanic that only benefits like 30 out of hundreds of Pokemon, most of them being Pokemon that were already strong and popular anyway, was never that interesting to me for a casual playthrough, and only like 5 megas were even viable in competitive so it wasn't any more interesting there. And none of the Pokemon who got megas were gen 6 Pokemon despite the mechanic being introduced in gen 6? not even the starters? Oh no but lets give megas to the Kanto starters, hell lets give our special little guy Charizard two. come on. At least the Galar starters got gigantamaxes eventually and there were still plenty of gen 8 Pokemon that had them from the start. Also literally the only one that looks good is Mega Sableye, and that's just because it's regular Sableye but with ruby eyes and a big gem to hide behind. Every other mega is at best Fine and at worst ugly as shit, because the design philosophy for megas seemed to be "it's [Pokemon] but cooler, and cooler means busier". Have you seen mega Garchomp? Have you seen what they did to my boy? Disgusting. I never want to see it again.

I had no financial autonomy except what family deemed fit to give me at the time and it was huge imbalance they took lions share and I got less. I was dependent on them and they bought me stuff I needed or gave me presents as if so generous. I wouldn't have needed them to do that if they give me my money in all and k can pay my way instead them deciding to take my money most of it to pay my way. Then one day when I was older they said I could keep my income, as in all of it as long as I pay for myself out of it and all my bills. And that's what I'd did and still do. I still not understand their angle except greed and abuse. Maybe cos your older and also cos you left, she's trying to cover her back and also not see point in trying control that way so she give you more financial autonomy. i figured out what the deal was w the thing i posted about (she literally just cannot access those funds w/ out going through me now, but if i were to do as she says my family would take the money - except, that would be being complicit in the misuse of it, and i am not going to lie for them and screw up our future so they can have a quick buck... maevey got us out of trouble with that one though, we have lied and said we were denied access too, it is better if we just do not have it because while we are here it would just be stolen anyhow and that could also get us into trouble no matter if we just cannot do anything, for so long as we are unable to safely tell authorities of the abuse, we cannot give the reason when the reason is the abuse, so it is just better to seal it off.)

they have been going between being as cruel as usual and then showering us with niceness, starving us and leaving only spoiled food for us and then giving lots of candies and sweets and such things, taking money (the cash we kept on hand, not what is safely in the bank) from us to spend on their own garbage and then suddenly gifting us money to be spent only on things they say is okay to spend it on (children's games, stuffed toys, snacks, and the like - not anything thatd help us get out of here..), among other things, just... keeping the tension constant by oscillating in this way, never giving certainty of what will happen if xyz.

we havent been given true financial power by them at all - only little useless things. but we do have very important things in place to maintain our financial autonomy, although we cannot afford to escape right now, they cannot steal from our money because it is in places they cannot access, they cannot use our identity freely to get things as easily anymore, and since we've just been suffering through things so well despite being denied access to healthcare (both by them and by not being able to afford what we'd actually need) we have managed to not be seen as disabled anymore by the state despite still being disabled, meaning they cannot use that to keep us under their thumb anymore by being designated our caretakers and holding our moneys for us...

things are very much set up so that if we could just figure out the income end, we could be free of them financially without much trouble, now. we've made a lot of progress in that regard :'D but not so much with being able to work under the constraints we are under while here. and with what we were doing having gone up in flames, and still not finding a way to fix it, it is back to square 1 with income.. but we will figure it out!!!!

my aunt became critically ill so the past couple of days everyones been on edge since the doctors said that we should prepare for the worst. my mum was up in arms about it bc it was the exact same thing they said before my grandpa passed.

but surprise!!! her condition improved today! which felt like a huge relief. now i just gotta worry about my dads health sighhh

i was prepping to open commissions to help my family pay for the bills of everything but now that she's stable i'm gonna wait until i finish my event submissions lolol i even made posters for em n everythin man </33

So i felt like drawing Shino today :3! I felt like shino should have been part of anbu in boruto instead of a teacher? He dosnt seem like teacher material and i dont really like what they did with him in boruto so i changed it in my au!! Hes now anbu before becoming clan head eventually, no idea what that mask design is i think they are supposed to have animal masks but screw that.

