I roasted and salted a buttload of almonds today because it is, in fact, ridiculous to buy bags of like 30 preroasted and presalted almonds for silly amounts of money when you can make them yourself with basically no effort.

I also made janky Danish remoulade, which I had somehow convinced myself wasn't possible to make at home. It is - even without pickles.

Needed it for my dinner of roasted codroe on rye, which is possibly a sentence so Danish it borders on parody, lol.
