h.t.t. that there needs to be a way to improve UR drop rate b/c out of three cheat cards per event, two are URs, and because it’s so hard to get, people only usually get the SSR /if that/ to aid through the event

Plus, I’ve been playing for over six months and only have like four, that sucks and makes it hard to progress through the story where needed

First off RIP your gacha luck 😔

I’m actually not well versed in gacha games, but from what I can gather the event UR drop rate of 0.5% is incredibly low even for these types of games, especially when you factor in the fact that you only have a 0.07% greater chance of getting that than you do of getting a random permanent SSR.

I’m all for the fact that gacha is gambling and you aren’t always going to see the results you want when you gamble, but the way good (and current) cards are becoming more and more required to play the game... I do worry sometimes about how the system will bode for f2p players in the end because eventually SSRs literally won’t cut it anymore.

Also, I counted, and if you don’t count the cards that are permanently available there are actually more UR demon cards than there are SSR ones.  I know the rarity is referring to your chance of getting it and not how much of the total card haul it takes up, but... something about that doesn’t seem right.

Anyway, if anyone who knows more about gacha rates and stuff wants to add any input, be my guest because I’d really love to have a better grasp of this sort of thing.

COVID-19 and Quarantine

COVID-19 is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in which the first cases were discovered last December 2019 in China. The dangerous virus quickly spread over the world, resulting in a pandemic. 

In January 2020, the first COVID-19 case in the Philippines was reported. Consequently, in a brief period, the cases of the disease rapidly increased dreadfully which caused great suffering and mortalities. 

To stop the spread of the virus, governments around the world let each of their respective country to be under quarantine. In relation to this, I would like to share my life before the pandemic and during the quarantine and my reflection towards the experienced of being isolated.

BEFORE QUARANTINE

As a 1st year college student at that time, I am currently staying in Manila. My life basically rotated at my university. I am regularly attending face-to-face classes during the weekdays and spending my weekends to finish tasks that our professors gave us. During this time, since I am away with my family, I rarely spend time with them. 

DURING QUARANTINE 

Since the quarantine started, I came back in my hometown in Rizal, Laguna. Here, I am attending my online classes at the comfort of our home. Due to the quarantine, my movement is only restricted within the walls of our house. As a result, stress slowly creeps inside of me because of the feeling of being isolated. But on the bright side, I now have more time to spend with my family.

REFLECTIONS 

1. Mental Health is Important

Survey shows that there is an increase in the number of people suffering from stress, anxiety, and depression during the pandemic. Accordingly, this made me realize that mental health should also be focused. In this way, we can adapt with the new normal efficiently. 

2. Face-to-face classes is superior than Online classes

With to the advent of the pandemic, all students are now having online classes instead of the traditional setup wherein students attend face-to face classes. As a consequence, there is less social interaction. Despite technological advances, traditional education is still likely the better option. Seeing and interacting with your instructors and classmates on a regular basis is motivating. Traditional, in-class setup also offer more opportunities for spur-of-the-moment questioning and for acquiring technical skills. 

3. Investing for Stronger Immunity is Necessary 

Since those people with stronger immunity are less common to have COVID-19 and the patients having this disease are cured by strengthening their immunity and relieving its symptoms, this pandemic made me realize the importance of having a stronger immunity. With this, our family started to take Vitamin C and we shifted to having healthier meal option. 

In conclusion, the pandemic turned our life upside down. My life pre- and post-quarantine was the complete opposite. It resulted to both pros and cons. Lastly, this quarantine led to a number of reflections that will forever change my way of life.