I also have some sketches of the oc i paired him with in this au, shes totally waving at either people in the aburame compound cause she isnt scared of any awkwardness there may be. Or~ shes waving at his fellow konoha ninja as they stare on in disbelief that hes got a pretty girl on his arm lol :3

I as usual dont have a name for her yet cause im bad at that but shes the daughter of like one of the richest merchants in the land of fire. Shes the only daughter, has 1 older brother and 2 younger. Classically pretty she probably has lots of suiters but for some reason she met Shino at a ninja clan/merchant family event that his father made him go to as clan heir. She spotted him across the way and decided to go make conversation with him and Shibi and some other ninja. Ended up figuring out a way to interact with him more outside of this party under some ruse of trading with the Aburames (well the trade agreement discussions are real but she had other plans, shes just laying the foundation of talks between the 2 families, she is a merchants daughter and a smart one)

Anyway she ends up deciding she wants this ninja and her family’s a little horrified but i think her dad would prob be happy she picked an heir at least. They end up together at some point after, the aburame elders prob go along with a non-ninja wife because so few non aburames are willing to marry into the clan, also like shes part of a wealthy well know family.

Shes outgoing and not phased by any awkwardness that may occur when an outsider interacts with aburame clan members, because i can imagine that the bugs put off a lot of regular people and even other ninja.

finished magireco s3 and while i liveblogged it on my twitter i tried to summarize my thoughts here if you didn’t want to scroll through that (spoilers under the cut obvs)

the good:

they actively fixed the hospital tiro backstory so it not only flows better (ex: instead of alina showing up randomly when ui was turning into a witch she showed up bc she was hunting down kyubey bc he kept info from her) but it actually makes more sense now

animation was solid as per usual

speaking of animation the new transformations? great

i liked how even after remembering the whole truth touka and nemu still went ahead with their plan in order to save ui/iroha specifically, i think this was more in character for them compared to in game where they stopped the entire plan once they remembered

the mifuyu scene was really well done and thematically perfect for her character, as she is based on the bird catcher from galactic railroad, so what better way to showcase that by her saving the “birds” (magical girls) she lured into her “net” (magius) by “turning them into candy” (purifying them/giving them hope)

the stuff with mitama as well was really good too

OH and the rena/kaede stuff was great i love how rena finally found the words to tell kaede what she means to her (only took 3 seasons lol)

8. scarlett's ending was horribly written but i love the premise of quiet nerdy kid actually being super evil. some of my favorite small moments from pahkitew is when her facade would drop for a second and she'd make a face or deadpan something

7. even though she got such little screen time, eva will always have a special place in my heart. strong with weird friends who wears purple and has a hard time interacting with people? girl mood

6. sanders is so, so good. as fun of a character as macarthur is she's also a lot to deal with and sanders was being patient and civil almost all the time, even when macarthur didn't show her the same respect. she literally fucked up her own BROKEN ARM so they could keep going with the race?? biggest badass in td hands down. major respect.

5. leshawna. do i even have to explain this. i want her to be my friend but i would probably be so in awe of her that id be too anxious to talk to her. shes so strong so supportive so sweet and absolutely iconic. she deserves more love and should've won a season

4. i know emma gets a lot of hate but i love her. bossy older sister with trust issues around romance? big fucking mood. she has some funny moments and her relationship with kitty is fantastic, super entertaining. maybe i, a fellow control freak, relate to her a little too much but shhhhh

3. i dont think these last three are gonna be a surprise to anyone. but anyways alejandro is a manipulative icon which i love. hes so smart in how he plays the game its very refreshing to watch, and he also has his random drama queen moments which are funny. his character design is also very aesthetically pleasing

2. hes probably overrated for the amount of screen time he gets but noah. dude had a lot of funny lines and SO MUCH wasted potential. easily my favorite character in the ridonculous race. he’s just very entertaining and is really fun to write for

1. ive never kinned anybody and never will but if i did it would be courtney. girl has been my comfort character since i was like twelve. i relate to her a LOT and no matter how badly they screw up her writing (and they have FUCKED it up) she will always be the character i root for. she’s got an inexplicable and embarrassingly special place in my heart. im serious i dont think ever ive liked any character in any form of media more than courtney. theres something wrong with me but its ok <3

Hi. Sorry it’s been a bit, Scout came into the workshop yelling about something and he kicked the table and left and he didn’t come back after that so I guess he can’t deliver these for us anymore. one thing I’d like is for magireco to get more creative with their unit gameplay builds.

some of the recent stuff is good imo. I mention perenelle a lot, but I really like her gameplay design. IT’S AWFUL for the game, but it’s a new niche and I like it. She’s defensive, but not actually a tank. In fact, in a way she almost doesn’t want to be hit at all. yeah yeah she’s got mp up when damaged, but she’s not a sudachi, okay? she’s all about defense and raising the defense of her allies. I like it.

