Prompt 52
So I’ve seen several catboy Danny prompts, but hear me out:
All of Amity becoming so ecto-contaminated that everyone becomes something akin to a mythological creature. And Danny? He becomes a Nekomata- a two-tailed cat that was said to be able to shapeshift into humans for mischief, including straight up haunting people and stealing corpses.
Vlad ends up a kitsune- which is already associated with taking on human forms to seduce people and with things such as foxfire and possession. Tucker ends up a sphinx sort of creature- “It’s not fair you guys can just float around while I have to figure out how to use these stupid wings when I could be coding!”- and Sam ends up a dryad of some sort, they aren’t entirely sure what but that’s what they joke it is so…
The people sent to investigate this city are more than slightly freaking out.

okay but as horrifying as that was to experience its good to know I was right on the money with finn and his sex books. being on the surface was literally the first time in his 150 years of life that he had the chance to explore himself and his romantic/sexual preferences without consequence. for 150 years he was forced to abide by the undersea's VERY STRICT laws by punishment of death. but he can't get in trouble for any undersea laws he violates on the surface -- and even if the oversea had those same laws (they don't) who gives a shit? finn's already a pirate! he breaks the law every day! of course he'd take that opportunity, to FINALLY understand more about himself. to FINALLY understand why he's felt the way he has for so long. of course he would.

Albatross: I've lived under the thumb of my sister my entire life. I've been abused by her mentally and verbally, constantly being mocked and threatened by her. The one time I acted out was from me being severely emotionally distressed by them, where I used my cursed powers to harm my own kin. Since then, I've been blackmailed and force to submit. My entire life I've done nothing but been a tool for others to use for their own grandeur and glory.
The fandom: OMG!! He's so CRAZY! What a monster!! He's so creepy and disgusting and horrible! Pure evil villain my beloved... <333

I know this is like a distant detail in the wake of everything going on, but I hope we get Gran Torino admitting he was wrong. About telling All Might to leave the Shimura thing be, about not investigating it himself when AFO revealed it, about telling Izuku that killing Tomura was also an option
Because imagine Gran Torino seeing Tomura after he's been saved. Imagine him seeing Tomura get the help he needs. Imagine him watching and realizing that in a world where Izuku had listened and killed him instead, it can't be compared to the sight before him - of Nana's only surviving family having a chance to finally be happy and have people show him the worth in his life, just as she would have wanted
Gran Torino watching a child hero determined to save a too-far-gone villain, only to realize afterwards that maybe he was never that far gone at all. It just took hope and effort and an understanding that doing wrong doesn't make you a villain for the rest of your life, that there's the slightest chance things could change if you just reach out. And maybe being "too far gone" isn't an absolute, an excuse to take the easy route and go home, but a challenge instead

so in marineford garp tells luffy that here he is not his grandfather, he is a marine admiral and he is a pirate and he will not simply let him by because he wants to get to ace, his brother he wants to save as he is another pirate, he is touted as one of the strongest marines there is, he will have to fight him and he will not hold back,
and then luffy just decks him and i think that’s beautiful

“Evening, miss.” The barkeep nodded in acknowledgement. “Bit earlier than usual tonight. Not sure if he’ll be in but he usually isn’t gone for this long.”
Sabriel inwardly sighed despite offering a pleasant smile. “Thank you, good sir.”
The barkeep studied her after his eyes flickered towards some other patrons. “Have you other family you can stay with? It’s not the norm around these parts for young women to linger on their own.”
“My cousin should be in town from Machecoul tomorrow morning. If Grandfather doesn’t show up this evening, I shall leave to join my family there.” The lie came effortlessly. Not the location but that she had people expecting her.
“Tis a shame that you would leave us so soon, Miss Briel.”
Sabriel couldn’t resist a grimace before she steeled her expression into that befitting the naïveté young woman. She turned towards the youth who sat with a couple of his friends, smiling pleasantly. She understood his attraction, for she physically seemed around his age…give or take a year…but nothing about him was appealing to her.
“Rather rude to listen in on others’ conversations, sir.” She retorted before looking to other patrons she had befriended during her stay. “I promised everyone more songs, no? What instrument has anyone brought tonight?”
An older man, Jon if she remembered correctly, lifted his fiddle. “Just tuned her, miss.”
“Wonderful.” Sabriel moved past the group of young men, ensuring she was outside of arm space, before taking a place at the hearth. She ignored the cold stare from the youth who spoke earlier, clearly disliking that she had easily disengaged from him, and began to sing while Jon played.

Your agenda for the morning is to start by talking with some of the merchants. If anyone would know the safest routes south, it'd be the traders that'd be coming and going from the village. Hopefully with a mask of sorts on your person, they'll be a little more willing to talk to you, even without Akemi perched on your shoulders.
Yawa is sweeping the snow out from the walkway when you crack the door open. Oh right, you should probably give her your borrowed clothes back, now that Kuki is done mending yours. (You'd hand them off to Kuki herself, but you're pretty sure that if you tried approaching her first, she'd flee like a spooked deer.)
You barely get one step out the door, borrowed clothing folded and tucked under your arm, when Yawa calls out. "If you're going out to market, let me give you my list."
"Putting me to work right before I leave, Yawa?" you joke, and she pauses her sweeping. "I just finished healing, you know."
Yawa glances over her shoulder, and her eyes crinkle behind the mask. “Kuki was right; the eagle really does suit you.” She sets her broom aside to look you over, studying both your mended sleeves and the one or two scars poking out from under the cuffs. You can't help but find it amusing how she squints when she notices that the only gold showing is your bangs. “How did you manage to do that?”
“This isn’t the first time I’ve put up my hair.” You leave it at that and offer out the folded clothes to her. “I believe these are yours. Or... someone’s. I’m not sure who you got these from.”
She places her hands on the bundle... then merely pushes it back. “You think I’d let you leave with just the things you came with? Bah! What kind of grandmother would I be sending you out into the cold without a good coat?”
Grandmother? You noticed nearly everyone else in Wep'keer addressing her as such, but you...? Even if you planned to stay, the title doesn't seem to sit quite right in your mouth. You can’t help but tilt your head a bit, debating how to approach this. “How old do you think I am, Yawa?”
“Old enough to know better." She gives your arm a little thwap before heading for the door, gesturing for you to follow her back inside. "Now you make sure you give those to Kuki before you leave with my list; today is laundry day."
