roba just had to make him faint first

after digging himself out of his grave, ghost puts himself on a dangerous cocktail of muscle relaxers and other medications; hormones that block hybrid instincts, vasodilators to increase blood flow and stop his muscles locking up, anti-anxiety meds to cut off his surprise response at the root. he puts his body through the wringer to the point that medical is constantly worried for his health and shocked that he isn't regularly OD’ing

but he will never let his body betray him again

I'm so pleased you asked, the idea that's been marinating in my mind for almost a year now: Nickimand pet play 😌

The plan is for Armand to train Nicki how to be a good obedient boy who does as he's told, preferably on command. Any good behaviour gets rewarded with praise, head scratches, getting his cock touched for once, maybe a taste of Armand's blood if he's extra good. And bad behaviour gets punished with a harsh lecture, cages, being kicked probably and a muzzle. Armand won't settle for anything less than perfect gold star behaviour and he's for sure gunna put a collar on Nicki and keep him on a tight lead which will be used with purpose.

Equal parts fascinated and exhausted to see the discourse surrounding transspecies. Mostly, I simply feel inclined to tiredly huff.

If you believe you can define the term transspecies in a way that adequately covers every possible configuration or understanding of the idea: You cannot. Discovered my bird figured out today or just has for a long time without me noticing been able to get out of the old cage i use to safely let her get some sun outside while I do outdoor chores when i encountered the anxiety inducing sight of an empty, beeping cage. Also The Garden is SUCH a good fit! You're so right!!

Just the whole concept of begging the person you trust as not only "my shield, my steady hand" but also as "my stone" (to be cast at you) to tear down the life you've both buried your ghosts under.

"My darling" who is seemingly as culpable being the one trusted to "put your heart to my ear or set your teeth against my throat" because the singer can no longer handle their guilt, haunted by crows laughing in their garden and ghosts echoing their prayers.

"The devil knows my name."

Augh! The whole thing is such a fantastic akeshuake choice, especially the attachment and trust for someone haunted by the same demons.

It makes me think of an Akira who's burdened by guilt over the casualties that've been left in the wake of their cat-and-mouse game, which is even more interesting in the realm of p5r 3rd semester where one of those casualties /is/ Akechi.

Akechi who is right there, but in the form of a ghost torn from the first rest he's been granted in years. And I can fully see the final verse, all about getting their hands dirty and digging up their garden, being about that 3rd semester.
