Republican talking heads are trying to blame Biden for Easter moving to trans visibility day, which has been celebrated on March 31st since 2009.

Trans Day of Visibility and Easter also coincided in 2019, when Donald Trump was president. Obviously, he will be issuing his sincere apology any moment now.

See, while calendar days do not move, Easter moves to follow the full moon, passover, and the days of the week. Passover is in April this year, but Easter is falling a month early as Christianity doesn't account for Hebrew leap years. So really, it's the Catholic Crutch that decided to combine the two holidays celebrated by finding and cracking pastel eggs.

They're also claiming to be upset about the language requesting artwork not be overly religious or political. Language that has not changed for the last 45 years, and was in place when Trump was President.

Fox and Trump are understandably upset that Dark Brandon has such sway over the calendar, the Catholic church, and, of course, the literal phases of the moon. But maybe if Pope Francis trusts him with such important decisions, we should too.

the thing about taking advice from anyone on tiktok or instagram including catholic and christian type influencers, parenting advice, relationship advice, etc, or internalizing any stories of horrible relationships and betrayal people tell on those platforms, or reading about all the ways interpersonal relationships can end horribly and be cycled through extremely quickly on those platforms is that you are necessarily then consuming the thoughts and experiences of someone who is willing to put their face and name on a public social media platform to talk at you. and like 1% of those people have a good reason for doing so and the other 99% are completely unhinged. so everything you’re consuming has first gone through the filter of "is this person weird and insane enough to make Instagram reels of themselves crying?" and if the answer is yes maybe their advice doesn’t apply to your life because you’re a normal person who would not do that.

you know what this has probably been said before but anakin being so infatuated with padme after ten years without seeing her doesn't make sense (but then again, it's anakin guy's the master of being this level of ride or die) and especially it doesn't make sense to my mind how former queen of naboo and then senator of the republic with a politic career since she was like ten decided to MARRY anakin out of pure looks and gratitude for him saving her and her planet like I get it her wanting to sit on his face LIKE CMON but marrying him? if they write that they have been friends for that long and padme took him to brunch and tea and rant about her days with him listening to her and making her laugh i'd totally understand her marrying him by the end of attack of the clones but it's clueless to me why she did it with a guy she hasn't seen in ten motherfucker years and on the first ever date dude said dictatorship would solve the problems faster not to mention the questionable attraction between them like george....george......
