Jaiden: Set the stage with her opening statement, laying out the format of the trial and the demands of her client (along with her team's claims against the defendant)

BadBoyHalo: Swooped in with counter-evidence when Mariana's team had a lead

Quackity: Assisted as a translator between teams and clarified misconceptions in favor of his client

Fit: Bribed the judge. Also offered to run over the judge with his motor boat if the trial didn't go their way

Foolish: Got exposed for sleeping with the defense prior to the trial, did a 180 and decided to prosecute against his team

Tilin: Egg (got called in for Jury Duty)

Bonus

Roier: Mariana's sole lawyer, who had to go against 5 attorneys as part of a seemingly loosing battle considering his client was the one who committed egg murder. Held his own quite well with counter arguments that gave his client a fighting chance. Truly, the underrated MVP of the trial

Always and forever thinking about the day they got the eggs and got paired up, and other people being maybe a little awkward cause they still don't necessarily know the person they've been paired with, a little unsure of what bits they can get away with, and then Mariana, i imagine, is like "damn this is my chance for an actual ship for once let's fucking go let's not be To Weird so my partner won't be creeped out" but then charlie runs up and assigns him as Bitch Wife and immediately starts a bit where they've been married for years and he's trying to get a divorce and Mariana is just like 😍 YOU! You are The One. We are going to have so much sex. And he was right.

can we talk about Phil and Jaiden today and their interactions after Jaiden finally shows her wings because I’m going crazy.

Jaiden showing off her wings for the first time to Phil, and Phil both happy for her and also insanely jealous, because why did she get to keep her wings, while his got clipped so badly he needs his backpack to counterbalance the weight he lost - or at least the weight he looses having to keep them close to his back.

and the whole time they’re talking in a group, hanging around spawn, Jaiden is perched somewhere above the group. up in a tree, moving from branch to branch, or against the wall, or right on the top of that lamppost. Phil, on the other hand, stays sat on the bench the entire time. grounded.

and every time Jaiden hops from perch to perch, he looks specifically at her. zooms in whiles she’s sat on the lamppost even as he continues conversation. its such a small detail but really helps punch in just how much Philza can’t let it go, can’t stop wishing that he could do the same.

also it's rly fun to finally see how delilah talks to laudna when she's present and laudna's alone because like. she's not mean and she's honestly not all that suspiciously evil-sounding, she's just blunt and a bit patronizing. and i think even if she tortured and murdered laudna it makes a lot of sense why laudna would kind of let that stuff fall to the wayside after 30 years of feeling like this person is the only one who has never left you and she's the only one who is looking out for you (both of which were unequivocally true for a long time). and the way laudna asks her about what she thinks of the situation and of ashton, like a young girl trying to learn from an adult on how to feel about a confusing and new situation, and the way delilah just answers her questions, seemingly pretty honestly. which also reminds me of when laudna took imogen's rock and asked delilah what it was, because in marisha's own words, she thought delilah would help! and i think if it were anything else other than a delicious magical rock that delilah wanted to eat so bad, i truly think she would have! and she gave them that lil q&a during girls night and was very generous with her answers!

anyway my point is this whole time we've been seeing delilah from an outsider's pov just like imogen and therefore are pretty aligned with imogen's near-uncompromising Fuck Delilah And Also Fuck Delilah mindset. but this was the first time we've really gotten to see that relationship from within, from how laudna's seen it her whole life, and now i certainly understand laudna's longstanding But Maybe Delilah's Not So Bad mindset much more

Sometimes I get frustrated with what ppl complain is meta gaming. I mentioned in chat when Tubbo was in the maze that he could check where he found black Cucurucho. Like I wasn’t even meta there bc I don’t watch Forever’s streams!

I experience a lot of lore from the main ppl I watch mostly Tubbo or Philza rn since there’s others who aren’t playing Qsmp atm.

Tubbo has mentioned it before that just connecting patterns and making your own conclusions isn’t mg just bc you could be right. Like black concrete shows up > Tubbo finds black Cucurucho (and honestly is like one of the only ppl outside of bigger lore who HAS seen him at this point) > Fed workers start showing up with black infection > forever suddenly is infected with the same stuff.

I honestly didn’t know that the black concrete was a definite Cucurevil thing. It just makes sense tho.

I’m pretty sure Tubbo has mentioned that before too about the weird evil Cucurucho being connected to the concrete.

Sorry for the ramble it just pisses me off when ppl take connecting patterns and people just thinking for themselves as meta. It gets a bit crazy sometimes
