Get to Know the Benefits of Ceramic Circuit Boards
In the world of electronics, circuit boards play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of various devices. While traditional PCB (Printed Circuit Board) materials such as FR4 and metal-core boards are commonly used, ceramic circuit boards have emerged as a superior alternative. Their unique properties make them ideal for high-performance applications. Let’s explore the benefits of ceramic circuit boards and why they are gaining popularity.
1. Superior Thermal Conductivity
One of the most significant advantages of ceramic circuit boards is their excellent thermal conductivity. Unlike traditional PCB materials, ceramics like aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) and aluminum nitride (AlN) efficiently dissipate heat, reducing the risk of overheating in electronic components. This makes them ideal for high-power applications such as LED lighting, power electronics, and aerospace systems.
2. High Electrical Insulation
Ceramic materials provide outstanding electrical insulation, ensuring that circuits remain safe and stable even under high voltages. This property minimizes the chances of short circuits and electrical interference, making ceramic circuit boards a preferred choice for sensitive electronic applications.
3. Enhanced Mechanical Strength
Compared to conventional PCB materials, ceramic circuit boards offer greater mechanical strength and durability. They can withstand extreme environmental conditions, including high temperatures, pressure, and vibration, without compromising performance. This makes them an excellent choice for industrial and automotive applications where reliability is critical.
4. Resistance to Harsh Environments
Ceramic circuit boards are highly resistant to moisture, corrosion, and chemical exposure. Unlike traditional boards that may degrade over time due to environmental factors, ceramic boards maintain their integrity even in the most demanding conditions. This makes them suitable for medical devices, aerospace technology, and military applications.
5. Compact Design with High Density
Due to their superior thermal and electrical properties, ceramic circuit boards allow for compact and high-density designs. This means more components can be placed in a smaller area without affecting performance. As a result, they are widely used in miniaturized electronics and advanced communication systems.
6. Longer Lifespan
The durability and robustness of ceramic circuit boards contribute to an extended lifespan compared to traditional PCBs. Their ability to handle high power loads, resist environmental stress, and maintain stability ensures long-term reliability, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
Conclusion
Ceramic circuit boards are revolutionizing the electronics industry with their exceptional properties, including superior thermal management, electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and environmental resistance. As technology continues to advance, the demand for high-performance and reliable circuit boards is increasing, making ceramics an essential choice for modern electronic applications.

Ceramic PCB Manufacturing--Hitechpcba
Ceramic PCB board is also called ceramic substrate or ceramic circuit board, ceramic copper coated plate, ceramic substrate refers to the copper foil directly bonded to alumina (Al2O3) or aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic substrate or other ceramic substrate surface (single or double) on the special process board. The ultrathin composite substrate has excellent electrical insulation performance, high thermal conductivity, excellent soft brazing and high adhesion strength, and can be etched into a variety of graphics like PCB board, with great current-carrying capacity. Therefore, Ceramic PCB board has become the basic material of high power electronic circuit structure technology and interconnection technology.
Ceramic PCB Manufacturing & Assembly – One-stop service The ceramic substrate (ceramic PCB) refers to a special process board in which a copper foil is directly bonded to a surface of an alumina (Al2O3 ) or aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic substrate (single or double-sided) at a high temperature. The ultra-thin composite substrate produced has excellent electrical insulation properties, high thermal conductivity, excellent solderability, and high adhesion strength, and can etch various patterns like a PCB board, and has a large current carrying current ability.
The advantages and disadvantages of Ceramic PCB
(1) Ceramic PCB board has very good thermal conductivity and insulation performance. Ceramic PCB board is made of ceramic substrate, ceramic substrate itself has very good insulation and thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity of 25~230w, insulation resistivity is 10 minus 14 square, visible insulation performance is very good.
(2) The dielectric constant of ceramic PCB board is very low, the dielectric loss is small, has very good high frequency performance, the dielectric loss of alumina ceramic PCB board is less than 0.0003@1MHz, the dielectric loss of aluminum nitride ceramic PCB board is less than 0.0005@1MHz. Low dielectric loss, high frequency performance, is widely used in the field of high frequency communication.
(3) Ceramic PCB bonding force is strong, using bonding technology, copper foil will not fall off.
