This is a very good point and this has always been the case for some students and the main reason for drop out, only second to financial reasons and maybe now with the AI competition (that I don´t condone at all), the institutions will finally get the memo about how not even Ivy League Universities or even HSs are well equipped to adapt to modern learners (not students, learners), they still do it in the same way it was done in the past century and that only serves a few, the ones who can adapt to that system, when it should actually serve all students. Meritocracy is a wider concept than what HS/Uni rewards, but they still prefer to stick to the obsolete and very limited definition of "no pain, no gain". I have the pleasure of working with several non-profit organizations that help challenged students to get the education they need, and it´s amazing how it changes it all, and I´ve come to notice that the real change starts with the parents getting the right guidance to then be able to help their children achieve their academic goals, because truth be told, nowadays most are underprepared to make a successful transition to College, so they suffer the consequences of such lack of preparation and thus turn to ChaptGPT to cope with the curriculum. That´s the root cause, and it could easily be tackled by changing the system from the bottom up and from the top down, by just reframing the notion of what real meritocracy is and should be, based on a better, wider, healthier, yet not underachieving, new and -more accurate-meaning.

i completely understand & agree with the backlash against students using chatgpt to get degrees but some of you are out here saying "getting a degree in xyz means pulling multiple consecutive all-nighters and writing essays through debilitating migraines and having severe back pain from constantly studying at your desk and chugging energy drinks until you get a kidney stone and waking up wishing you were dead every day, and that's just part of the natural process of learning!!!" and like. umm. i don't think that any of us should have had to endure that either. like maybe the solution for stopping students from using anti-learning software depends on college institutions making the process of learning actually sustainable on the human body & mind rather than a grueling health-destroying soul-crushing endeavor

How to be a Dirtbag Fic Writer

I got to do some talking about writing today and I couldn’t stop thinking about it so here are my full thoughts on the matter of being a dirtbag fic writer.

Being the disorganized thoughts of someone two and a half decades into the beautiful mess that is writing fanfic (and a few non-fanfic things too).

What is a dirtbag fic writer? 

 I am talking about someone who is not cleaning up anything. We show up filthy, fresh out of rooting around in the garden of our imaginations. We probably smell a little from work. We will hand you our hard grown fruits, but we have not washed them and we carried them in the bottom upturned parts of our t-shirts. The fruit is a little bruised. It’s not cut up or put in a bowl yet. But we got it in the house! It’s here. Someone can eat it.  

Why dirtbag it? Because the fruit gets in the house. If you’re hemming and hawing, if the idea you want to do seems to be big or you want it perfect and shiny. If you’re imagining a ten thousand step process, so you’re not taking the first step? Dirtbag it. 

How do I dirtbag? 

That’s the best part. You just write. Sit down. One word after the other. No outline, no plan, no destination. No thought of editing. Just word vomit. Every word is a good word. It’a word that wasn’t there before. Grammar sucks? Who cares. Can’t think of the perfect word? Fuck it, put in the simplest version of what you mean. 

Write the idea that you love. The one thing you want to say. Has it been done 3000000 times? WHO CARES human history is long, every idea has been done, probably more than twice. YOU have never written it before. It’s your grubby potato that you clawed out of the ground and guess what someone can still make it into delicious french fries. 

Now here’s the critical part. Write as much as you can squeeze out of your brain. One word in front of the other. 

And then I challenge you this: at most, read it over once and then put it into the world. Just as it is. AND THIS IS IMPORTANT: DO IT WITHOUT APOLOGY OR CAVEAT.  I challenge you, beautiful dirtbag to not pre-emptively apologize. Do not make your work lesser. THAT IS YOUR POTATO! It has eyes and roots and dirt clinging to it because that is what happens.  We are dirtbagging it today. Hell really confused people at do #dirtbagwriter on it.  

