The Police, ELP, The Soft Machine, The Reverend Horton Heat, Muse, The Nice, Big Black, The Stray Cats, and, for some strange reason, Nirvana, all do not count. ZZ Top barely does.

Trivia: Namco's answer to Space Invaders, the Atari 2600 port of Galaxian used an innovative technique for displaying eight characters across the screen (the hardware normally only allowed four), earning a software patent for programmer Mark Ackerman.

These hearts and the first three of the next post were created November 22 of last year 3 days after the creation of this blog, I was at the time trying to draw all of their small thin lined symbols and it infuriated me so much it took me over a year to actually come back to them and even after all this time I cant bring myself to use any of them because of my annoyance from a year ago even though they are wonderful terms

SD Gundam Over Galaxian takes Namco’s arcade classic and combines it with visuals and ideas from the SD Gundam subsection of that franchise, creating a strange experiment of a revival. Rather than being developed by Namco, this game was developed by Lay-Up, a company that specializes in producing and selling toys based on popular Japanese media like Ultraman and Saint Seiya. SD Gundam was their earliest success, so they’ve revisited it over the years via additional toy lines and smaller contributions like package design for SD Gundam: G Century.