(4) Ceramic PCB has large on-board flow, 100A current continuously passes through 1mm0.3mm thick copper body, and the temperature rises about 17℃; when 100A current continuously passes through the 2mm0.3mm thick copper body, the temperature rises only about 5℃.
(5) Ceramic PCB board is with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, environmental protection, can work in a very complex environment, long-term high frequency, long service life.
Disadvantages: fragile, scrap rate is high, this is one of the main short comings of ceramic PCB board, which leads to the production of a small area of the circuit board, the general size is less than 120mm, special custom 200mm,230mm, the general price is more expensive, the board cost is higher. In addition, because ceramic PCB board is made of ceramic material, it does not have better toughness like FR4 board, so it can make more than one meter long and wide. Another point is that the price is expensive, the requirements of electronic products are more and more rules, ceramic circuit boards are still used in some relatively high-end products, low-end products will not be used.
With over 15 years of experience in the electronic industry we are committed to producing custom ceramic PCBs that meet up with the various electronic devices at hand.

cw: suggestive writing, afab reader x soap
HEADCANON: Soap almost loses goes feral it when he sees you in a milkmaid dress holding his little niece. Giving him some ideas and thoughts he shouldn’t have in his mam’s backyard get-together
PAIRING: John Soap MacTavish x reader
Tumblr media
now Johnny had seen you in a lot of things even in nothing that was a given.
You in his shirts. His hoodies. His pretty pretty lass in that one tactical vest during a Halloween party that nearly ended the night early. But nothing. And Soap means NOTHING could have prepared him for this.
His sweet sweet minx in a bloody milkmaid dress. All soft cotton and wispy ribbons. The material cradling your frame just perfectly. Hugging you in all the right places. Cinched at the waist. Flowing just enough to tease but not enough to hide. Sleeves slipped delicately off your shoulders. Water running sinfully down glass is what it was.
Clinging and catching just long and sultry enough to burn.
Artemis in his fucking childhood backyard. Steamin' Jesus.
And to top it all off. As if just to ruin him completely -- you were barefoot in his mam's garden, holding his wee niece on your hip like you'd been born for it.
Smiling. Glowy. Bright and so fucking beautiful that Johnny almost passes out with how fast blood rushed down south to his groin. Brain absolutely short-circuiting at that.
Almost dropping the plate of his gran's mash he was holding too. Some poor sausage roll already clinging to gravity as his mouth parts a bit in utter, primal disbelief.
Johnny stood there, frozen, jaw slack, brain gone smooth. You hadn’t even noticed him yet -- busy chatting up his mam and sister by the garden fence, bouncing the babbling baby gently as sunlight hit your hair like something out of a painting. Like some goddamn pastoral fever dream. The kind of visions that made his knees weak and his thoughts utterly unsalvageable.
Rocking his chubby-cheeked niece gently in your arms, cooing like some divine, barefoot angel conjured from some kind of paradise in Tunisia.
Then -- Fucking THEN -- you lift the baby higher, nuzzle her soft little cheek, and say something sweet in that voice of yours that makes his entire soul leave his body.
Done. He’s done.
Funeral's next Thursday. Bring flowers.
He swore his bloody soul ascended.
His body though? Stranded on earth, bloody rock-hard and tragically overdressed in cargo shorts.
“Jesus Mary Joseph -- ” Johnny hissed under his breath, still frozen by the garden path, mouth dry, thighs clenched, gripping his gran’s ceramic dish like it was the last link to his mortal tether. One wrong look from you -- just one, he swears -- and he’d be spilling mash and something else right there on the bloody grass.
You turned, then. Bright, carefree, holding his niece like you’d been practicing for years. And when your eyes found his -- when you gave him that soft, warm smile that screamed home in a way the Highlands never could --
Johnny staggered.
Just a half step. A little foot wobble. Barely recovered. Didn’t matter.
Your brows lifted, concerned and confused. “You alright, darling?”
Oh no.
You said it like you didn’t know you were dressed like the wet dream of a fevered Scottish farmhand.
He opened his mouth to respond. Nothing came out. Absolutely nothing. There was a whistle in his brain like a kettle left too long on the stove. Every single survival instinct screamed “do not pop a boner in your mam’s garden.” Every. Single. One.