Dirtbag writes id, base, lizard brain. Dig in the fertile garden of your imagination. What is the story you tell yourself before you fall asleep? What’s your anxiety this week? Your fantasy? What is going well? What do you wish things looked like? Who is the feral imaginary character you’ve been crafting to take your frustrations and joys out on? 

But, VEE, I wish to have an editor and an outline, use a cool software like scrivener instead of retching up onto a google doc and making it look NICE and PRETTY!

COOL! DO THAT THEN! IF YOU’RE ACTUALLY DOING IT! You should have a process! That’s cool and healthy and necessary for sustainable writing. But if you’re not writing because all of that seems too much? THEN DON’T. 

Did you know fic is free? That we do this from love? From sheer desire? For the love of the game? If you have a process, and the words are flowing, amazing, I love that for you, you don’t need this essay.  If you don’t, let us continue. 

What does dirtbag writing look like? 

It’s messy. It’s a little raw and tatty around the edges sometimes. It’s weird.  It’s someone else’s first draft. Maybe it winds up being your first draft, Idek, that’s your business. 

It’s jokes that make YOU laugh. It’s drama that would make YOU cry if you read it. You are your first commenter. You are your first audience (and possibly continuing pleasure! If you don’t go back and reread your own work sometimes, you might be missing out on one of your favorite authors cause you wrote it for you! Wait until you’re not so close to it. Years sometimes. Then hey, maybe some of this is pretty dang good actually.) 

It has mistakes. 

Dirtbags make mistakes, but dirtbags have published pieces. They have things other people can read out there. 

What if I don’t get good feedback? 

Look, the most likely outcome of any new, untried fic writer (and even established writers trying something new-ish)  is that you get no feedback. That’s real. Silence. It’s eerie, it’s terrible, it sucks. I don’t want to pretend it doesn’t. But nothing is not negative. It’s a big fic-y ocean out there and we are all wee itty-bitty-sometimes-with-titty fishes.  

You should still do it all over again. And again. And again. You get better at writing by writing. You just do. Nothing else replaces it. If your well is dry? Fill it with new things. Go do something new, read a new kind of book, watch a new film,  (libraries have so much good shit, you don’t even have to spend money for so many things if you have a library card), just go for a walk in a new direction. Stimulate yourself. Got a cup of something hot and eavesdrop on conversations. Refill yourself with newness. 

And hey, speaking of, do you leave comments? Because you get what you give. You can build relationships with people by commenting and that builds community and community means places to get feedback in the end. Comments are gold. They are all we are paid in. Tip your writers with ‘extra kudos’ or ‘this made me laugh’. And hey, when you go back for a re-read so you can tell them your favorite part? Ask yourself how they made that favorite part? What do you like about it?  Tone? Metaphor? The structure? Reading teaches us how to write too! 

BUT, okay. Sometimes. Sometimes there is actual bad feedback and people suck. 

You know the best part about being a dirtbag? Unrepentant block, delete, goodbye. You don’t own anyone with a shitty opinion any of your precious time on this earth. You did it for free, you gave them your dirty, but still delicious fruit and they went ‘ew, this is a dirty strawberry, how could you not make a clean tomato?”  Because you didn’t plant fucking tomatoes, did you? Don’t fight, don’t engage. Block. Delete. Goodbye. 

If someone in person, looked you in the eye when you brought them a plate of food to share at a party and they said “Why didn’t you bring me MY favorite? This isn’t cooked well at all.” You would probably write up a Reddit AiTA question about it just to hear five thousand people say they were an asshole.   Fic is no different 

And hey, when you dirtbag it? You know you did. It’s not your most cleaned up perfect version. So who cares what they think? You might make it more shiny and polished next time! You might NOT. 

Ok, but what if I don’t finish it? 

Fuck it, post it anyway. 

What if it’s bad? 

Fuck it, post it anyway. 

What if it doesn’t make sense? 

That’s ART, baby. Fuck it, post it anyway. 

What if what I want to write doesn’t work with current fandom norms? 

