now is the right time for you to break free from limitations and negativity. try to recognise your limiting beliefs and repeating patterns via journalling and shadow work. you will be able to overcome self-doubt, fear of failure and attachment to the 3d. free yourself from the patterns that have been holding you back. leave what doesn’t work for you, leave what you no longer resonate with. heal yourself. you may have gone through a period of emotional pain and/or heartbreak. it is now time for you to ease that pain. work on being more emotional stable. whether negative events took place in your current reality that have hurt you, or not shifting yet is causing you pain. just leave it all behind, let go of the past. let go of the pain. do what’s best for you and take time for yourself. do some self-care. do anything that makes you feel better. focus on and prioritise your happiness and wellbeing. try journaling and shadow work like i said, it will help you immensely. once you heal the emotional pain, things will get a lot easier for you. the universe has your back, don’t worry. all will go well for you. push through! don't put shifting on a pedestal and definitely don't be desperate to shift. your time will come. it will happen, there is no need to be obsessed with the idea of shifting. you will do it, but you must rethink your priorities.

when we are detoxing, it is not as simple or easy as some make it. the process toward fresh start may not be the simplest, but it’s always worth it to be free of toxins. whether people, situations, places, whatever it may be, we always feel better when these toxic things are out of our lives. maybe you find yourself in a situation where a clean slate needs to happen. a detox of what is toxic in your life, or what’s inside yourself. it may not seem easy, maybe it seems impossible. it’s something that seems big; if we have accumulated toxins it may be to intimidating to confront, then we know it’s time to start getting rid of it. spirit says, taking one step at a time, day by day, doing something good for yourself is the way! doing something to introduce a fresh start little by little is how you can rid yourself of these toxins. if it’s a food or poor diet, slowly introduce some thing healthy in your diet. perhaps juicing or trying teas to slowly flush your body. if you wish to release a toxic person without drama, slowly distance yourself from them. if it’s a drug, take that step to rehab. take it day by day, it’ll lead you to a new clean slate. 333. it’s time to make the choice to go ahead and start making these small but big steps towards this. the path seems daunting, but you know it’ll lead you to something better for yourself. start with your mind. put some mental effort towards this choice and bring it down to the physical. create a safe space for yourself to do this- make it important for yourself and comforting in any way you can. your guides wan you to know that if it seems hard, they have your back through it all. they are your comfort. deciding to take these steps will lead you to alignment and fulfillment.