And then you bounced the baby on your hip again.
His niece giggled.
His mam laughed softly and said something about how good you were with kids.
And that’s when John 'Soap' MacTavish, elite sniper, tactician, demolitions expert, and renowned special forces operator... blacked out from sheer lust.
No, not really. But close. So very close.
He stumbled forward like he’d been summoned, forcing his legs to work, cock already straining at the worst possible time. His brain screaming be normal while his dick whispered breed her right now.
“Love?,” you asked again gently as he reached you, the baby tugging playfully at your neckline, unaware she was the only thing keeping you from being pinned to the side of the garden shed like a poster.
“You alright, Johnny?” you repeated in concern, brushing your fingers along his forearm, completely unaware of the meltdown behind his eyes.
He looked at you. Then the baby. Then the milkmaid dress. Then back at you.
And said, with all the composure of a drowning man clutching his last breath:
“Y’ever think about havin’ like... seven?”
You blinked at his words. “Seven what?”
Johnny looked you dead in the eye.
“Bairns.”
You choked. “Excuse me?”
But his mam. Nosy. Gleeful. Loud and always knowing, was already shouting -- “I told you he was gon’ propose one day soon!” -- at the top of her lungs like the whole of Glasgow, Scotland, and even bloody England at that needed to know her prophetic gifts had finally borne fruit.
And if Johnny’s gran finally noticed her plate of mash had been sacrificed in the name of horny spiritual warfare. She didn't need to say a word through her smile.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ poetry? no, pottery!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
a lil’ love between you and little lando norris 💞 with a twist as you’re a ceramist/potterer!
content warning; none! just enjoy the fluffs! ah, there’s a bit of explicit language (i think?), but nothing drastic! enjoy 😽!
summary; childhood friends reconnect after years apart—he’s a formula 1 driver, and you’re a ceramist.
hey, lover! part two here!
Tumblr media
Lando Norris was used to his friends teasing him. Whether it was his golfing misadventures, his love for Twitch streams, or his occasional emotional outbursts on team radio, there was always something to make him the subject of banter on and off the grid. But the one thing they had yet to figure out—something that he was genuinely proud of—was the pottery.
It started innocuously enough. A vase here, a decorative bowl there. The other drivers had assumed Lando had simply developed a newfound taste for ceramic art after moving to Monaco. Carlos had even joked once, “You’re just trying to look posh, mate.”
But no one had noticed the small etchings at the back of each piece: a simple ‘Lan’ with a heart. Subtle, personal, and not exactly the kind of thing you’d put on items for sale. That mystery had lingered until one fateful evening when everything unravelled in the most chaotic way imaginable.
Tumblr media
It was post-race at Silverstone, and the whole grid had gathered for dinner at a private venue. Spirits were high after a spectacular British Grand Prix, with plenty of laughs and, naturally, plenty of friendly ribbing.
Lando sat beside Oscar, carefully monitoring his phone, knowing full well that at any moment you might call. You were in your apartment in Mexico, finalising details for an art exhibit while simultaneously working on personal pottery commissions. Lando adored how dedicated you were to your craft, even if it often left you so absorbed that you forgot things—like where you’d placed your keys, or, as he was about to find out, something a little more important.
Amid the loud chatter, Lando’s phone buzzed, and your name flashed on the screen. Without thinking, he swiped to answer. “Hey, love,” he greeted, but before he could say anything else, your panicked voice filled the room.
“Lan, I lost my ring! I don’t know where it is!”
Shoot, he forgot about the speaker.
The room fell eerily silent as the unmistakable sound of your frantic cries echoed from the speaker.
Lando froze. His brain short-circuited as he realised his phone was still on speaker. Every single driver at the table—except for Oscar, Alex, and George—was staring at him like he’d just confessed to murder.
“Oh, for fu—” Lando scrambled to turn off the speaker, but not before you continued, “Baby, I don’t know where it is! I can’t even—”
He interrupted, voice strained with embarrassment. “Have you checked the wet clays? That’s usually where you’d lose it.”