Then someone out there probably needs it!  And what the hell is this? The western canon? FUCK IT POST IT ANYWAY* 

*Basic human decency is not a ‘fandom norm’. Don’t be racist, sexist, ableist, fat shaming, classist or shitty about anyone's identity on main, okay? Dirtbag writers are KIND first and foremost. Someone saying you are stepping into shit about their identity is not the same as unsolicited crappy feedback about pairings. In the immortal words of Kurt Vonnegut: "God damn it, you've got to be kind.”

You’re being very flippant about something that’s scary. 

I know. I know I am. I know it can be scary. But no risk, no reward and hell, you aren’t using your goddamn legal name on the internet are you? (please for the love of fuck do not be using your legal name to write fic) You’ve got on a mask. You’re a superhero. With dirt on your cape. 

That niche thing that you think no one cares about? Guaranteed you will find someone else in the world who wants it. Maybe they won’t find it right away. Maybe they will be too shy to comment or even hit a button. But your dirty potato will stick with them. They will make french fries in their head.

You have an audience. But they can’t find you if you have nothing out there. 

Go forth. Make.

Kiridai Hobby Ramblings

Some of these are repeats from other posts, but wanted to consolidate them here.

Hanamiya - Reading

Has expressed some interest for visiting the Starfield Library in Seoul (same for Furuhashi)

Has a soft expression whenever he is reading, which can somehow be off putting for some. Hard to tell what’s going on in his head.

Is above-conversational fluent in a few languages, enough to read some foreign novels in their original language. For these novels, he will include a couple of sticky notes here and there within, whenever he has to look up an unfamiliar word or phrase.

He’ll commit it to memory soon enough but with foreign languages being a little more tricky to learn, especially the slight nuances, he’ll take notes.

Booktok was a mistake

Prefers borrowing books over purchasing them. Not really interested in having shelves lined with books in his home. 

It would have to be books he truly truly enjoys, or books that his mom purchased for him.

Despite him insisting that his mom not buy him gifts, he will have those books displayed where they can be seen clearly.

Furuhashi - Gardening

First, a really sweet hobby, and interesting that it's one that requires some level of delicacy and gentleness.

It’s an outlet for him to relieve him of some stress, out of the recommendation from someone, since he used to have…other means of doing so.

For sure is all “Plants >>>>>> People”

Cause plants are pretty and quiet and stay still,  letting you take care of them with no resistance  :)

Spends a lot of his time in his greenhouse, even when he’s not taking care of his plants, just being in there and taking in the scent gives him solace.

More into gardening outside than indoors, but he has a few indoor plants.

His parents were initially not sure about the gardening, since they normally would have their hired gardeners take care of it. But they soon grew accustomed to it and now enjoy the literal fruits of Furuhashi’s labor, taking advantage of the fresh crops that are available. 

It’s certainly a bragging point whenever people visit the home.

His parents got him a hydroponic system, but he’s not really into it.

His parents had also made suggestions of how to make the gardening more “efficient”, with some tools that would supposedly “speed up the process”, but Furuhashi refused.

He doesn’t feel the desire to rush the process, as the process itself is what he enjoys.

Enjoys the "repetitiveness" of it and how he can shut off his brain and go on autopilot for some of it.

For your sake, please do not disturb him while he is at work.

Has an area in his garden with plants that are good for honey bees. 

Uses organic fertilizers.

Has a dehydration machine for drying out flowers for tea.

I can see him treating relationships similarly.

I know his type is a masochist, but for those he loves, he treats them with a similar delicacy at times.

Hara - Music

Has a playlist of songs that he plays drums to regularly.

Comes up with rearrangements of his favorite songs in his head, but has never tried to create it irl.

Related to the above, he purchased high-end music software, out of impulse and from  the recommendations of videos he’s seen. But he has yet to use them.

Also has other instruments in his house, catching dust. The only other instrument he dabbles with occasionally is his acoustic guitar.

Great at master level difficulty for rhythm games. 