Sau khi làm lễ khởi công vào năm 2018, nguồn tin của chúng tôi xác nhận có hơn 600 trăm khách hàng đã chuyển tiền cho Công ty đầu tư xây dựng Tân Phú (Công ty Tân Phú) dưới hình thức góp vốn như: “Góp vốn dự án Tân Phú”, “Hợp đồng vay vốn dự án”, “Hợp đồng cho vay ưu tiên mua đất được ưu tiên chọn”. Cụ thể theo danh sách cho thấy, ngày 6/7/2018, ông H.T. góp vốn dự án Tân Phú 3 tỷ đồng; ngày 22/8/2018, khách hàng H.T.T. đã chuyển 2,4 tỷ đồng theo 2 hợp đồng vay dưới hình thức góp vốn dự án; ngày 10/4/2019, khách hàng N.T.P. nộp số tiền 1,4 tỷ đồng theo hợp đồng… Các khách hàng góp vốn hoặc cho vay tại dự án Khu đô thị Tân Phú từ vài trăm triệu đến vài tỷ đồng. Có khách hàng như ông N.P góp vốn mua dự án đến 6 tỷ đồng hay như bà L.T.P góp vào tài khoản Công ty Tân Phú với số tiền 3 tỷ đồng… Khu đất 43 ha nay bị Cơ quan điều tra tạm giữ "sổ đỏ" để làm vật chứng vụ án đang điều tra Theo cơ quan chức năng, từ tháng 7/2018 đến hết tháng 10/2019 đã có 615 giao dịch được chuyển tiền qua ngân hàng theo số tài khoản của Công ty Tân Phú với tổng số tiền lên đến hơn 466,4 tỷ đồng, đó là chưa kể lượng giao dịch tiền mặt. Trong đó, có những giao dịch có tổng giá trị chuyển nhượng lên đến hơn 37 tỷ đồng và tháng 1/2019 đã chuyển cho Công ty Tân Phú hơn 33,3 tỷ đồng để đặt quyền chọn mua 7 lô đất có tổng diện tích 856 m2. Tuy nhiên, năm 2019, Thanh tra Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Bình Dương đã buộc dừng thi công do dự án chưa được chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư và chưa có giấy phép xây dựng. Cho đến thời điểm này, Khu đô thị Tân Phú vẫn chưa có giấy phép xây dựng, chưa hợp pháp. Ngoài ra, Khu đô thị Tân Phú 43ha này đang là tang vật của vụ án hình sự “Vi phạm quy định về quản lý, sử dụng tài sản Nhà nước gây thất thoát, lãng phí” xảy ra tại TCT Bình Dương mà Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Bình Dương đã ra quyết định khởi tố vụ án đồng thời bắt tạm giam 3 lãnh đạo của đơn vị này.  Rủi ro khi hợp đồng góp vốn bị vô hiệu Theo Luật sư Ngô Huỳnh Phương Thảo, Đoàn Luật sư TP Hồ Chí Minh, việc ký kết các hợp đồng hình thức góp vốn chưa hoàn chỉnh ẩn chứa nhiều rủi ro mà người bị thiệt hại chính là người góp vốn. "Theo Bộ luật Dân sự, một giao dịch dân sự khi có mục đích và nội dung vi phạm điều cấm thì giao dịch đó vô hiệu. Hợp đồng góp vốn hay hợp tác kinh doanh nhưng dự án chưa có cơ sở hạ tầng và các điều kiện khác như Luật Kinh doanh Bất động sản 2014 và Luật Nhà ở 2014 qui định sẽ có khả năng bị vô hiệu, việc này ẩn chứa nhiều rủi ro mà người bị thiệt hại chính là người góp vốn", luật sư Thảo nói. Tỉnh Bình Dương có văn bản cử đại diện sở TN-MT bảo quản vật chứng vụ án là giấy chứng nhận khu đất 43ha. Trước đó, ngày 22/4, cơ quan chức năng đã tiến hành lập biên bản tạm giữ hai giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất và khu đất 43 ha này. Cả hai giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất này đều được Sở TN-MT tỉnh Bình Dương cấp cho Công ty Tân Phú và tháng 2/2013.  Sau khi tạm giữ hai quyền sử dụng đất này, UBND tỉnh Bình Dương cũng giao đại diện Sở TN-MT tỉnh này nhận bàn giao vật chứng, bảo quản là giấy chứng nhận trên để phục vụ công tác điều tra. Tuy nhiên, hai giấy này chỉ là công chứng, bởi trước đó hai quyền sử dụng đất gốc 43 ha này đã được Công ty Tân Phú thế chấp cho Ngân hàng Thương mại Phương Đông- chi nhánh TPHCM vào tháng 9/2019 để cho Công ty CP xây dựng Công nghiệp Nam Kim vay số tiền gần 300 tỷ đồng.  Như chúng tôi thông tin, ngày 8/4, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Bình Dương đã phối hợp với các cơ quan chức năng thực hiện lệnh bắt khẩn cấp ông Nguyễn Văn Minh - Chủ tịch HĐQT TCT Bình Dương, ông Trần Nguyên Vũ- Giám đốc TCT Bình Dương do có những sai phạm khi chuyển nhượng 43 ha đất công tại phường Hòa Phú, TP Thủ Dầu Một cho Công ty Tân Phú.  Lâm Trần Tiền phong[ad_2] Nguồn Vietstock
