We are still open to artists participating in any way, whether it be submitting a game or doing art for an author, in this year's competition.
Here are the last few years’ logos, just to give you an idea of what we’re looking for…

If I find an art competition you better believe I’m gonna enter, even better if it’s craft beer. One of my favorite things about the rise of small batch and craft brewery is the can illustrations. Obviously I’m the type of person that makes a choice based on the pictures on the cans lol

The Biden administration announced a rule Tuesday to cap all credit card late fees, the latest effort in the White House push to end what it has called junk fees and a move that regulators say will save Americans up to $10 billion a year.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s new regulations will set a ceiling of $8 for most credit card late fees or require banks to show why they should charge more than $8 for such a fee.
The rule would bring the average credit card late fee down from $32. The bureau estimates banks brought in roughly $14 billion in credit card late fees a year.
“In credit cards, like so many corners of the economy today, consumers are beset by junk fees and forced to navigate a market dominated by relatively few, powerful players who control the market,” said Rohit Chopra, director of the bureau, in a statement.
President Joe Biden planned to highlight the proposal along with other efforts to reduce costs to Americans at a meeting of his competition council on Tuesday. The Democratic president is forming a new strike force to crack down on illegal and unfair pricing on things like groceries, prescription drugs, health care, housing and financial services.
The strike force will be led by the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission, according to a White House statement.
The Biden administration has portrayed the White House Competition Council as a way to save people money and promote greater competition within the U.S. economy.
The White House Council of Economic Advisers produced an analysis indicating that the Biden administration’s efforts overall will eliminate $20 billion in annual junk fees. The analysis found that consumers pay about $90 billion a year in junk fees, including for concerts, apartment rentals and auto dealers.
The effort appears to have done little to help Biden politically ahead of this year’s presidential election. Just 34 percent of U.S. adults approve of Biden’s economic leadership, according to a new survey by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.
Sen. Tim Scott, R-South Carolina, criticized the CFPB cap on credit card late fees, saying that consumers would ultimately face greater costs through higher interest rates and less access to credit.
“It will decrease the availability of credit card products for those who need it most, raise rates for many borrowers who carry a balance but pay on time, and increase the likelihood of late payments across the board,” Scott said.
Americans held more than $1.05 trillion on their credit cards in the third quarter of 2023, a record, and a figure certain to grow once the fourth-quarter data is released by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. next month. Those balances are now carrying interest on them, which is the highest it has been since the Federal Reserve started tracking the data back in the mid-1990s.
Further, more Americans are falling behind on their credit card debts as well. Delinquency rates at the major credit card issuers such as American Express, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Capital One and Discover have been trending upward for several quarters. Some analysts have become concerned Americans, particularly poorer households hurt by inflation, might be taking on too much debt.
“Overall, the consumer is credit healthy. However, the reality is that there are starting to be some significant signs of stress,” said Silvio Tavares, president and CEO of VantageScore, one of the country’s two major credit scoring systems, in an interview last month.
The growth of the credit card industry is partly why Capital One announced it would buy Discover Financial last month for $35 billion. The two companies, which are two of the largest credit card issuers, are also two companies whose customers regularly carry a balance on their accounts.
This is not the first time policymakers have weighed in on credit card fees. Congress in 2010 passed the CARD Act, which banned credit card companies from charging excessive penalty fees and established clearer disclosures and consumer protections.
The Federal Reserve issued a rule in 2010 that capped the first credit card late fee at $25, and $35 for subsequent late payments, and tied that fee to inflation. The CFPB, which took over the regulation of the credit card industry from the Fed after it was established, is proposing going further than the Fed.
The bureau’s proposal is similar in structure to what the bureau announced in January when it proposed capping overdraft fees to as little as $3. In that proposed regulation, banks would be required to either accept the bureau’s benchmark or show regulators why they should charge more, a method that few bank industry executives expect to use.
Biden has made the elimination of junk fees one of the cornerstones of his administration’s economic agenda heading into the 2024 election. Fees that banks charge customers have been at the center of that campaign, and the White House directed government regulators last year to do whatever is in their power to further curtail the practice.
In another move being highlighted by the White House, the Agriculture Department said it has finalized a rule to stop what it deems to be deceptive contracts by meat processors and to ban retaliation against small farmers and ranchers that work together in associations.