He loves when he zones out and his hands move almost automatically, still getting perfects. (the closest we’ll the “zone” from Hara)

Had once thought of making reaction videos that are titled like “Drummer reacts to (insert artist and song) MV”, except they would be click-baity as he wouldn’t put too much intellectual/drummer related input, just to piss people off.

They could also be random, not music related videos like, “Drummer reacts to best fighting compilation videos”. And these random videos are when he would commentate on the “percussions”, even though it’s not relevant.

Yamazaki - Fighting Games

The most we’ll get out of Yamazaki as far as injuring people.

Gamer rage for sure, has gotten kicked out of arcades a couple of times for manhandling the machines too roughly or just being loud and disruptive. He’s toned it down since.

One incident was caused by Hara, who was just standing behind him, backseating or distracting him. 

The backseating being particularly infuriating cause Hara doesn’t know much but will just make suggestions like “Have you tried dodging? Can’t you use your super strong ultimate  attack?”, cause he knows it’ll get under Yamazaki’s skin.

Has a decent MMR/ranking in games.

Takes new character reveals very very seriously (like new Smash or Tekken character reveals). 

Has a separate group of online friends that he enjoys playing games with.

Some of these friends include members of other teams, but he doesn’t know that it’s them. Like in the drama cds where Hanamiya has played games with Imayoshi, Riko, etc but doesn’t know it’s them(presumably anyway).

Seto - Memorization

I think the facts that we do know about Seto, including his hobby, go hand in hand.

His motto of “Free and unrestrained”, the reason he joined the basketball club, and even the fact he sleeps most times.

Dabbles in and jumps around new activities and skills. He like to learn new things and doesn’t like to be tied down to any one particular thing. The exception being basketball since that is because of Hanamiya.

But I think that’s part of why Seto was ok with joining the basketball club, because it was something new for him to learn.

His sleeping is a key part of his ability to memorize and learn things quickly and thoroughly. Sleep is known to help with memory retainment after all.

“I’ll sleep on it”

That’s why Hanamiya is chill with Seto being asleep during games, because there’s some “productive” element to it.

Throwing this in here, but I think Seto being really smart was something that developed throughout his life. 

It wasn’t something that came natural to him at birth. And I think that created a bit of an inferiority complex for him, especially when he was often compared to his older brother.

That’s also why Seto started to wholeheartedly learn things and expand his knowledge.

At first it was to try to surpass his brother but he started caring less about that, and now just learns things more out of enjoyment of it.

Yesterday, I don't exactly remember how or why, but I felt motivated to create my own version of The Kiss by Gustav Klimt. Honestly, I came across so many versions before making mine that perhaps that's one of the reasons why my motivation lasted as long as it did XD.

It was challenging to mentally prepare myself to replicate the positioning of Gustav's faces. It was a real struggle trying to figure out how Hal's glasses would behave in that position, and even though I used the BJD as a reference, I couldn’t quite translate it "successfully" into the drawing… I still don’t know how to draw glasses, sorry.

Lina’s face was tricky because I found that the original reference had a longer face than hers, so I had to make adjustments.

Now, I’m super happy with what I created (which is rare), and I want to explain some of the choices I made *smiles*. This drawing was made using bases and references in Krita.

Hal:

His clothing is a photograph of a motherboard that I pixelated in certain areas and stained with a watercolor texture brush. Then I duplicated the layer and saturated it to give it the orange tone but still preserving the green. I also used a square texture pencil, imitating the decorations in the original painting, and finally applied an oil painting filter. (I also did this on Lina’s dress and the layer with the oranges.)

Lina’s dress, the cape, and the cosmos

These elements follow similar processes. I drew the hair textures for both Hal and Lina myself. The stars, grass, and flowers in Hal’s hair are brushes. The sunflower and roses are PNGs, and the background texture is another photograph.

Symbolism

Hal’s tunic: The motherboard is obvious. The orange color seems to take over the green of the motherboard, symbolizing Lina’s presence in his life.