I also like that while Isabeau is kimochi bait, she still at least has some uniqueness to her. she’s like vamp kanagi, but while vnagi is all about evade, isabeau is all about hp regen. nice way to expand a niche without powercreeping it.

I do think that you can find weird ways that characters can tier in niches. for example, in the “surive attacks they shouldn’t and deal magia damage” niche you’ve got:

ftp: Oriko. magia cheese, easy to aquire compared to other girls and easy to slot. However, she still requires an investment so f2p have stuff to work on.

average: Ren SORT OF fills this. she has a lot going on, okay. but at her core, she’s about getting low on health, dealing lots of damage with a doppel, then evading and healing herself up. 

limited: vampire kanagi- top of the line here. this is shown by how she’s limited too. best of the best for this niche. fuck you vnagi for taking over oriko’s job.

Once you see this, you see it in a lot of characters. kako is the f2p version of madoka. both are healers with accele draw. however f2p will never be as good as average 4* units through some fatal flaw or lack of coverage. Kako doesn’t give mp directly. Manaka buffs like sayuki/mikage does, but she doesn’t give mp either. Emiri is a worse version of Mifuyu. Sasara (was? is?) a worse version of kokoro. Corbeau is like a worse version of Hanna. Hotaru is a worse version of mayu etc.

to be fair, this is a very basic view and im oversimplifying shit to hell and back right now. For example, Emiri is more protective of her team than Mifuyu is, who is more... mp-focused? also I didn’t know her magia/doppel could remove buffs. neat.

also compare poor Miyuri with Tanabata Yachiyo. nonlimited versus limited. sorry miyuri.

I want a character who is a sniper, who has like crazy 80% attac up when max health but she also has like -2 hp and she’ll die if a leaf gently rests on her foot.

I want a charge unit who has a weird gimick. each time she attacks, her damage goes up. so she her first attack feels like the soft shell of a peanut against you, but then her 10th attack feels like a fucking airplane tearing you into pieces.

gIVE me a girl who deals increased damage based on her target’s attack. If the enemy has shit attack, she deals shit attack. fuck that’ll be hard to balance, but make it weird.

also I still wnat a total wild card character who is just as likely to screw you over as she is the enemy. her magia has a 50% chance to kill your team lmao. you might tell her to attack an enemy with a disc but instead she takes a nap. maybe she’s a free character and you get rewards for using her in hard content.

I want a character who deals increased damage for every status ailment that she has ON HERSELF

I want a character who deals increased damage based on how low her mp is. high mp = low damage. no mp = fucking canon. also she is all accele disks.

I want a character who throws shitty status ailments like poison, charm, and uhhhhhhhhhh fog, but the gimick is that they last forever until the battle ends.

ok, so. a little disclaimer before we get into the good stuff. Cannon is in no way whatsoever being followed in this. honestly? im not even sure that i REMEBER cannon at this point. that said, cannon is non applicable. at. all.

By the time he had returned his gaze to her, the teen had pulled herself back together. He smiled and nodded at her, before moving to go around. When Marinette had pulled herself together enough to call a short “sorry!”, He was already gone.

That was three weeks ago. Now, she was looking at a picture of their interaction, where it blared on the front page of the newspaper that Jagged had sent her. When Marinette had received the package, she had been confused. Jagged wasn’t supposed to send her another demo for a few weeks. They were still working on singles. When she had opened the box and found five different American publications with her on their front page, the teen designer had shrieked. With shaking hands, she picked up the top one and studied the headline.

HAS BRUCE WAYNE’S WARD FOUND PARISIAN LOVE?

The bold text was catching, sure, but Marinette was caught on WHO it was placing her with. Someone she had never met. The second one had a picture of her next to Jagged at an event, and a picture of the boy next to a blonde girl. The headline wasn’t much better than the first.

The teen snorted. She was starting to see the pattern. Putting the tabloid down the girl moved onto the next one. This one had, once again, a zoomed in picture of the five second interaction between her and a stranger. The title, however, was different than the first two.

ALL OF BRUCE WAYNE’S CHILDREN, AND THE INSIDE SCOOP ON HIS NEWEST DAUGHTER

She squinted, laughter bubbling up a little as she observed the piece of fiction. Whoever the Bruce Wayne was, Marinette hopped that he was able to combat this, because she had no intention of letting this fly.