The view from up here really was something. Bdubs leaned against a support beam that Scar added a few years ago, the metal ringing out over the barren floor of the skyscraper. Sure he was dirty and the climb down was going to be a pain and they were going to have to carry a ton of supplies down to a floor that actually had a supply pulley system in place, but Bdubs didn’t care about any of that. The view, the late afternoon sun…it was magical.
It helped that Etho got hot during their little adventure and pulled off his jacket so he was in a tanktop and his mask and Bdubs could appreciate his muscles when Etho wasn’t looking. He’d gotten a lot of time to glance at Etho as he crated up supplies Bdubs broke down and Bdubs certainly was not about to complain.
“You done staring yet? I could use some help with the last few crates,” Etho said, setting one such crate at Bdubs’s feet. Bdubs had to remind himself Etho was talking about the sunset and not his arms before he replied.
“I’ll have you know I did so much of the work today mister!” Bdubs said, flailing his arms and secretly delighting in the small giggle it got out of Etho.
“Whatever you say, ‘Dubs,” Etho responded, carrying his own crate off towards the stairs. The pulley system was two floors below and they couldn’t ride it down, so if they wanted to get back to the city before nightfall they really needed to hurry. Bdubs grumbled and bent down, hurrying after the white haired man. They'd cleared all the mobs on their way up, and Bdubs was sure there would be a few who'd come back on the lower floors, but Etho was keeping an eye on the crates for them both. So those two floors, at least, were clear.
Bdubs placed his crate onto the little platform that would send them all down to be loaded onto his wagon back home and when he stood up, he found Etho mere inches from his face. He gasped but didn’t move back and Etho seemed just as shocked to be standing as close as he was. The floor was silent, neither one of them moved, and Bdubs could feel the ghost of Etho’s breath on his own face.
The moment was over before Bdubs could fully process it, Etho clearing his throat and standing up. There was just a hint of splotchy red underneath his mask, and he found the horizon to be quite interesting. “Sorry – Sorry, ‘Dubs, uh,” he said, taking another deep breath before hitting the button to send the crates down. “I didn’t realize I was that close to you when I was tying my shoes.”
“Awww, no big deal!” Bdubs said, coloring his voice with more of his boisterous tone to try and cover up how much his voice wanted to crack. He watched the crates descend instead of staring at Etho, absolutely sure he could no longer cover up how red his face would be, one hand remaining firmly in contact with the railing that kept him from falling off the edge of the building. He felt like he was going to float away.
The platform came to the end of its rope and Etho cleared his throat, turning and walking back towards the stairs. “We should hurry up, yeah? Gonna be tired by the time we get to your wagon,” he said. Bdubs turned to follow, going to reply, when his brow furrowed. Etho was wearing slip on shoes.

I was thinking.. was if you made a Genius Invocation TCG deck for Foul Legacy with the Childe card ? You played against most of Liyue players and even saved some money to order the special gold version of Childe's card, his attack card and the action card with him on it especially for mothman ! On lazy days or before starting the night routine you teach him how to play, and everytime he wins or almost win he got a soft kiss as a reward <3
OHHH THIS IS ADORABLE. THIS IS SO CUTE I LOVE THIS
the thought of you two just casually playing cards in the evenings- TCG can get quite competitive nowadays, so you're grateful for a few games that are more relaxed. plus, seeing Foul Legacy delicately gripping the cards as he mulls over his next mood always makes you smile, raising a hand to your mouth to hide the kind chuckle that slips out. Childe is always so happy whenever he wins, trilling and fluttering his wings in delight as you laugh and lean in to press a kiss to his cheek. almost all your games end in snuggles, Childe's yawn showing all his fangs as he curls up in your lap with a purr, drowsily bumping his head against your fingers to ask for pets and scritches- to be honest, it doesn't really matter who won or lost to you, since spending time with Foul Legacy is enough to make you happy
sidenote, i feel like Foul Legacy would love the dice used in TCG. something about their chunky shape and the pretty colors they glow would just appeal to him so much and he'd end up occasionally batting them around like a cat, watching them roll across the floor, entranced. also i think he would take STELLAR care of his TCG deck, partially because the cards are lovely and partially because you're the one who gave it to him. you spent time and money procuring these cards specifically because you knew they would bring him happiness, and that alone is worth more to Foul Legacy than winning any number of TCG games
now, if only he had a card of you to put in his deck...
