3er мovιмιenтo вa dυan jιn: 🙏 NO ACEPTE COPIAS. SE PUEDEN BORRAR 🙏 Este movimiento pertenece al sistema de qi gong “Ba Duan Jin” (3er mov.) y ayuda a regular la energía del bazo y el estómago. Incrementa el flujo energético en ambos lados del cuerpo, ascendente y descendente, y también beneficia al hígado y la vesícula biliar previniendo enfermedades en el tracto gastrointestinal. Para iniciar, sostener un esfera a la altura del estómago con las palmas enfrentadas. Luego girar una palma hacia el cielo y empujar con la misma hacia arriba, girar la otra palma hacia la tierra y empujar hacia abajo exhalando, estirando los brazos sin llegar a trabar los codos. Luego las manos suavemente regresan a tomar la esfera y se realiza el ejercicio empujando con las palmas en posición inversa. Existen muchas variantes de este movimiento, tanto en la postura de las manos como en el estiramiento de los brazos. Las manos pueden ubicarse sobre la cabeza y en el dantien inferior o a los laterales del cuerpo. Los brazos pueden variar desde un estiramiento leve hasta uno completo. Lo importante es mantener la concentración en que una palma empuja el cielo y la otra empuja la tierra. El movimiento de separar surge desde lo interno del cuerpo, medio cuerpo empuja hacia arriba y medio hacia abajo, generando un masaje interno a los órganos en general. La energía descendente del estómago baja el yang del cuerpo, mejorando la digestión y la circulación sanguínea. La energía ascendente del bazo sube el yin también favoreciendo a la digestión, tonificando los músculos y los órganos, regulando la sangre dentro de los vasos sanguíneos. Equilibrar el elemento tierra también ayudará a eliminar preocupaciones y pensamientos obsesivos dando claridad mental. “Separar cielo y tierra” se puede practicar a diario repitiéndolo entre 8 y 12 veces cada vez. En exactitud energética, deberían ser 7 veces cada Ejercicio.