Tim and Bruce were staring at the pile of papers in mild shock. When Jared had reached out to them in mild panic, they had been confused. His panic had been explained when the rocker had arrived carrying a stack of tabloid literature a foot thick. When he had thunk’d the stack down on Bruce’s desk, the businessman’s shock had been more than notable. When Tim had picked up the first few publications the initial look on his face was mirth, but it quickly morphed into shock, then panic. When he handed the top item to Bruce, the older man frowned. When the second pamphlet made its way to his hands, Bruce paused. His next move was to call the Wayne family lawyers. when he turned back to his old friend, all the faces in the room told the same grim tale of what was to come.

When Tim found out that it was Jared’s niece that he had accidentally run into in the brief moment in Paris, he wasn’t sure whether he should be more stressed by it, or if it was by pure luck. When Bruce’s friend went on to explain that the girl would probably already suing the reports and papers that had published the rumor, the young CEO was impressed. To have a lawyer on hand like that was…surprising, considering that she couldn’t be older than 18.

When he asked the rocker if he thought the girl would let anyone go after her, he laughed. Then, Jared Stone explained that the girl was known in Paris for squishing rumors with surprising efficiency.

That evening, Bruce invited his childhood friend home for dinner, and the star spent the evening telling stories of their capers as children, with Alfred grimacing in agreement with the stories. Partway through dinner, Jared’s phone went off. While the rest of the family tensed, glancing to Alfred, their guest frowned at his phone before rushing to answering. “Hey Little Rocker! How’s Pari- oh. So, Penny was more efficient then I thought she’d be. I- yes I figured that you may want to hear. Do- No! Marinette, what!” here, the man paused, his head cocked to the side, his eyes screwed up in thought. “No luv! Sue them within an inch of their lives! You more then have that right.” Here, the rocker paused before he laughed. “Tell that buzzing bee of yours that she’s a good friend. Alright, Miss Mari. I’ll ring you when I’m back on that side of the Atlantic.” He laughed again, “See you soon, Marinette.” The table stayed quiet, waiting for the man to give an indication on the status of the conversation. “Well, Brucie, expect to hear from my niece in the next few day, or at least, her team of lawyers.” the Wayne patriarch blinked before nodding in hidden surprise.

When the family was talking during patrol that evening, Tim grumbled. The 18-year-old was still taken aback that the press had even seen the momentary interaction almost a month ago. As his brothers listened in, many of them started to make fun of the teen. When Jason tuned in, he dropped in the middle of tale. At his confusion, Tim sighed and started over, again. While the family was laughing over his run-in with the press, the former Robin shook his head and silenced his family. He had a feeling he wouldn’t live this one down for a while.

Originally, Jason had found Tim’s predicament hilarious. Of course, the kid had to have the worst run-ins with the press. Then, he had picked up one of the many tabloids with the story. When he had seen the pictures, all mirth left the resurrected vigilante. The noirette that was looking up at him from the page? Yeah. He knew her. Better than anyone else, actually. With shaking hands, the young man paged to the story. What he found was…illuminating. So. She had been adopted. In France. In Paris. After forcing his lungs to draw breath, Jason pulled out his phone. He had arrangements to make.

The day after Jagged had sent her the gossip rags that were considered journalism, Marinette strode into school with a scowl so ingrained in in her features that anyone who didn’t know her would think the expression was permanent. When she stalked into the Lycée classroom, Chloé grinned at her from where she had settled in the front row. Marinette nodded at her friend as she slid in next to her. Lila came skipping in moments later, a cruel smile playing on her lips, before falling when she saw the bone quaking scowl resting on her nemesis’ face. “oh Marinette! Did something happen? Did…did you anger your parents? Did they find out about all those men?” the other girl huffed before turning to her. Lila froze as she was met with the iciest glare that she had seen in years.

“oh Lila. That’s so cute. It almost sounds like you still think that your little stories affect me at all. That’s…adorable.” The Italian girl shrunk under the younger girl’s stare. Suddenly, she understood why people had been warning her to leave the teen alone. this girl, she was brutal. “lucky for you, you’re not the one I’m after, this time. My lawyers have bigger fish to fry.” The newer addition to the classroom gulped, her throat suddenly very dry. It occurred to her that maybe Marinette had let her take control of the class. After all, if they turn that easily, why would she want them for friends. The smaller girl nodded as she watched the realization run over Lila’s face. Raising her eyebrows, the Eurasian girl motioned her classmate along, sending a cruel smile after her.

Chloé waited until the little liar was gone before giggling at her friend’s reaction to the girl who had become their daily annoyance. “I’m guessing you saw what’s been running in the American news? I thought it wouldn’t take long for you to respond. Are a plethora of lawsuits on the way?” Marinette giggled slightly as her severe demander giving way to the internal glee that was consuming the teen over the sheer chaos that was to come.