The grass: It’s filled with blue roses, representing Snake. (I’ll always make this representation because I adore Snake, and even though I ship Hal with Lina, Snake will always be present near Hal.)

Hal’s head: It features daisies, which could also be interpreted as sunflowers, referencing the two women in his life. These are on his head because they are his biggest concern. The large Sunflower on the ground represents Sunny, pixelated because she also knows programming.

The orange cape: Inside the cape is the cosmos, an important symbol for my fic. Hal’s parents met at NASA, and one of my big headcanons about Strangelove and Hal is that she would have taught Hal to observe the night sky at an early age (inspiring his interest in extraterrestrial theories, as mentioned in the MGS2 codec, even if it was a joke). The image of the starry sky is also linked to Lina through her birthmark, a characteristic that is both positive and negative in the story and one of the traits she shares with me. For this reason, it’s near her (and also have stars over her hair) ("It was as if the cosmos had marked you to show you were the one.")

Lina’s dress: It features daisies ("Margarita" in Spanish, my IRL name), which are summer flowers that bloom in June, my birth month and my Hal’s fan birthday. These are pixelated, symbolizing Hal’s presence in Lina’s life and her career as a programmer. Daisies represent purity and true love, and they had medicinal properties.

Oranges on the cape: The oranges symbolize food, tied to Lina’s role as a chef, her work/facade she initially adopts to hide from the antagonist. They also symbolize fertility, virtue, fidelity, optimism, energy, and creativity. Additionally, in color psychology, the color stimulate appetite. (And that's a fact as food, because they activate the gastric juice)

At Lina’s feet: There’s a neural programming network, reminding us that she is an AI programmer. The same function is carried out by the code above it.

This also serves to highlight a little, yet significant, detail: Hal is an engineer, skilled in both hardware and software, capable of building a Metal Gear (like Huey); while Lina is a programmer, AI developer (like Strangelove) who is obsessed with response times.

dude i already know about how consecutive splats can affect ovulation. they hammer it into your head throughout your middle school health classes. there's a 50/50 chance the attendant in the lobby will tell you all that again while you're queuing up for a match if you look girly enough. the TWAs don't let you play if you're pregnant despite the multiple urban legends that have gone around about finding premature paralarvae in the middle of a stage. i don't give a shit about my fertility. it's super easy to take birth control for a few days if you don't want to have your egg cycle interrupted from getting splatted too much, and if you really want to conceive a child so badly while still participating in turf war just lay the damn egg instead

anyway this isn't even about the technology itself! it's about corporations invalidating our right to privacy!! the software companies that make parts for the respawners linked to randos i team up with don't need to be collecting data that can easily be sold or leaked on what time of the month eggs go through my fucking oviduct!!!!!

Musk vs NASA

I've been seeing hate on NASA lately, being bought into by leftists even, and I just want to point out something very important:

Musk has hated NASA for a *long* time. There is a reason it is being attacked, and a reason public opinion is being swayed against NASA: It *keeps SpaceX in line* more than anything else.

NASA is being seen as "competition" to SpaceX, as the obstacle in his way. It has been like this for quite some time, and now, with DOGE and other things, he can do something about it.

I would like to point out a few things:

1. SPACEX IS NOT CHEAPER They boast they can "do what NASA does for 10% the cost!" Sure, it's easy when you did none of the R&D. SpaceX saved on: Landing tech: DC-X project in 1991-1996 Tank structure: Shuttle SLWT tank, 1998-2011 Merlin Engines: direct descendant of the Fastrac Engine, 1997-2001.

Those three things alone saved SpaceX over 90% of the R&D costs. It's easy to "appear" cheap when you're using off the shelf tech someone else (NASA!) developed.

2. NASA IS GREAT FOR THE ECONOMY! For every $1 spent on NASA, $8 is put into economy. Its stupid to not invest in that kind of ROI! 800%! At times, its ROI Has been 1600%!

