It's not likely, because I imagine there are items far more valuable or things Macaque could ask for that are of far greater use, and the story speaks of healing or a path forward for both monkeys due to MK's influence. But on the OTHER HAND it would ensure that Macaque lives rent free in Wukong's head and Macaque might be petty enough to do it too.

Either way, the favor will be something that is useful to Macaque, and something only he can get from Wukong. I'm half way inclined to think that Macaque is going to ask for some larger form of closure from Wukong. (Or maybe the story will do that all on it's own.)