When Jason touched down in Paris, he tensed. The atmosphere in the city was less carefree than he remembered. There was an air that actually reminded him of Gotham. Tense. Waiting or the other shoe to drop. The expectation that your day was going to go wrong set from the moment one woke up. Pulling out his phone, the Gotamite looked up the address to the bakery that he had found when digging online. If today went the way he was hoping it would, the bakery would be his only stop for the day. Of course, he didn’t count on Gina.

When she called him over from where she was standing by her bike, Jason had to smile. The woman was part of the reason that he wasn’t still camping out in Gotham, waiting to kill a certain billionaire. Once the spry biker had latched onto his arm, the young man knew that his mission would have to wait just a bit. After all, he owed Gina almost everything he had.

so i have a few questions

1)i cannot understand how you ship k*ramel. their relationship was FILLED with toxicity. from mon-el failing over and over again to listen to what kara had to say to him basically telling her to give up being kara danvers. convincing her that "being supergirl and having you is enough” was absolutely horrible. karamel had their moments but overall it was toxic. then in s3 mon el was married and the whole point of season 3 was allowing them to move on. accepting the toxicity from s2 and pushing past that romanticized time. mon el was a better person by 3b but he was still married. even if mon el and imra did break up in the finale there’s no future for karamel. even during 5x13 kara went to ask on advice about lena. and when winn came to visit from the future not a word about him. she’s moved on and it just wouldn’t make sense for kara to end up with him.

2) how can you hate lena so so so much?? it’s been said over and over again that all she’s ever wanted to do is good. though she’s designed to be this morally grey character. she has FLAWS but that’s what makes her so good. she’s a victim of abuse and you can see her struggle with that especially in seasons 4 and 5. in 5 she definitely goes down a questionable path but how can you expect her not too? after being emotionally abused by her brother, betrayed by her family, andrea (this did happen before kara), and then eve. finding out that kara and EVERYONE she loves has betrayed her as well. I mean how could you not go mad?? and even when she “went mad” she was trying to rid humanity of PAIN. something she later realized was a necessary part of life. her hurt blinded her from reality and lex’s manipulation pushed her down further. she’s been hurt and broken so many times and while that’s not an excuse for what she’s done you have no sympathy for her and that I find appalling. lena has realized what she’s done is wrong, that she’s made mistakes, what she did to kara, and she will have to live with that isn’t that punishment enough? she’s apologized and is trying to make up for everything she’s done by saving the world (again). your unnecessary hate towards her infuriates me. cant you take a step back and see the whole picture?

3) why DONT you ship supercorp or accept the queerbaiting? (watch this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=C2w2GBXd_Pg) They are the core relationship of the show while the danvers sisters are the heart. they’ve gone through so so much together and practically dated in early season 2. they love each other it’s just oh so apparent. i like to believe one of the reasons lena reacted so strongly in s5 is because she was in love with kara and she couldn’t handle the person she was in love with lying to her. and kara flew around the world to get lena’s favorite food!! if that’s not romantic idk what is. I feel like you’ve developed such a clouded view of supercorp that you need to take a step back and understand what lena is the love of kara’s life.

Working with mass murderer, enslaving 3 people (kidnapping Eve, without her consent putting AI into her mind, basically RAPING her brain and making her a puppet in her own body; enslaving end experimenting on Malefic and Russel – threatening to kill him to steal Andrea’s necklace) – none of it are flaws. It was horrible abuse and violating every human right and the fact some people excuse it is disgusting.

tbh, zoe reminds me of that one character in fairly odd parents. i disliked that character and i definitely hate zoe as well. they're just both so bland, boring. we already have perfect pretty boy adrien here, do we need a mary sue too? like, what's the point of zoe except establish chloe as a more evil villain than the literal terrorist and shitty dad hawkmoth? does astruc have a new lady crush to impress with his great writing skills? im already seeing kids defending zoe, saying she's a flawed character when she's really really not. also, not to shade on zoe even more but she looks so boring. she looks like a background character rather than a secondary (?) character or even a bee hero. also, her hero costume is just so bleh. for a character from new york and living in paris, she sure has some uninspired design. sorry this turned into a rant, i just saw posts defending zoe and adrien like they're the second coming of jesus. also, screw astruc, im still gonna continue loving chloe and her character. no amount of hate comments can stop me from liking her character. damn him treating girl characters as one dimensional ones, it's like he hasn't seen a damned teenager in his life.