Simply put, if you defund NASA, the economy would shrink so much you would actually have to RAISE taxes to make up for the lost revenue, and without its existence we would be 30 years behind in technology and the quality of life for everyone would be much lower. Science and research is GOOD for society, it's the fuel for all progress.

3. WHAT HAS NASA DONE FOR ME?! (Surely you just mean NASA is good for tech & science folk....)

Nope! Good for all! Ever have an MRI or CAT Scan? They wouldn't exist without the Apollo program! The software that made them possible was originally written to analyze lunar photography.

Low power digital x-Rays was planetary body research.

Heart pumps are modeled after space shuttle turbopumps.

The software that designed your car was originally written to design spacecraft!

Who do you think pioneered all the early research into alternative power like solar panels, hydrogen fuel cells, and durable batteries? NASA!

NASA developed tech and satellites is also what improves agricultural yields while reducing the needs for water, fertilizer, and pesticides.

Do you really think Musk gives two shits? No. He wants the money, he wants to let SpaceX run amok without any oversight for safety, without any "competition".

All fights are important, but do realise that this one is a huge thorn in his side, and one that is keeping a huge problem from ballooning and swallowing us all whole.

Do not be fooled or swayed by lies, of tactics meant to divide, of things being done to make you be angry at NASA. If he can make you hate NASA, he won.

Expect far more space junk to fall, the night sky to be ruined by satellites, and the loss of all things good that proper research and design does for humanity and gives back to the world. Not to mention: enjoy seeing the horrible things he can accomplish fully unchecked.

ETA: Now that you know, call / fax / email your senators and reps, and whatever else too! Boosting gets people thinking, but thinking is not action!

Okay I need to know, out of all the Thomas Levin content you watched, which ones were worth watching?! I kind of want to check out Alfa

Ooh that’s a good question - I will add the disclaimer that I’ve absolutely not watched 100% of any of these shows (except for Alex Rider, which I’ve somehow watched 300% of,) I’m mostly just hunting for Levin scenes that could be interesting seen through the lens of Yassen - but there’s definitely some that have drawn me in more than others, there’s also a substantial amount I’ve only been able to find only in Danish, with Danish subs.

His episode of Unit One is pretty fun, and thanks to Mads Mikkelson fans, it’s fairly easy to find links on reddit to the episodes that will also have subtitle files you can important into a video player.

His episode of Taxa from when he was like 20 is on drtv, full Danish but is still quite fun to skip through to just see his scenes, it’s fairly easy to pick up on the context clues to follow the story.

His scenes in ‘Those who kill’ and ‘Strike Back’ are brilliant, but the shows are really hard to find and I had to buy them, so tricky. I might be able to isolate his scenes and share them, but not totally sure, my usual screen recording software doesn’t have sound .

These next ones were easier to find on streaming, at least in the uk, on Netflix or channel 4 has a lot of them -

Smother, bit meh, might give it a miss, but him being a dad to a teenager is quite cute.

Borgen can be interesting, very heavy on the politics - I didn’t dwell on this one much, as a lot of his scenes are either presenting the news, or in meetings discussing the news, but his character is an little shit in a fairly fun way.

Stockholm Requiem I got more into, and he’s a pretty central character who gets up to some interesting shit - it is *dark* however, and fairly heavy on the child murder.

Seaside hotel (gifs upcoming) is quite a fun show, though there’s some tonal disparity there, bc it’s basically a lighthearted show about people on holiday on the 1930s-40s, and he’s playing a Jewish man fleeing a Nazi work camp, but I enjoyed this show. He has a sweet little romance.

Baby fever is a really fun show - it’s a comedy about a woman who works at a fertility clinic and breaks into the sperm bank Levin manages when drunk and inseminates herself - there’s supposed to be another season soon (today, maybe?) which he’s also in, and I’ll definitely be checking out for gif making potential

Alfa/Grow is good - it’s another fairly dark crime drama that’s got multiple storylines converging together around the drug trade in Copenhagen, his story line is as a member of this secretive police unit acting as a mentor to one of the main characters, whose father was involved in the drug trade but has become a cop. An interesting role for him - he’s the dad of a teenager again, which I enjoy, and is a bit of an ass.

