bc I'm freezing my ass off with this polar vortex here's this:

Larger Cybertronians burn more fuel, so as a byproduct, they release more heat. Meaning, they tend to run warmer than some smaller frames. So imagine on a day that's at or below freezing and you're shivering while with them. You could even be inside, but the cold is so pervasive it seeps through the walls. So, as all mammals do, you gravitate towards warmth without thinking. You snuggle up to your fave bot. They gently cradle you in their servos, pulling you close, noticing that your body temperature has dropped and that you're trembling.

I used a reference for Splinter and not the turtle tots... which, is obvious. That and I had no idea what the background of the old 03 lair looked like, but I remember a bridge and water. (I know it's supposed to be in a circle but, meh).

re: my last reblog literally found one of those bitches in the notes like please be serious expensive =/= warm or insulated you can stay warm even in canada's coldest areas with jackets that are not $1000 i lived in -40 ottawa (back when ottawa was cold) and i was consistently warmer than my friend in my $150 columbia jacket than she was in her $1000 canada goose jacket

Creatures of the Longest Night a slow-paced art challenge for winter The longest night is upon us, it will last 3 months. During it, strange creatures roam the frozen dark. It is up to you to document these creatures, signs of their passing, or simply your journey through the longest night. If you find yourself in need of rest, then rest. If you don’t feel prepared or inclined to brave the cold at any point then don’t. The night is long and pushing yourself is unwise.

Figured I might do this again this year.

I like monthly art challenges but I don't want the pressure of drawing every day, so I've made a slow paced art challenge to draw my most favourite thing: Monsters.

Posting in case anyone else would like to join in.

There are 20 prompts total with 3 days scheduled for each prompt and 1 or 2 break days in between prompts. Use the time in whatever way best suits you.

Start late, dip out early, jump in wherever and whenever you desire. Use any medium you'd like. Above all else this is meant to be fun and chill.

Inktober day 20 Frost

Day 20 Frost done! For this one I went with Ice Kirby what I think is one of the most beautiful abilities.

if i had to sum up my theriotype/kintype, it would be likee........ i appear as a spotted hyena, but im definitely a cave hyena. im also technically a leucrocotta, a cryptid creature with wolf and hyena vibes. im a weird mishmash of a few things because as a leucrocotta, im also a shapeshifter. in our system, im the one that masks us through a lot of stuff when masking is the safest option, so i also have guard dog vibes. im also somewhat undead!! i have exomemories of being trapped in ice in Siberia for thousands of years... yeah, being a prehistoric creature in a modern era will do that to a fella. since im from the ice age, i love the snow and the winter and that makes me feel more connected to my kintype. i also fucking LOVE steak
