I recently hit a milestone on Ao3 (3 million hits), and I debated about saying anything because I didn't have the words to express myself, but I still want to try.

Growing up I always had an abundance of imagination. It was often said to me and in my youth I never quite understood what they meant until I started writing. I've read more published books than I could ever count, I've then read even more fanfiction than that and have always loved the feeling of being immersed in someone else's world.

Imagination is my greatest writing strength, and nothing gives me more joy than writing all of it down. To see other people delve into my stories the way that I did with others. It still blows my mind that actual people outside of my sister read my stuff.

Wise people in fandom spaces have said it the best, that hits don't matter. They are right. In the end it doesn't matter how many people read something because the value of the story is not dependent on public opinion. The value of the story is what you make it.

Whether I have 1k hits or 10, I value each and every one of you that has ever read something of mine. I value that you took the time out of your day to meet my imagination with me. Thank you.

At the end of the day, the comments don't matter. The kudos' don't matter. The hits don't matter. But I would still like to express my gratitude. Thank you for giving me a chance, thank you for sticking around if you did, and thank you for letting me share my imagination with you.

Here's to all the future stories I'll write, and I hope to see you there too.

I reached a really (what I think is) significant milestone on ao3 today and I just wanna say thank you to anyone who has ever read my writing or interacted with me or encouraged me in any way - I really wouldn't have experienced the joy I've experienced from fandom without you! even though I might be late at replying to comments or asks or just generally fumbling the bag every now and again, i am so grateful to have people ready to hear my ideas and to cheer me on or just even consume the things I put out. I HIT 1,000,000 WORDS ON AO3!

I'm so glad it happened with bear hugs because that fic has been my baby for a year at this point and finishing it in the rink last night was a full circle moment. Cannot believe how feral Steddie has made me over the last year and a half (give or take a month or two). Thank you to everyone who has been a part of me losing my damn mind over these two!

I still have so many things on my list and another chaptered fic to start posting Friday, so stay tuned!

Well, well, well, the fic I am most infamous for and the one I treat like a firstborn crossed 50000 hits on AO3!

Yes, compared to FFnet's 195,000+ hits, it is indeed pleasant news to my eyes. Given how it has so many tags, warnings, and now it is locked, reading it is not easy on AO3 any more.

On the day of YWIMC’s launch, Peter decided he would one-up the genie debut by reaching yet another FANTASTIC milestone—3,000 hits on Archive Of Our Own! 💛🏴‍☠️

Wow. Just….amazing. In this last week alone, I achieved milestones in all three of my major stories—The Wingman, Peter Hart, and Your Wish Is My Command. I am continually in awe and inspired by how supportive this community has been. Thank you all so, so much!! I hope to continue creating stories that will knock your socks right off! 🧦✨

But, before I start my next giant project (👁️), I am taking a small Holiday Hiatus! Breaks are very important to avoid burnout, but not to worry! Thank you so much to everyone who has read my works, who has left kudos and comments! It means so much. It is actually kind of insane to me that so many people have read my fics.

This is kind of a big deal for me, because this means it has gotten the most kudos of any of my Karveth and Monica stories. And for an OC pairing, in a story that features an almost entirely OC cast, that's pretty amazing.

Paper Hearts Hiatus

Hi everyone! If you've been following me for some time you probably would have noticed that I'm not as active as I used to be besides occasional spurs of arts (like right now and those arts have been at works since December).

Real life became really crazy for me and not necessarily in a good way. Real life personal problems on top of a busy schedule and I simply couldn't write like I used to. I felt the quality of my works worsen and it simply didn't bring me as much joy, feeling more like an obligation and stressing me out.

Which is why even though there are only 8 chapters plus the afterword until the end of Paper Hearts (according to my plan, but if a chapter gets longer I might split), I decided to go on a hiatus with this fic. Paper Hearts is such a passion project of mine and it deserves a good ending. The one I had planned and I want to deliver it properly, when I once again feel the drive and the motivation.

The important plot points have been resolved and now I have to finish up some open endings and tie them back to the end of the time skip, merging with the BC storyline. The exact idea is there, I just have no power in me to write it.

I hope you understand and continue to support me with this fic. I'm planning on finishing it, just not now. Maybe after a longer break. I'm thinking about rereading it myself to once again find the love for those characters.

I am 1 Fic Away From the 100 Fics List!

Soooooooo technically I have crossed my “100” fics mark a long time back. But I have not migrated a few fics from my ffnet days still.

Yet, I still feel excited to step into the zone of triple digits on ao3. I have been writing fics since the age of 13, even before I knew the term fanfiction. I've been putting up my silly fics on fan sites for a decade now. So I am feeling, proud, embarrassed and excited all at the same time.