The line went quiet for a second as the realisation hit you. “Shit. I’ll go check. Thanks, love. Enjoy your dinner with the boys, bye!” You ended the call abruptly, leaving Lando to deal with the aftermath.
“What the hell was that?” Daniel was the first to break the silence, leaning forward with a grin that practically screamed mischief.
“No, who the fuck was that?” Max followed, his bluntness cutting through the rising chaos like a hot knife through butter.
The room erupted in questions. Pierre was halfway across the table, trying to pry answers from Lando, while Charles was practically yelling over everyone else. Meanwhile, Carlos gave Lando a pointed look. “Mate, don’t tell me you’ve got a secret girlfriend and you’ve been hiding it from me?”
Lando’s cheeks burned as he fumbled to explain. “Look, it’s not a big deal—”
“Not a big deal?!” Charles’ voice reached a pitch that only dogs could hear. “You’ve been holding out on us! Who is she?”
Amidst the chaos, Alex calmly took a sip of his drink and glanced at Charles. “You’ve met her before.”
“I have?” Charles frowned, genuinely confused.
George pulled out his phone, scrolled through his photos, and handed it over. “Here, this’ll jog your memory.”
The photo showed George, Alex, and you at a karting event years ago, laughing over slices of pizza. You were unmistakable, even with the short haircut and boyish charm you used to sport.
And the fact that you used to terrorise Charles on the grid.
Charles’ eyes widened. “You’re telling me that demon is Lando’s—”
“Fiancée,” Lando corrected with a smug grin, cutting him off. “She’s my fiancée.”
If the table had been chaotic before, it was nothing compared to the uproar that followed.
“Fiancée?!” Charles looked moments away from fainting. Pierre had to physically restrain him from climbing over the table.
Max, ever the straight shooter, raised a brow. “How long has this been going on?”
“Since October 2020,” Lando admitted, leaning back in his chair and crossing his arms defensively.
“You kept this a secret for three years?” Daniel looked simultaneously impressed and horrified. “And all we got were vases?”
“Wait,” Carlos interjected, pointing a finger at Lando. “The pottery—don’t tell me that’s her doing?”
Lando smirked, finally finding his footing in the conversation. “Actually, most of it’s hers. But I helped with a few pieces.”
“Explains the hearts,” Pierre muttered, earning a round of laughter.
Meanwhile, back in your studio, you’d found the missing engagement ring embedded in a chunk of wet clay. You snapped a quick photo of your clay-covered hands, the ring perched delicately on your finger, and sent it to Lando with the message: Found it. Your forgetfulness is rubbing off on me.
Lando responded with a selfie of his own, a defeated look on his face, and the message: The cat’s out of the bag.
You could only laugh, imagining the absolute carnage he was dealing with at dinner.
Tumblr media
Now, the question is, how did you guys meet?
Well, let’s take a trip down memory lane, yes?
It started at a karting track in Guildford when they were both nine years old. Lando was already making waves on the circuit, a scrappy kid with untamed curls and an infectious grin. You, on the other hand, were a quiet but fiercely competitive racer, constantly being told you’d never make it because you were a girl.
That day, your paths crossed in the most cliché yet heartwarming way. You’d crashed during qualifying and sat on the sidelines, fuming as you inspected the damaged kart. Lando, fresh off his own session, wandered over with a bag of gummy bears and an awkward grin.
“Want one?” he asked, holding the bag out to you.
You glanced up, unimpressed. “Unless it fixes my kart, no thanks.”
“It doesn’t,” he admitted, plopping one into his mouth, “but they’re good for sulking.”
Reluctantly, you took one. That was all it took. From that day forward, you became friends—rivals on the track, co-conspirators off it. The karting world was small, and you often found yourselves travelling the same circuits, sharing snacks, and occasionally teaming up to prank the other kids.
But all good things come to an end, and for Lando, the end came when you abruptly quit karting at twelve. One day you were there, racing alongside him, and the next, you were gone. No explanations, no goodbyes—just a void where his fiercest rival and closest friend had been.
Years passed. Lando threw himself into racing, climbing the ranks to Formula 1, but he never stopped wondering what had happened to you. He’d hear whispers—something about pottery, about you exchanging one love for another—but nothing concrete.