+I will say in my Levin studies, I’ve definitely noticed some typical archetypes he tends to fit into - full blown criminals who can and will murder you, assholes who are really good at their jobs (Yassen fits into the overlap there 😅) and a few, much rarer, genuinely nice guys trying their best. I might make some kinda Venn diagram to display this crucial data bc I do already have this info in a table, including important subcategories, like ‘beard?’ Or ‘dad?’ Just not totally sure how to present this information 😅😅

My contributionnursery rhyme (Ring o' Ring o' roses)

I was the one responsible for the research of the environment. We had to cover the Renaissance period.

I focused more on functionality and the general layout of old villages, which wasn't very specific, so I will need to continue my research.

And when I talk about functionality, I mean considering what was important for the survival of a village (which includes: water supply, cemetery, fertile ground to grow crops, church for human morale, town centre for gatherings, and a bazaar where people could trade with each other).

I discussed with my team what would be the best option for drawing the environment—freehand or creating 3D models—as it would be easier to get perspective and POV quickly. Since a child character will be following the plague antagonist and walking around the city, we'll be seeing streets, a bar, and markets. And as I was more familiar with 3D software (Blender), I took on the job of creating the map (opening and ending scene) and the town.

For maps creation I have used Inkarnate software that has pre insalled mdels for maps creation.

For 3D models, I have used already pre-existing free models of old houses, mills, cemeteries, and bars.

But then I had to figure out how to dissect the mesh so later on we can edit some details of the houses so they won't look the same.

GWitch Onscreen Text: Episode 7

This is part eight of my attempt to transcribe and discuss all the monitor text in g witch! Because I got worms! We're on episode 7, "Shall We Gundam?"

Not text, but in the opening, Vim tells the Peil Witches that it's despicable of them to breach the Cathedra Agreement, only for one of them to respond that she believes he would know something about that himself. This is our first hint towards the existence of the Schwarzette.

Now to the real text, we see a mockup of the Pharact of it's systems in this opening as well.

Here, we see that the Pharact is 19.1m and 57.1t.

The Blue and Red labels are tough to make out, but they each respectively say the same thing. I'll make my best guess: Blue labels: G-O | SYS-GUND CHH Red Labels: GUND FORMAT | CORAX UNITS

The Corax Units are the name of the Pharacts GUND Bits, and we know those use the Gund Format, so that checks. We saw 'CHH' on 4's data graph, still not sure what it means though.

I think the floating red text says GA - MS//RACT, but I can't be sure. The big label in the center says GUND-ARM FP/A-77.

Not text, but I think Sarius and Delling is another relationship I wish we got to see more of. Delling actually worked directly under Sarius within Grassley before eventually becoming President of the entire Group.

During the scene in the greenhouse, we get a look at the program on Miorine's monitor. No way to read the actual text on it from this shot, but we do see Miorine verify the name of one of the brands of fertilizer before presumably typing it on the screen, so it's probably safe to assume it's tracking the general maintenance of the tomatoes.

We never get a completely clear shot of the Incubation Party Invitation (Because it just can never be easy) But I'll make my best estimate of it from the shots we DO get.

When she gets approved and begins connecting, her phone displays this loading screen called SYNCHRONIZE

And the stage screen is displaying that same loading screen for a split second before fully connecting.

Miorine explains what this all means in the show proper, so I feel it'd be redundant to explain it, but here's the presentation anyhow.

We also see the UI of the program Mio is using in the presentation. She only uses the MEMO tab, but we see that there's a TEXT and PICT tab as well.

When Miorine takes the phone back from Delling, the investment status has reached 3%, meaning he invested 7,200,000,000 in the company. Mama Mia !
