Answering the AU game in the Linked Maze discord server because I am not, in fact, dead! I'm just doing a bit of messing around with my art style, rethinking the textured linework stuff. This is super low effort and not reflective of my art style in all likelihood, I'm still messing around.

thinking about current pub plans:

ASMLP in October, obviously. I have almost everything together now and could honestly push it up one more month if I really wanted to, but I've spent so much time lately telling people it's out in October it'd probs be confusing to do it any earlier.

Anyway I do want to have two releases next year. I'd love to have ATHD ready to release next year in the spring, and I think I can if I force myself to get my shit together.

And then in the fall next year I'd love to release BTMS. Cause I think that, too, I can get into shape by then.

Also eventually want to release an omnibus of novellas involving the monsters of this world but I need at least one more novella and would need to plot that out... Cause it would be ATHD, ABTB, and.... something. Hopefully a novella that doesn't also start with the letter A.

How would the ROs (both TSSW and BTM) react if MC gave them a good night/day kiss every time but one day just forgot?

Morkai would say nothing at first, waiting for it. When it doesn't come, he starts to brood a bit. Then, when he can't take it anymore, he yanks the MC close, gives them the stink eye, and demands, "Where's my kiss, huh?!"

Straasa grabs the MC's hand and brings it to his lips. He takes his time kissing it abd then moves up until he gets to the MC's face. He cups their jaw, leans in, and murmurs, "Good night/morning, my heart." Then, he takes his kiss.

Daelynn is shocked that the MC would forget her kiss. She immediately pouts and shifts into puppy eyes mode. She grabs the MC's hand and shakes it, making a whimpering sound, her eyes glued to the MC's mouth. "You don't love me anymore?" She asks pitifully, voice breaking.

Eledwen is surprised that she doesn't get her kiss, and then she gets sad because it's one of her favorite things... But maybe the MC has things on their mind or is tired, so she doesn't bring it up. She holds onto the MC's hand with a tight grip.

Manerkol just grabs the MC's chin before they move away, his red gaze fixing upon the MC's before he pointedly flicks it to the MC's lips. "Aren't you forgetting something?" he murmurs softly before swooping in and taking what is his. All the MC's kisses are his.

Zach raises an unimpressed eyebrow and slips an arm around the MC's waist to tug them close. They grab the MC's nape and lean in, their breath fanning across the MC's mouth as they sternly admonish them, "Forgetting my kisses already, are we? That won't do." Then, they nip the MC's lip.

Cy is constantly looking for kisses and physical affection, and they are an expert in getting what they want, so they're already kissing the MC before they get any chance of forgetting. If it does somehow happen, they simply grab the MC, hoist them up against their body, their lips brushing against the MC's as they order them. "Open your mouth."