Then, in 2020, he walked into a pop-up art gallery in London and froze. There, amidst a sea of ceramic sculptures, was a name he hadn’t seen in years: yours. And standing by a display of hand-thrown vases, chatting animatedly with a small group of people, was you.
Lando hesitated, heart pounding as he watched you laugh, looking so effortlessly radiant it hurt. He was a world-famous F1 driver now, but at that moment, he felt like the same awkward boy offering gummy bears to his angry rival.
Finally, he worked up the courage to approach you. “Hey,” he said, trying to sound casual. “Nice vases.”
You turned, your eyes widening in surprise. For a moment, neither of you spoke. Then, as if no time had passed at all, you grinned. “Nice curls.”
The conversation flowed as easily as it always had. Over coffee the next day, you explained why you’d quit karting. Your parents had pulled you out, worried about the pressure and the toxic environment you were facing as a girl in a male-dominated sport. You’d turned to pottery as an outlet and never looked back.
“I missed it, though,” you admitted, stirring your latte. “I missed racing. I missed… you.”
Lando’s heart clenched. “I missed you too.”
The transition from friendship to romance was seamless, almost inevitable. But given Lando’s high-profile career, you both agreed to keep the relationship private. It wasn’t easy. There were stolen weekends in Monaco, secret visits to your studio in between London and Mexico, and countless moments when you had to play it cool in public, even as your heart raced every time you saw him.
The secrecy was worth it, though. For three years, you built a world of your own, filled with laughter, late-night phone calls, and the kind of love that felt steady and enduring.
The proposal came during a quiet evening at your studio. You’d been working on a commission, hands covered in clay, when Lando appeared in the doorway, looking unusually nervous.
“What’s up?” you asked, wiping your hands on a rag.
He hesitated, then held out a small, unassuming box. “I, uh, thought we could make this official.”
You stared at him, heart pounding. “Lando Norris, are you asking me to marry you in the middle of my studio while I’m covered in clay?”
He grinned, the familiar boyish charm shining through. “Well, I figured it’s where you’re happiest.”
You couldn’t argue with that. Laughing, you took the box, opened it, and saw the ring—simple, elegant, and unmistakably you. Tears filled your eyes as you nodded. “Yes.”
For a while, life went on as usual. You returned to your pottery, Lando to his racing, and your engagement remained a secret known only to close family and a few trusted friends. But secrets have a way of slipping out, and yours did during that fateful post-Silverstone dinner.
Tumblr media
By the time Lando returned home to Monaco, the internet was ablaze. He’d soft-launched your engagement on Instagram with a series of photos: your clay-covered hands holding the ring, more of you holding your ring in defeat after possibly losing it, and a final shot of the infamous ‘Lan ♥’ signature on one of your vases.
The caption read: ladies and gents, the chronicles of my fiancée losing her ring. she says that my forgetfulness is rubbing off on her apparently but she sadly chose to say yes to me 😌.
The response was overwhelming. Fans went wild over the reveal, speculating about your relationship timeline and falling in love with the wholesome chaos of it all.
Despite the initial embarrassment, Lando wouldn’t change a thing. Sure, Charles might never let him live it down, and Daniel would probably bring up the ‘wet clay incident’ at every opportunity, but none of it mattered.
As he watched you work on your latest piece, the soft hum of music filling the studio, he felt a sense of peace he rarely found anywhere else. You glanced over your shoulder, catching him staring, and flashed him a smile that made his heart skip a beat.
“Back to work, Mr. Norris,” you teased, pointing at the pottery wheel.
He grinned, sliding into the seat beside you. “Yes, ma’am.”
If this was what forever looked like, Lando was more than ready for it.
Because in the end, every gummy bear, every secret, and every chaotic dinner had been worth it.

i hope you guys liked it 🥹 tbh, this was originally a gift for my friend to motivate her but now she wants to actually marry him… i take no part in that declaration.
also, this y’all man 🤨☝🏻 damn, he’s okay, i guess.
i’m still very new here, so, there’s some things i absolutely know nothing about… BUT, i’ll get through it ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´-!! i love y’all, strangers ‘round the internet 💌 MWAH!

hi! can i req the brothers with a gift giver mc? like really thoughtful, crafty handmade gifts. love your writing btw ^_^
headcannons: hand-crafted gifts from MC
Lucifer
At first, Lucifer is mildly surprised when you hand him a sleek, hand-cut card with gold ink, congratulating him on another successful quarter at RAD. He accepts it with a raised brow but keeps it. Then comes a small box with individually labeled tea sachets, each one with a handwritten tag “For when the paperwork’s unbearable” or “Take a break, you deserve it.”
It starts to accumulate. Quietly. In his desk drawer is a little section now, a handful of thoughtful things from you. One day, he finds a ceramic paperweight shaped like a wing with a note: “So you don’t have to carry everything at once.” He doesn’t show much emotion, but that stays right on his desk. Every time he sees it, he sighs a little less.
Mammon
You made Mammon a little keychain, a chibi version of him, colored and sealed in a handmade resin charm. You give it to him with a little note “To protect your keys like you protect me.” He turns red, says you didn't have to, but he keeps it attached to his D.D.D. at all times.
Thing is, you do this often. A tiny scratch-off card with “Best Demon Ever” under the heart. A little origami crow taped to his mirror. A duct tape coin pouch you stitched on a whim. Mammon doesn’t just keep them, he brags about them. He’s made a box for your stuff and adds to it religiously, even if he pretends he’s “just organizing.” When he’s alone, he takes it out and goes through each piece like it’s treasure.
Leviathan
You drew him a birthday card styled like the cover of his favorite anime, logo mimicked, your characters stylized like the cast. Inside was a friendship meter like a dating sim, maxed out with his name. Levi short-circuits. You handed it to him shyly, and now he’s pink to his ears, holding it like it’s a sacred collector’s item.
He tries to play it cool, but your habit of crafting him things, bookmarks with tiny tentacle tassels, quote cards from anime you watch together, stickers of you as an in-game character, completely ruins him. He has an entire display shelf just for your creations, right next to his rarest figures. He calls it his MC Loot.
Satan
Satan is given a recycled book spine bookmark with etched cat ears at the top and your initials burned into the back. “So you don’t lose your place,” you wrote. Satan accepts it like someone receiving a priceless relic. His fingers trace every imperfection like it’s proof of sincerity.
He keeps every card you make: a thank-you card with tiny paw prints, a birthday note referencing his favorite literary quotes, a hand-bound pocket notebook. One day, you hand him a small canvas with a painted library cat in Devildom green, and he actually stops mid-sentence. “You remembered I mentioned that… months ago.” He’s not just collecting them, he’s preserving them, cataloging them in a little drawer beside his best books.
Asmodeus
You made Asmo a hand mirror, glittering frame, embedded with tiny stones, and a message in your scrawl on the handle: “You're already perfect.” He gasps like you handed him a crown. “This is the sweetest thing I’ve ever been given!”
It’s not a one-time thing. You gift him bath salts you mixed yourself, sachets with stitched heart tags, little “confidence cards” with compliments for him to pull on bad days. He lines them up along his vanity, perfectly arranged, and even rotates them by mood. “I don’t care what anyone says, darling,” he hums, “nothing looks better on me than something you made.”
Beelzebub
You hand Beel a stitched snack pouch made from durable RAD uniform scraps, reinforced with little patches that resemble food logos. “To keep your snacks safe,” you say. He beams and hugs you carefully, because he doesn’t want to crush you or the pouch.
You’re always slipping him handmade granola bars with heart-shaped notes, or tiny hand-painted boxes filled with his favorite flavors. He keeps every wrapper that has your handwriting on it. One time, you gave him a crude crocheted plush of a hamburger. Surprisingly, he's never tried to eat it because the idea of losing something you made frightens him. It never fails to make him smile to be reminded that you make things for him.
Belphegor
You make Belphie a handmade constellation map, sewn with gold thread, into a soft pillow cover. “I charted stars of the night you first took me to the planetarium” you say. He tucks it under his arm immediately. “This is… seriously amazing.”
He acts nonchalant, but his room is full of your things. A dream journal you hand-bound and scrawled sleepy messages in. A cloud-shaped stress ball he squeezes when he can’t drift off. You keep making things for him, and without ever asking, he starts making space on his bed just for your gifts.
